This is 101 on how to become very athletic and retain it in your 30s plus, so you can be a very functional human being, and most importantly, beat your kids in any physical endeavor. And of course, do cool-ass shit like this too as well. Number 1 will be max effort sprints. Sprinting is one of the most athletic things you could possibly ever do, and it also helps spike your human growth hormone as well too, which helps with building muscle, staying lean, and all the other good stuff. Number 2 is to bulletproof your foundation. If your core, joints, or tendons are not strong enough, you cannot handle number 1. This is common sense. Trust me on that. Build up your foundation so you can handle every other thing on the list. Jump. Jump a lot. It helps with joint resilience as well too. Lift heavy shit. You're not building no damn muscle and becoming jacked if you're not moving no damn weight. You need resistance training. It is mandatory, ladies and gentlemen. Mobility. Move a lot. There's no point in having all that muscle and being jacked if you're still stiff as hell and cannot move nor control your body. You're just good to look at. That's literally it. Last but not least, number 6, cardio/conditioning. Yes, you want to be able to sprint fast, but you also want to be able to run a mile without gassing out. Athleticism is overall functionality, quite literally. I guarantee you, if you do all of this, you will be very athletic and jacked, and of course retain this in your 30s plus. Trust me on that.
