I coined it the mirror effect. At its core, it means that our technology doesn't replace human judgment, it reflects it, like. Like a mirror does. Right? And so think of it like, you know, an orchestra, you know, learning from its conductor every motion, every cue, every rise and fall of the beat. You know, the system watches, listens and learns until it can mirror the rhythm, not. Not just repeat the notes. Right? It's automation that remembers the way you work and then works the same way, but just a lot faster.
