Being MID is ok, staying MID is unacceptable

A physique is a superpower that builds character and commands respect. The speaker uses Stoic philosophy and Kratos from God of War to argue that disciplined training conquers yourself, improves your status, and makes you kinder. Being mid is fine; staying mid is the failure.

I am a big fan of Stoicism, and I've stated many times and I've quoted a lot of sayings from famous Stoics such as Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and even one from Socrates that I still really uphold to this day. And he stated that it is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the strength and beauty his body is capable of. Pretty much saying it is a huge shame for you to simply Leave your potential on the table. It is a huge shame for you to not see what your body, you know, is capable of. The beauty, the beautiful things and strength your body is capable of. Because us men, when you get the physique, that's just one part of it. You feel me? It's really what comes after you get the physique. And I talk about this all the time that people actually don't really, they can't really comprehend this. Some can comprehend this, but for the most part, Excuse me. Some people fail to understand that as a man, you having a really, really good physique, aka a great physique, it is quite literally your superpower. Just letting you know that, you know what I'm saying? And I, and I try to emphasize that to men a lot because, you know, I've seen it change my life and it's obviously changing other people's lives just for me looking the way I look, you feel me? I'm able to motivate other people to them, for them to start working out and all that. People look up to me and all that. They, they see guidance and all that. And that is such a great feeling, you feel me? It is a great thing to know that what you've built and what you strove to build in a sense is actually helping other people now. And I never take that for granted. And I always tell people that you want to build a great physique not only to inherently look good, because there's more that comes with it. And I mean more that comes with it. Obviously, I stated many times, it is a very shallow thing, but ladies and gentlemen, Human beings are shallow by nature. Do not get this confused, you know what I'm saying? A lot of people, they try to seem on their high horse, but let's be real. A lot of times when we see people, we typically judge them by their appearance, not necessarily their personality. We've never spoken to them, you know what I'm saying? Till we speak to them, then it's a whole different story now. But for the most part, we make our first analysis through people's appearances. So, by all means, you want to look great, you want to be in great physical shape, you know You know what I'm saying? Being in great physical shape could benefit you in so many ways. The many ways would be that if you have a job, if you work a business, whatever it may be, people tend to actually take you more seriously. With all due respect, your masculine frame, the frame you've built, it upholds weight. We call it a whole weight, you feel me? It holds weight. How does it hold weight? Because people intrinsically know the value of building a good physique, or AKA a great physique, I should emphasize. There's a good physique and there's a great physique. A good physique, People know you look good. They don't necessarily want to look like you because they can achieve that. A great physique, people are skeptical they can achieve that, but they're willing to damn try. You feel me? Because you really, really look good and they want to look like you. So, yes, in this aspect, right, by you having a great physique, people are more likely to take you seriously. With all due respect, a lot of men feel invincible to many people actually. I've spoken to a lot of younger individuals when they text me, younger men when they text me on IG. They text me, yo, and even older men too, which is which is kind of crazy. They haven't grown out of the stage and understandable because like I said, a lot of men since they haven't worked on themselves per se, know thyself, conquer thyself. That's another Stoicism quote right there. If you never know yourself, how can you conquer yourself? Conquer yourself in the sense that how can you be what's it called be great in life? How can you be very good with things you know and outside of you know pretty much your daily personal life per se, you know what I'm saying. We're talking about jobs, social affairs, how you interact with people. How can you be good if you've never conquered yourself? The ability to conquer yourself also starts with you building a really good physique in a sense, a really, really good physique. A physique that other people can look and admire and obviously want to look like you. Now, yes, there are so many benefits that come with obviously building a great physique. Like I said, number one, people would just want to be around you. You know, you're very Your aura gives off a very welcoming presence in a sense, you know, you look good. It's a status symbol too. It's one of the highest status symbols out there. A good example is Jeff Bezos. As soon as he got rich, guess what he did? He built him a physique. Literally. If you look at Jeff Bezos who started his business and Jeff Bezos now, it's like, it's 2 different people. Like, bro's huge, you know what I'm saying? He's jacked because he knows that you can have all the money in the world, but A physique at the end of the day is the ultimate status symbol. You know what I'm saying? It is literally peak male, what's it called, event in a sense. Like, it is bound to happen because at almost any, at almost all times in life, we tend to realize like, yo, we built all this, you know, we have money, we have, you know, whatever it may be, but we don't have the frame. We don't have the physique that commands respect. Again, you can have all the money in the world, but it doesn't necessarily mean you command respect. But a physique will command you respect. Trust me on that. I've never— I can count on one hand how many times I've asked people to respect me. Never. Literally. I don't go out there, you know, saying you must respect me. No, I don't. Because like I said, when people see you with a good physique, a great physique per se, they intrinsically know how hard it is to get. You know what I'm saying? Yes, they could hate, they could say whatever it may be, right? But they know how hard it is to get because they don't look like that themselves. So yes, it literally is the first thing that speaks when people see you. Your physique speaks louder when people see you. It's literally the first thing, because when people see you, they're like, whoa, that guy has a frame. He