What is Retirement Realized Agents Academy

Hello, my name is Chad Owen. I created this blog to be able to help you just as an everyday agent. I know a lot of times we go to these big seminars or we go these things that the IMO's or the marketing organizations put on. And I know for me personally I can't necessarily relate to what they're talking about because they're talking about people that have a huge office staff, they're talking to people who get a ton of referrals or that's their whole business with these big seminars. What they don't share is with the person that does this every day for a living. I do all my own pendings, all my own follow ups, all my own calls, I run all my own appointments. I don't have an actual staff that does this for me. So what I'd like to do through everyday life is show you what I go through on a regular basis. In other words, when I make a hundred calls and I only get one appointment, when I drive two and a half hours and it's a no show, when I run across an engineer or I run across a physician, or I run across someone who's in the manufacturing business, I'm actually able to pass that on to you. How I helped that person's situation. And this is just real life, this is real candid, this is who I am. I'm not going to hold anything back. I'll share with you every little secret I have to my business. And the main reason why I want to do that is because quite frankly, in our industry there's a lot of people that misrepresent our product. And I don't believe it's intentional. For a lot of people I believe it's a lack of information we're able to pull because it seems like whenever we want to get a mentor or someone help us to be better, they want to hold all this stuff back and they don't want to share because they're afraid we're going to get their little secret and we're going to be their competition. To me, I don't have competition if somebody is selling the same product I am and doing the same thing. I am protecting people's money, keeping them safe. We're partners together. We're trying to overcome an industry that is all about taking money away from the client and getting these fees and risking their money. I'm not like that. I only sell fixed and fixed indexed annuities every once in a while do a life insurance case. But what I want to do is once again through these blogs. I just want to show you what I deal with on a regular basis. And of course we have our webinars that you can go to. We have our different membership levels on the Annuity Agents Academy. And that of course is just going to further you better and better, get you better and better as an agent. And it helps you understand how I went from writing two and a half million a year to over 16 million a year, being a one man show, basically doing this all on my own, having to figure this out on my own. So I'm going to go through those levels, those memberships will actually give you step by step how, how I did this. But this vlog, this is free. This is just a pay it forward to you guys. This is a pay it forward to people in my industry to help you to where you don't have to quite struggle how I did. You don't have to go through some of the trials I did.
