Alright, so I've been wanting to make this video for a while. If you travel a lot, I think you're gonna find this extremely valuable. I do myself, I have clients all over the place. I speak at different conferences around the country. So I feel like I'm constantly opening my suitcase again to get ready to leave again. Listen, when you're on the road you have got to be your best, just like you are here at home. And it's easy to be your best at home because you're sleeping in your own bed, you're going to your own office, but you have to be the same when you're on the road. So I thought what I would do is I would show you what I literally pack when I go on the. Because it could help you generate some ideas to make sure you are at your best when you are on the road as well. So first thing I do, guys, this is what I do even before I pack my clothes. This is more important than packing my clothes in my opinion. Number one, I got my snack pack. I've got my protein, my protein bars, my almond butter which I love and my little kind bar snacks. Because guys, you have to pack a snack bag for yourself when you're on the road otherwise you're going to eat like crap. The next thing I pack is my drink mix, the same drink mix I take here in the morning when I'm at home. I want to make sure I'm taking in the hotel on the road. Number three. Got my pills and I got my powder. I take before I work out again. Stuff I take when I am here at home. Last but not least, I've always got my trusty journal with me to write my best thoughts on the road. And I'm always bringing my current book that I'm reading which is the thank you Economy by Gary Vaynerchuk. Here's the point, guys. When you're on the road, you have to create the same conditions that you have when you're at home because it's easy to be at your best when you're at home. And there is routine in that it makes you comfortable, it puts you in the right mindset. You have got to put yourself in the same mindset when you're on the road. So my challenge to you is if you pack, you have to travel. Make sure you're spending as much time packing this stuff as you're packing your clothes. And do me a favor, you travel a lot. In the comments below, let me know what you do to make sure you bring your best while you're on the road.
