Hey, guys, I'm still getting a lot of questions out there about what nutrition I pack when I travel. So if you're a frequent business traveler out there, you're gonna find this video very helpful, especially right now with all the crap we've got going on. We've got the coronavirus, we've got all these things floating out there, and there's fears about traveling. Right here's the most important thing you can control, how you take care of yourself. The better your health is, the better, the better you're going to be if you ever find yourself having to fight a virus. So what I literally want to do with you right now is share exactly what I packed. Because here's the most important tip I can give you. It is more important that you spend as much time on packing for your health than you do for your clothes. You got to feel good just as much as you got to look good. So what do I pack? First and foremost, I don't pack this. But I want to share this with you, my lovely better half. Amy makes this juice concoction that kills anything that might be in your system. What is it? It's a concoction of lemon juice, orange ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper and a little stevia or some people use honey. But start taking this juice. This, make this. It's a great way to keep sickness out of your family, out of your house. So what do I pack when I am getting ready to get on the road? Number one, I gotta pack my vitamins. These are my morning, evening vitamins. They're essential to have energy throughout the day to sleep well. I also pack my two pills that I take once right when I wake up, one more pill right before I go to bed. The next thing I pack with me every time is noon tablets. We live at altitude here in Colorado. It's important that we have electrolytes in our body, as should you, no matter where you live. But what I love about this specific set of Nuun tablets is it's immunity. Noon. It comes with ingredients to help you stay healthy. It's a great thing to put in your water if you're sick of drinking straight water all the time. Nuun tablets. The next thing I pack, my Isagenix protein pack. Yep, we take Isagenix. We do not sell it, we take it. It has been a complete game changer for Amy and I. So I take my protein pack, meal replacement protein, then I also bring my pre workout and during workout powders. Can't forget that because it is extremely important that you work out when you are on the road. Next, I've got my little mix I make from Isagenix for my morning drinks. So I wake up makes 1216 ounces of this drink. Get my greens in. Get my other immunity boosting features in. Now when it comes to food, what do I pack so I can keep energy going throughout the day? Number one protein bars. My stomach is extremely weak. I've actually really come to like these primal kitchen protein bars. They're made with I think pea protein, not whey or soy protein. Good for the stomach. I love these Justin nut butters. Each one is 220 calories full of energy. It's a great for a boost mid afternoon if you need to grab one great snack for an afternoon snack. And then last but certainly not least, I love these mini kind bars. They're only 100 calories. They're good for you. They're gluten free. So here's the deal guys. When you're on the road right now, especially during sick season, you have to take care of your body. I see so many of you go to conferences, you don't take care of yourself, you don't eat well, you drink too much and you wonder why you feel like crap. You gotta take care of your body. So hope this helped again. When you have to go on the road for travel, spend as much time packing your health and nutrition as you do your clothes and I promise you you'll stay in top shape and you'll feel good throughout the year.
