I had the privilege of working for some great leaders. I've also had the privilege of working for people that have made tons of mistakes, and I've been able to have a front row seat to those. And one of the major things that I was taught is you can't chase revenue. You know, revenue typically is a byproduct of fill in the blank. You know, for us it's service. And if you provide an exemplary service on the front end, if you're disciplined in your underwriting, then the byproduct is revenue.
