One one part of my story. I don't share a lot, but I'm going to right now. When Amy and I moved from Wisconsin to Colorado, I lost $40,000 on my condo. Yeah, I was. I had to bring money, 30 grand to the table to sell my condo. But we were so committed to starting over, to moving out west, it didn't matter.
