What's up, y'all? Here's everything I did and ate as someone who eats once or twice a day. I always start off my day with bulletproofing my body, especially my knees since I sit a lot. Trust me on this, you gotta get that board right there, the slant board. Then I did some core engagement, doing some L-holds right there, a little bit of calisthenics. I had a meeting real soon actually with one of my business partners, so I took that right before the gym actually. I trained my client Pete right there. Yes, I'm a weird coach, man. I like to work out with my clients, you know what I'm saying? I just don't give you a workout to do, I work out with you. And I went to the park with my homies. We played a little bit of soccer and we had a game actually, you know what I'm saying? Hey man, I love these guys, bro. Like, you know what I'm saying? We just have so much fun together. For real, for real. You know I'm always do a flip, man. I gotta do a flip. Hit the gym later with my homies. You know we did some little bike right there. Yeah, we was thirsty. We were hungry too, by the way. Like I said, I was working out fasted. Came home, had the last meeting, and I had to eat some food, man. I did two miles today. This is what I ate first. Yeah, it's real good African food right there. And this is what I ate second. Y'all stay blessed and disciplined.
