The annuity sales coach. What do we do to get our clients to make the move of protecting their money to get it into safety? Now, as you know, we can't make a recommendation as far as you need to sell or I think you should move it into money market. That's their decision. We don't have the license to do that. It's very important to follow the rules exact. We don't have a gray area in our business. It's black and white. So we need to be careful and follow the exact rules on what we are and are not allowed to do. So what I tell clients recently as I say, hey, you know what, why did you get into stock market or risk money or whatever it is, why did you get into that type of volatility or risk? They said, well, I want to make a lot of money, I want to get a lot of gains. And I said, okay, so all gains are unrealized until what? And they have to pause and they go, well, I guess until you sell it. I said, okay, so the whole idea, I guess would be to buy low and sell high, right? And I'm like, well yeah, that's the whole idea. So when the market's high, if you don't sell, are those realized gains? And like, well, no. And say, okay, so if you think the market's going down and you want to capture those gains, what do you need to do? Let's say, well, I need to sell it. Say, why doesn't your broker, if your broker put you in to this type of product, whether stocks, bonds or mutual funds, if they put you into these types of products, why did they tell you to do that? Well, you buy low and sell high. It's the same thing from the beginning. Has your broker called you recently and said, hey, you know, I think it's time we should get out of the market because I think it's towards the top. Well, no, they haven't done that. Have they ever done that? No, they've never done that. Why? Because brokers in general like to keep the money in these type of funds because they continue to make fees on you while the market's going up and while the market's going down. So it's up to you to make the decision when you think safety is necessary. So if you say, hey, I need to capture these. And a lot of our products that we have actually have bonuses on them, and it locks in your money so you never go backwards due to market volatility. And when we do that, we lock in those gains, we get the bonus. Plus, if you're doing it for income purposes, which I'd say 90% of my clients are actually putting their money into our types of products because they want income growth, they want income for life, they want no risk to the market, then they need to make that decision that it's time to go to safety. But just a little tips there. Just talk to them. You know what, When's the best time to get out of the market? Well, of course. Towards the top. Do you think we're towards the top? Yeah, I think we are. Do you think the market's gonna fall? Yeah, I think we do. It's going to. So what do you think is the best thing to do? Everything has to be the client's decision. So just to give this little sales tip, I appreciate your time, guys. You have a great day. We'll talk to you soon.
