The only place where I can be have some reasonable level of assurance is email. So it is the primary nurture mechanism. So we use it for that initial follow up once they're there to try to get them to consume our pillar content. We also use it to get them to re engage and to bounce them to other channels. So our owned and operated media, which of which email is, we use these channels not just as communication channels to sell the stuff that we have or to get people in those conversion campaigns, but we also use it to send them to. Oh go go, check out this post that I just did on LinkedIn. I just posted something on you on YouTube. The more that we can bounce folks around and get them in the ecosystem, that's the play today. It's no longer a single channel world. You've got to get your people seeing you and engaging with you everywhere they are, which is kind of everywhere. But email is the best way to not just nurture them via email, but to continue to nurture them via the other channels. You can leverage email to send them there. So you should be sending a lot more emails, send people to social channels, right? Instead of just sending every single email, trying to get people to buy something.
