So I've had a chance to talk to a lot of health insurance advisors in the last six months and I'm gonna go on a little bit of a rant that's gonna piss people off. But I need to say something. I've been witnessing a lot of behavior in the last six months that quite frankly, is embarrassing. And that's watching those advisors who have made a lot of good changes to their career. They're doing things differently. They're changing the game for their clients. Crap on the brokers who are still status quo. Do I have to remind you that that was you just three or four years ago? Guys, we were all status quo three or four years ago. So here's my advice. Instead of crapping on those brokers, crapping on your former self, why don't you invest the time in making them better? It wasn't that long ago that you picked brains on your way to changing. You learned from others in the industry. Why don't you start helping those brokers who just aren't as far along as you are, instead of crapping on them? Guys, one, it's embarrassing. You look stupid when you say it. Number two, let's make the industry better. After all, you claim you want the industry to be better. So why don't you start making it better by helping other advisors get better? Sorry for the rant. That's my advice. Let's quit this annoying, embarrassing behavior that we're all better than these status quo brokers because at one time, folks, we were all part of that group. So instead of talking about other brokers, take the time to invest making them better because in the end, you're going to make the industry better.
