The program is a great investment!

Anthony Guido landed a Director of Business-to-Business Marketing role in healthcare after working with Michelle Perchuk's coaching program. The program rewrote his resume, LinkedIn profile, and personal narrative using techniques like the 3-chapter introduction and bite-sized storytelling for interviews. Weekly group calls and peer support helped him stand out in a crowded job market.

Anthony Guido. My new position is Director of Business-to-Business Marketing. I was frustrated by the job market and frustrated by the inability to stand out in what became a really crowded, you know, marketplace as I was applying for jobs. And I didn't have the right approach. I was applying, not networking, networking so much. So this really helped me. Michelle Perchuk really helped me focus on the right ways to enter, you know, at this level in my career, to enter the the job market. Very collaborative, um, and I learned a lot right off the bat. Um, there was a lot— we spent a lot of time together, uh, talking about all the things I did, and that really helped sharpen up my resume, really helped. Um, we put a lot of time into my LinkedIn and really packaged and marketed myself, uh, in a very different way, like an impactful way that I think really made a lot of difference, um, to help me stand out. I landed a great job in a great place with so much room to grow. Um, I have varied background, so I was looking at a couple different avenues I could have gone, but she really helped me sort of optimize my background for, you know, large-scale healthcare marketing, which is really the best growth sort of channel for me. So I'm very happy with the way it all worked out. The investment, but also the time commitment too. There was a lot of work that went into this, the different learning modules, the practicing of different things like the 3 chapters way to introduce yourself. I found very— landed very well with people on Zoom calls. So and in person. So it was well worth the investment of time and money. It really, it did help me stand out. It really helped me to tell my story in like bite-sized, like very consumable ways. You know, people are going to spend only a few seconds on your resume. So having great summaries and those key points like highlighted, that really helped me stand out. And also the ability to like package and talk about like the big wins that I had. You know, I'm someone that maybe will talk a lot or can ramble on things. It really helped me focus to just a couple of key points for, for the most important topics. That, yeah, Michelle's great to work with and the team around her is very supportive and the weekly calls that are run are also very, very helpful. I had a lot of support from just some peers in the same places that I was in. So I would definitely say this is a good investment for your future.
