What's up, y'all? Let's talk about an ab routine, man, how I structure my ab workouts. And since I value both your time and my time, let's get right into it. The first will be for the machine users, you know what I'm talking about. To be honest, I take all my sets to failure when I train abs, but it's up to you really, you know, do as you please. Second will be my favorite, cable ab crunch. Flex the spine and squeeze your abdomen, the abdominis rectus. The third will be decline, weighted decline crunch. Like I said, you can take All of these to failure, or you can just do rep ranges. I just like doing it to failure. The 4th will be leg raises. Now I do mine weighted, you know what I'm talking about, like with a dumbbell, 20 to 15 pounds. You can do either as you please. Obliques, I love these. I shift to the side and I work both sides, left and right, you know what I'm saying? These are pretty good for you as well. You don't necessarily have to take obliques to failure, but like I said, if you want, it's really up to you. And the last will be Russian twists, weighted Russian twists. These are really good for the obliques still. And that's pretty much it, y'all.
