So what? Yeah, talk to me about a couple of. What do you do on a daily basis to make sure you're taking care of yourself?
So, I mean, first and foremost, you have to take care of yourself first. If you're not taking care of yourself first and foremost, your everything else around you is going to crumble. So whether that's your marriage or your kids or your work life, I mean, if I don't hit the gym, I'm, you know, I haven't hit the gym, going to the gym or just like making sure I'm getting like, you know, my kind of what I eat, like again, protein and check. Just some of those little things that I do to make sure I'm running my best will make everything else run better as well, for sure. With our kids, that's been probably my hardest balance is like the work life balance, you know, as I've been raising kids knowing, okay, gotta, like put the work down and now spend time with my kids. Because again, if my home life with my kids is a wreck, that's gonna obviously impact my time at work and how I'm, you know, my attitude in my office.
