You know, our infrastructure is still, we're still working on updating it. Things haven't been updated since 2016, maybe early, even previous to that. So having this kind of own infrastructure that we have to advance at the same time, AI is here we begin. That was one of the first decisions I made, was to bring on a technologist, AI consultant into our office and begin the conversations. And one of the first conversations I had with my team is our members are not going to like this. They don't want AI. They believe it's going to take their role. And when I dug deeper, I'm like, well, what role would it take? What do we believe our folks are afraid of? And it was really comparing, contrasting plans. That's the thing that kind of came up continuously. And I thought, well, that's exactly what it should be interrupting, right? That's where it should be working for us. Spreadsheets. These spreadsheets, comparing and contrasting the plans in the market. When we have an opportunity and a responsibility to expand our Rolodex, so to speak. Well, we're cultivating real, meaningful relationships in our health care's local communities with the providers, with the hospital systems face to face, meeting people where they are, if you're in Medicare, being at panera bread at 6am where the seniors are, right. Like, we need to be more present and more connected than ever before.
