Webinars: An Effective Way to Use Prospecting Time

Andy Neary runs a weekly 30-45 minute process to set up webinars that reliably pull 20-50 sign-ups and 10-40 attendees. He picks a topic, builds a landing page, and schedules promotional messages across email, text, and LinkedIn. Monthly webinars let you compress prospecting time and scale.

Webinars are a form of compressing time.
And I'll share with you guys what I do right now. Now I've been doing it for a couple years, so it's a little more.
Dialed in, but anybody can do this. When I wake up Monday morning, I.
Have no idea what the topic for.
The webinar is going to.
Just to.
Be honest with you guys.
But what I do do every Monday morning is I block about 45 minutes.
Where I sit and I think about.
What it is I'm going to make. What, what topic do I want to.
Talk about this week?
And then what I do next is I create a landing page.
That's the page you guys use to register.
And I set up an email that.
Goes out on Tuesdays to invite everybody.
On the email community.
Some of you came via that way, some of you know I have a text community. So I set up a message to go out to the text community to invite them. And then on Tuesday I make a post on LinkedIn.
All of that guy's preparation takes 30 to 45 minutes. But now what I've done is I've.
Prepared myself to get a message out.
To my email community, which has a.
Few hundred people, get a message out.
To my text community, which has a couple hundred people, and get a message.
Out to LinkedIn, which has thousands of people.
And every week now 20 to 50 sign up. And again, I'm not sharing that to brag numbers. I'm thinking, think about compressing time.
So if you just ran a webinar.
Guys, once a month.
Where you had a system down, where think about what.
It is you want to present, what's the topic?
Maybe it means you bring a subject.
Matter expert on.
What'S your strategy to.
At least invite your prospects.
And if you get that standard operating procedure locked in.
You can rinse and repeat that thing every month. Maybe you ultimately do it more frequently. And what's going to happen is every.
Time you host a WEBINAR you get.
10 to 20, maybe 30, 40 people showing up.
That is a massively effective way to use prospecting time.
