So five zero zero off and capital letters and that will give you 500 off the price right now. So it's 1497. That will bring it down to 997. You do not want to miss this. I can't tell you the responses I get. It's so incredible about people double, triple and quadrupling their business after one of these events because I teach a system and a process from beginning to end every little thing I do. I want to give you a little sales tip here. This is honestly the best time for annuities. The fourth quarter of every year is always, always ends up about half of my business for the entire year. So I just passed 16 million for the year. So I would not be surprised if I end up doing 30 million for the year. But I will be more than happy doing 25 million because I only did 18.7 for last year. So if I even do 25 million, I'm going to be over the top, ecstatic. But we are in the golden age of annuities. We have the best products out there. No longer can people say that they hate annuities because we're starting to share with everybody how the benefit of indexed annuities and fixed indexed annuities with income riders how they can provide a safety, security, guaranteed income you can never outlive with no risks from the market. You can get part of the returns with none of the losses. These are the best products. But let me give you a scenario that I just ran into. This is right before I took my vacation. We moved a million dollars for a client that they've had this broker for quite a while. And so she basically has been persistent on him staying in the market and he is very uncomfortable with that. So he decided, hey, this is something I want to do. It makes sense. I love it. I. And so I prepared him for the conversation. And I do this all the time. I prepare him for the conversation that he's going to have with his broker. In other words, we know the broker is not going to want to move the money because quite frankly, the client is the broker's annuity. As long as the client is alive, the broker keeps getting paid their fees no matter what the market does. So the broker is not going to be happy when the client wants to move their money away from them. And when I share that with the client, it's always like a light bulb goes off. It's like, yeah, that's true. That broker gets paid whether I'm winning or losing. They make fees off of me. So I am their annuity. So I say, would you rather have your own annuity or would you rather be your broker's annuity? Well, I want my own because, you know, on your own you don't run out of income. You can't go backwards due to market volatility. So I prepare my client ahead of time. Now remember, if you're not series licensed, you cannot advise or whether someone should or shouldn't get in or out of any product that requires a series license. So this is how I do it, because I'm not serious licensed. I say, if this is something you want to do, we need to have the money moved into cash equivalents. So if this is something you want to do, you would need to talk with your broker and move the money into cash equivalents. Is that something you want to do? Yes. Okay, so let's call your broker and let's call or whoever it is, call whatever the 800 number is and say you need to tell them you need to move it into cash equivalents if this is something you want to do. And I reiterate that so many times because I flat out tell the broker. Excuse me, I flat out tell the client. I say, hey, I can't advise you and I can't give instructions. This is something you have to decide. And so let's get fast forward. And now they made the decision, they want to do it. And so we call the broker and the broker starts flying, flipping out like you don't want annuities. They don't provide any sort of long term planning. They don't have any sort of this and that. And I said whoa, stop right there because that is a three way call. We're on speakerphone. I said, we don't have long term planning. I said, what do you have your clients money in right now? Stocks, bonds and mutual funds. She's like, well yeah. Said, okay, so just tell me, do you know where the market's going to be tomorrow? And she's like no. Well, do you know where the market's going to be in five years? No. Do you know when the market is going to be in 10 years? No. Nobody knows that. Then how can you sit there on the phone and tell myself and your client that you can provide long term planning when you have no idea where the money's going to be tomorrow, let alone 5, 10, 15 years from now? How can you provide long term planning? And she had nothing to say to that and she got really frustrated. She goes, fine, just do what you want then click, hung up. And the point to that is we have people that we're trying to go up against, these brokers that are saying they can provide a long term plan when in reality they can't. Nobody knows where the market's going. It's an emotionally based market. It goes up one day on hope and down next day on the fear. We can provide the safety and security and peace of mind for our clients. So I hope this little tip helps you. It's been a while since I've done a live drive blog. I hope to get back into the pattern a little bit, but I've been real busy. I once again, do not forget about the live event September 26th and 27th in Austin.
