When I look around the industry right now, I see a lot of agencies that are not living up to their potential. Why? You're not getting enough attention. Not enough people know you exist. I have agencies who tell me, andy, we're the best kept secret in town. I say, I know, and that's terrible if we want to grow our business. By the way, this applies to the carrier reps in the room. If you want to grow your business, we have got to get more people to know who you are.
