Well, I'll tell you started with me, right? I had to recognize that I was still doing things that were old, that were outdated, and I could no longer attract and retain the type of quality producer that I was looking for. And so it started with me going out and hiring a business coach myself. Andy, I had to assess where am I at in the process? What can I do differently? Because I was still training just like leadership today, the same way I had been trained. And so now what have I done? I've gone to grow myself. I invested. What I find with a lot of leadership inside of agencies is that they are not willing to invest in themselves and or their organization to watch it grow. They just think that it's going to happen organically. And so we started there.
