And so instead of, you know, you reaching out to me and saying, yo, Marcus, I'm checking out your website. Could you come out to my house? You give me a quote for a swimming pool? I might say, you know, Andy, I'd love to come out to your house, and I can certainly do that. But you're getting ready to spend a lot of money. And if you're going to spend a lot of money, I know you don't want to make any mistakes. And so as to make sure you don't make any mistakes, here's what we're going to do as we're having this conversation right now. I'm going to send you two things that you're going to love. First thing I'm going to send you is a video that shows you the entire process of a swimming pool installation, like what it looks like. Now, the second thing I'm going to send you is a guide. It's like a buying guide, but it answers a lot of questions that haven't been answered for you yet, or they're questions that you should be having but you might not have thought to ask. Things like, should I get a cover with my pool? Should I get a heater? What's the best type of heater? And that's literally how I sound. Or how we might teach that to somebody on the phone and, you know, somebody does the homework, and now all of a sudden, they're going to buy 80% of the time.
