Content builds a personal brand. And when you have a personal brand, I believe at that point you can't fail. Why? Because no matter what happens in your current position, somebody's always going to want the brand. If you're working at a large agency right now and this things just aren't going the way you want them to, or maybe it's not a good fit with a brand, there is always another agency out there that's going to want that brand. Trust me.
