Short YouTube video clip (Andy Neary) offering practical sales/agency advice: qualify prospects by asking for full financial transparency (show all spend), focus conversations on money rather than personal relationships, and use spending visibility to demonstrate value or cost savings. Also notes industry norms of relationship-based selling and a pragmatic take on non-compete timelines.

I always say, and when we talk to a new prospect and I say, hey, I need to see everything you have. I need to see how much money you're spending. Like, oh, I don't know if I want to send you all that. I'm like, well, then we can't work together. I want to tell you about every dollar you're spending and I want to help you spend that money better. And maybe I can save you money, maybe I can't. But if it's, if you have the exact same spend and you get a whole lot out of us and you feel better about it, aren't you happy you did it? And so I think I would always talk to the money because people who own businesses, they know about their money. But our industry has always made it about who's your friend, who called on you, who played golf with you. And no one really separated themselves. I think there's just millions of dollars out there for someone people to go grab starting agencies out. And if you have a non compete agreement or something like that, it's okay, it's a couple years. How fast does two years go by? Yeah, really fast.
