Cristiano is in his 40's and moves better than you in your 30s

In this motivational fitness monologue, the speaker highlights Cristiano Ronaldo’s exceptional movement ability at age 41, using him as a case study for longevity through disciplined training and nutrition. He outlines a multi‑phase approach to conditioning, emphasizing a foundational "bulletproofing" phase that uses moderate weight work, isometric holds, walking lunges, kettlebell and farmer’s walks to strengthen joints, tendons, and connective tissue. Sprinting is presented as a key CNS activation tool for explosive power, while functional movement, mobility, balance, and stability are framed as true strength beyond mere muscle size. The speaker also discusses clean eating habits, referencing Ronaldo’s diet and his own practice of OMAD (one‑meal‑a‑day) and 2MAD (two‑meals‑a‑day) protocols, stressing the importance of nutrient quality and portion control. Throughout, he stresses consistency, discipline, and the need to train for functional capability to prevent injury and maintain performance into later years. The video concludes with an invitation to a live training session on July 26th, where the speaker will dive deeper into fortifying the body, functional fitness, and dietary strategies.

So Cristiano Ronaldo is 41 years old, but he moves a lot better than most 20-year-olds, even 30-year-olds, you know what I'm saying? You shouldn't, you should, you should not be even moving bad at just 30, especially if you're taking care of your body. And that's a testament to how, you know, how diligent he is, how, you know, how smart he is. And the fact that he knows that, you know, longevity really is key. Let's be real. He has kids, he has a family, he would love to stay for a long time and enjoy those times with them, which is why health, you is truly wealth, as I always say. I tell people all the time, you know, you just don't want to just lift weights, man. I've mentioned this and I'm going to keep singing it. I'm going to keep telling y'all, you feel me? And if you've seen how he trains, he trains really just like I do, honestly. You know what I'm saying? He sprints a lot. He's a soccer, you know, oh, football player. Y'all almost got me right there. But nah, he sprints a lot, which is very good. You know what I'm saying? That's straight CNS activation right there. Central nervous system. You know what I'm saying? And sprinting is one of the most athletic things you could do. You could possibly do. You don't have to be the fastest. You just got to sprint. I kid you not. Excuse me. I tell my clients that all the time. You don't have to be the fastest. You just have to sprint. You know what I'm saying? You just have to move your body very fast. It is very athletic and aggressive movement. But I digress. Before you even get into sprinting, you have to first bulletproof the body. If you've seen how Ronaldo trains in his old Real Madrid clips and all that, he lifts weights. You know what I'm saying? He doesn't lift too heavy. Obviously he's a soccer player. I mean, ooh. Almost got me there again. He's a football player. He doesn't lift too much heavy weights and all that, but he moves weight regardless, you know what I'm saying? Because you have to adapt that neuromuscular connectivity too as well. You have to, you know, in a sense, trick your body. You have to move with weights, trick your body to think, you know, that's actually your body weight, but it's really not. So when the weights are off you, you're a lot faster, you're explosive, and your body's a lot capable in a sense. Also, they also help with joint prepping as well, bulletproofing the body. The joints love weights. I'm always telling you that right now. Y'all see how I train. I do isometric holds, you know what I'm saying? I do walking lunges in a sense. I do kettlebell walks. I do kettlebell farmer's walks and all that because your joints, tendons, and just overall your body, they love weights, you know what I'm saying? Because when you're bulletproofing the physique, your body in the first phase, which is, you know, I always tell my clients, We will not skip this phase because it is the most important phase. When you're bulletproofing the physique, your body, you cannot skip that. It is the most boring phase, but it is the most beneficial and the most impactful phase of all. The reason why it's the most beneficial phase is because if you skip that phase, in phase 2, phase 3, phase 4, whatever it may be you're going to be doing there, the athletic movements, the— because being athletic is like, I don't want to say aggressive, but you have to be explosive. To be explosive, it's very intentional. You have to be intentional with the things you're about to do. Like, for example, when you're about to run, you can't half-ass a sprint. You can't half-ass a jump, especially when it's a maximum jump. You're going to jump. You're going to pick up that force, that power, and, you know, just explode up in the air in a sense. And for you to be able to do that, you have to train. Your body has to be able to hold that force in and not break. You know what I'm saying? Think of it as a— what's a good example I can think of? Think of it as a water bottle in a sense. You know what I'm saying? Think of your tendons, your joints as a water bottle. You fill it up too much to a certain extent, it wants to blow up in a sense. You know what I'm saying? But you fill Yeah. If you fill it up, right, and you're able to move it around, shake it around and all that, those are your joints are strong. They're capable. They're holding that force together in a sense. But if you fill up too much and they just, you know, the bottle just explodes, that's your joints right there. That's when your joints are not bulletproof. They're not strong enough. The connective tissues you have, the tendons, they're not holding your body together because they have not been fortified. So as I mentioned, Cristiano Ronaldo is 41, but he moves a lot better than 20-year-olds, 30-year-olds. You know, a lot of y'all know that, you know what I'm saying? And it's not only his, it's not only his, his training as well too, it's his diet. He's extremely healthy. I mean, that is a, that is a healthy, that is