What did the successful ones operators had in common?
I think they care deeply. I don't think you can fake this, man. Like they care. They're showing up every time, they're showing up every day. They're thinking outside the box. They're trying new monetization strategies, seeing people who are really good at branding, who are really bad at the data. I've seen people who are really good at the content, who suck at the branding. It doesn't matter what your strengths are. Triple down on your strength, outsource your weakness and just consistently keep showing up. Don't let perfection be the headwind, just keep working towards it. And so I don't throw out the bad ideas. I kind of sit with them for a little while and kind of re articulate them and restructure them. And it's like, that's pretty cool. These businesses are recognizing. It's not, it's not how much money you spend on marketing, it's how you market. Like, I think every brand should be in company. How do we bring people together? How do you build a community? That is your moat, that is your magnet, that is everything.
