2 Main benefits to work with Coach Michelle

My name is Dean Lambert, and I've taken a Senior BA position with Udrio, who are a consultancy based out of Washington, D.C. that contract to the federal government. I think like the main frustration was not being able to get past the first interview, having either an HR screening and it just going no further. My network not really coming through for me or being very helpful or supportive. One of the main benefits from Michelle was she taught me how to network properly. We redid my CV into something that was a brand and was, was a marketable thing. So my two main benefits were like LinkedIn, my CV resume, and just the learning the way to talk to people, trying to be consistent with my networking, you know, making the LinkedIn connections, being forceful but not overly forceful to schedule these meetings with people to kind of offer my expertise and services for free. To solve their problems. So that was one of the biggest things that was a benefit to me.