has some shoulders on him. He has the hands on him. He has the abs on him and all that. People want this, man. You know what I'm saying? People want things that are hard to acquire because it has a lot of value to it. A great physique intrinsically has value to it without you even having to speak, like say, oh yeah, man, I built— no, people know that. People notice you. You're less invincible to people, you're less invincible to women per se. And a lot of men kind of struggle with this aspect in a sense. And understandable. Yes, a good physique will be great, it will benefit you obviously, but you also need a mouthpiece. Game, no game. If you're aware of this, you're aware of this. But I won't get into the mouthpiece because that's a whole different story, you know what I'm saying? But a good physique will obviously boost your chances of, you know, getting the woman you like or whatever it may be. to notice you because you have conquered thyself. You conquered thyself by obviously building yourself up, you know what I'm saying? You build a frame that is noticeable. Nobody, nobody can ignore that, let's be real. So yes, I tend to say again, being mid is okay, but staying mid is unacceptable. You never want to just be complacent where you're at, really, with anything in life. I say that, ladies and gentlemen, because Trust me, you will regret letting your potential slide away. You will regret letting yourself or stopping yourself from building something capable, something beautiful and all that. Just think about it. There are many people out there, they've never really tried. You know what I'm saying? Like they've literally never even tried. And they have some of the best genetics, whatever it may be, you know, just whatever it may be. They have some of the best Starting points all day, but they've never really tried to really work hard and build a good physique. Because like I said, a lot of people are comfortable in their perceived false notion of confidence per se, or just perfect. A lot of people seem that they— when they look at themselves, I've heard people tell me, nah, no need for me to go to the gym. I'm good just the way I am. Is that really true though? Do you really believe that though? You know what I'm saying? And like I said, that is a false perception of confidence right there. Because if you've never worked on yourself, you cannot say, you cannot see, you know, there's no room or there's no place where you can say you've built up that character per se too. Because yes, building a good physique, grinding, you know, day and night, eating, sleeping early, obviously being very disciplined with your diet and everything, that itself is a way of you building character because you're literally with yourself struggling, you're suffering. I call it suffering, you know what I'm saying? That discipline is suffering. It's not pretty. That hard work is not pretty, but it is worth it though. So, yes, you know, that is another form of literally suffering, but you're suffering with yourself. If you've never been through anything, you've never really built character. Character speaks much louder, ladies and gentlemen. There's a part— we have what we call a personality disorder, but there's no such thing as a character disorder because that eventually sifts out all the time. Yes, you can fake that for a certain while, but you cannot fake your character. You know what I'm saying? And really, when it comes to building a good physique, I feel like it helps a lot of men and women build that character because they've really been through shit. Excuse my French, but you've really been through shit. So of course, you know what it is to really feel that pain and all that. So obviously you actually treat other people better now, believe it or not. And I know you're like, how does building a good physique make you treat other people better? Well, you know what pain feels like. You know what I'm saying? You know what delayed gratification feels like, you know what discipline feels like and all that. And very disciplined men and women, they're extremely kind from what I've seen, you feel me? Because you know that is not a disciplined thing to lash out on people, to be very angry all the time, or to just be very upset at the world. That's not a disciplined thing, that's a very emotional and very— what's the word I'm looking for— unstable thing. And disciplined men are not— disciplined men and women are not unstable. They're extremely calm, collected, and of course, very in control of their frame and their— what's it called— their environments per se. And of course, their habits. So yes, ladies and gentlemen, do not let your potential slip by without seeing what you're freaking capable of. Because I know a lot of you out there— I posted a video recently, a lot of y'all were saying, every time I see bro, I just get mad at myself. Don't get mad at yourself. No, no, no, no. Don't be sorry, be better. Yeah, and I got that from Kratos from God of War, man. When I played that game and I, and I, and I, and I listened to what he said, I heard what he said, I'm like, yo, that's something my dad would say. That was deep right there. Don't be sorry, man. Don't feel bad for yourself. Go and be better because you can definitely be better. You just haven't been able to put in the work, put in that sacrifice right there, or really invest in yourself. A lot of you don't invest in yourself and you get mad And, you know, other people, and most importantly, you get mad at yourself. You get mad at other people, but the person you're really mad at is yourself because you know you could have done it. You know you were capable of it, but you never just did it. So yeah, do not sit by and let your potential just waste. No, no, no. Let me repeat that quote by Socrates again. What a shame it is for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength his body is capable of. Keep that in mind. Do not grow old without seeing what you're capable of. You will regret that. And regret is one of the worst things you want to hold in life as a man or a woman. You do not want that hanging over your head or your shoulders. That weight is too much. So yeah, ladies and gentlemen, you got this. I love y'all, man. Y'all stay blessed and disciplined. Being mid is okay. Staying mid is unacceptable. We don't want that. We want the best versions of ourselves, you know what I'm saying? 'Cause we can definitely get that. Why not you? I always say that, why not you? Like, that's why I love confident people. Why not you? You can do it, you feel me? And of course, ladies and gentlemen, I'm always here to help. If you wanna call, just book one. We can talk about how we can plan it out. Like I help all my clients. Y'all stay blessed and very much disciplined. Love y'all, man. Peace.
