Andy Neary explains his motivation for founding Complete Game Consulting: to provide coaching and training for (new and experienced) producers who lack guidance to grow their businesses. The speaker emphasizes helping people who know they can do more but need coaching to reach their potential.

So when I built the coaching and consulting company to help producers, that was really my mission, is to help these people who are getting in the business, even if they've been in it for a while. We're just missing the coaching and training they need to take their business to the next level. So, you know what lights me up is helping somebody who knows they're not reaching their full potential right now, but they know what they're capable of.
