Tom Brady played elite football at 45 because he prepared his body first, not through willpower alone. Most high-earning men have weak knees and hips from years hunched at desks. The speaker is hosting a live training on July 26 at 3 PM EST on joint bulletproofing and foundational strength.

Tom Brady played elite ball at 45, which is just straight up insane, I'll be real with you. And he'll tell you it wasn't the grinding harder that kept him on the field, it was really prepping his body and mind to stop breaking down, which a lot of people do not do. Gentlemen, you've built a career, trust. Everybody leans on you and you can probably outspend any man in the room. That's cool and all, but your body is breaking down on you. Let's be real, you feel less athletic and very much stiff every day. And for most, it's even worse because they spent 15 years hunched over building the thing that left your knees, hips, tendons, very much untrained and a lot weak. Then some of y'all go hard on Monday, and on Wednesday you back to that same pain. Understand that Brady didn't just last long by being tough mentally. He lasted long by also prepping his frame. And those same rules apply to you as well too. Your knees ain't old. They're just weak and very much untrained. Completely different problem if we're being real. And only one of those is permanent. You don't push through pain. I've always told people that's so stupid. You remove the reason it's even there. We bulletproof the joints first, then you earn that right to load it up. You do that and the stairs just go back to being just stairs. Also, I will be having a live training next Sunday, July 26th at Eastern Standard Time, 3 PM, where I will go over all these things on how to bulletproof the body, strengthen the foundation, and of course build that lean and capable athletic physique. Just comment down athletic and I will send you the invite.