a healthy butter right there. You know what I'm saying? He eats, eats very clean. Obviously, he's, you know, he's in some of his interviews, he said, you know, he does, he doesn't mind, he has cheat meals sometimes because he doesn't like taking life too seriously. And that's fine. You know what I'm saying? That's a, that's a testament to his discipline. Obviously, you have to give yourself some rewards. There's some other people who don't, you know, they don't really Like junk food. They don't even want junk food at all. You know what I'm saying? I fall into that category, but that's not me being too strict, ladies and gentlemen. That's just me not wanting it. I am, I am African after all. You know, we don't, you know, we didn't even really eat that, uh, back home. And I never really liked it even when I came over here in a sense. So luckily for me, that works in my favor because, you know, it's processed, you know, the fibers are stripped out. So by you eating it, it just makes you more hungry and more hungry and more hungry. You know what I'm saying? Uh, you know, it's easy to digest obviously, but That only makes you want it more and more and more. So you have to be careful with that. But yes, it's not only his workout regimen, but his diet is super important. Now, I'm not sure if he practices the OMAD or 2MAD. He probably doesn't, but he eats very healthy portions and very healthy, and the food is— the quality is insanely good. I mean, you've seen what he has for breakfast: eggs whites, you know, eggs. He would have some water, some apple juice or some orange juice, which is really good. But yeah. It is very important to not only, you know, train right, but to also eat right as well. You know, just like my diet too as well. I practice OMAD and 2MAD depending on the day, but it's worked great for me. And I love the fact that when I post that, right, a lot of people, they may not be knowledgeable on it, right? But they're willing to ask questions because, you know, it's a very intriguing topic. People are willing to, they want to learn, they want to know. So they always ask and I love that. And I see the people in the comments always talking about how it's worked for them. And man, when I tell y'all that is amazing, it is really amazing news because OMAD and 2MAD gets a lot of Hate simply because people are not knowledgeable of it and they don't know about it. You know what I'm saying? People are scared of what they don't know. So they always think that if you eat like one big meal, you might lose weight. You might not. That's like, you know what I mean? You might lose your muscle mass, but it doesn't work like that. Things that take years to build, you don't lose them in, uh, what's it called, by just, you know, like I said, by just switching up your diet, which is extremely healthy actually, in a couple of weeks or 2 weeks. You feel me? It takes time. But yes, I digress again. As I mentioned, you know, Ronaldo is 41 again, but he moves a lot better than most individuals who are 20 and 30, you know what I'm saying? And around the 20 and 30 age, the 30 age ramp right there, that is a man's, you know, physical and financial prime in a sense. So there should be no reason for you to have joint pain, you know, tendon pains, or just overall discomfort in the body, especially if you fortify your body in your early 20s or in your late 20s. You should be very, very much capable. You feel me, brothers? And, uh, and a sister, you should be very, very much capable. So I advise you all to not only train to have the, the bigger, the bigger biceps, the bigger muscles, you know what I'm saying? Yes, looking good is very good. It is a great thing. Trust me on that. You know what I'm saying? People will treat you accordingly to how you look, but it is very important. It is, and I mean extremely important to also, you know, build a very strong and capable physique that doesn't break down on you. You know, it doesn't disappoint you in the time when you need it. Because sometimes I've seen people injure themselves just by walking. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Very simple thing, but it's also very simple to also very— it's also very simple to injure yourself, literally, which is insane when you really think about that. That is how much, you know, just, you know, training right, the patterns of the coordination, it helps so much, you know, in your everyday life. Not just you having big muscles, you know what I'm saying? Yes, you look appealing, you look good, and yes, you might be even strong, but if you're not strong and, you know, and just coordinate a movement, different range of motions, you're not necessarily a strong person, you know what I'm saying? Because Mobility is true strength as well too. Balance is true strength as well too. Stability is true strength as well too, which a lot of people do not realize that till, you know, you actually get injured and you start thinking like, wow, my muscles didn't really save me from this. But if I had the coordination to move swiftly, if I had the agility to move and catch myself from this fall, I would have saved myself. You feel me? So I always tell y'all, better safe than sorry. You feel me? So always, always train for functional, for functionality. That is longevity after all. We all want that. You know what I'm saying? At the end of the day, we all want that. And yes, ladies and gentlemen, I just came, you know, over here to talk to y'all about that. And also to tell y'all that this Sunday I'm hosting a live training, July 26th at Eastern Standard Time, 3:00 PM, where I will go over all things health and fitness and answer all your questions. You feel me? I will go over the subject at hand, how you can fortify the body, build a strong and capable physique where you're not— you don't only look good, but you're also very athletic. Capable. And overall, you're just looking like a specimen, you feel me? And of course, talk about the OMAD and 2MAD diet as well too. I hope to see y'all there. The link will be down below for anyone who wants to join, to join it. And we will see y'all there, you know what I'm saying? Y'all take care, y'all stay blessed, and most importantly, y'all stay disciplined. Love y'all, man.
