Andy Neary talks with someone about bringing her husband Jake into the business. She's action-oriented, he's methodical. They trust each other and he serves as her confidant and advisor.
What has it been like to have your husband in the business? Just dove into that world, bringing my fiance into the business a little bit. What was it? What has that been like to have Jake. Yes, Jake in the business along with you as husband, Wife.
Yeah.
Mother, father of the same child, but now business partners.
Yes. Well, one thing, I have loved having Jake part of the business because again, it's knowing your strengths and weaknesses. And I'm a very action oriented person. I'm quick to just, if we're going to do it, we're going to do it. And I don't put a whole lot of thought into it. Whereas he is one who is very methodical about things. He likes to think things through. So sometimes it's like he's the person I always run to now if I'm not sure. He always comes with a lot of wisdom and so I. He really is a confidant in that way. So I feel like it's nice. And I'm sure you feel this with Amy. There's also nothing like having somebody, a partner that you can trust.
