Hello ladies and gentlemen, let's talk about the reason for your joint pain, joint discomfort, and overall stiffness when you wake up from bed. So I'm gonna go straight into it. Y'all know me, I respect your time and you know you respect my time too, so as well. So there's no need for me to beat around the bush, uh, you know, just yap as I usually tend to do sometimes. But yeah, so this is really my morning routine. Um, yes, I look like this every time I wake up, literally. Uh, I stay able to pump, um, obviously very good genetics and you know great diet, you know what I'm saying? I don't, I don't, uh, sugarcoat that or hide that. But yeah, let's get into the morning routine. So, you know, when you— when people wake up in the morning, they typically, you know, they just go brush their teeth and do all that. Yes, yes, we do all that. But, you know, I, I make sure my body is active in a sense, you know. I train my CNS. And not only that, I sit down a lot, which a lot of y'all sit down a lot too as well. And how I cure my, uh, cure my, uh, my overall My overall, how I negate, you know, that stiffness and just overall joint pain. Because when you sit down a lot, you have to understand that your body will take the backlash. You know, the lower body will take the backlash. You feel me? So you have to strengthen that. So every 60, every 60 sec— uh, 60 minutes, I wake up and I do, you know, I really just do things like this, literally. And now you're probably wondering, how does this help with, you know, sitting? Well, I'm literally just training my core. I'm bracing my core. I'm strengthening my core. Because when you sit down a lot, the lower, the lower half of your body, you know, it takes, it takes the backlash. I'll be real with you. You know what I'm saying? So So yes, I will wake up and just do things like this with my hips, my hip flexors, because I'm trying to strengthen, you know, I'm trying to, I'm trying to erase all the damage I've pretty much done to myself in a sense, you know. So how do I do that? I do things like this. I make sure to mitigate it by obviously working my lower body because it is super important. So I do this every 60, every 60 minutes. Yes, granted, I do more than this, but this is, you know, for me not to waste your time and just show you most of the things I do in the morning since I sit down a lot, you know. I'm saying, it is very important. And, and I know a lot of y'all wonder, you know, how is he still athletic and do all these things even though he sits down way too much? Yes, I sit down for about 8 to 9 hours, you know, plus if I'm being real with you, because I have to edit too, you know, have meetings like I'm having right here. This is pretty much, you know, this is pretty much what I did today. So this is really a vlog. I'm just me. This is me. This is me just talking over it. So yes, I had a meeting with my, uh, my, um, my, uh, what's it called, my team. You know, we talked, you You know, as you all know, I do run a business. I train men and women who need help, of course, with their joint pain, discomfort, and whatever it may be. I am your guy for that. As you can see, I'm in top shape. With all due respect, that is not me being arrogant. I'm just being realistic. I am in very great shape. Believe that. You know what I'm saying? Not only physically, not only do I look, you know, obviously visually appealing, but I'm also very capable of several athletic feats because of the way I train. So So I came to the gym right after that, right after that meeting, and, you know, first thing I did was just warm the body up, you know what I'm saying? I just did rows, like, warm my, you know, just prep my CNS, you know what I'm saying? Because I was about to do some, some real, you know, heavy, heavy work. And, you know, just— Excuse me. Uh, I should cut that out, but y'all know me, I'm all about authenticity, so I'm gonna leave that in. Apologies on that, I'm just yawning. Even though it's early. But yes, uh, after that I did banded TKEs. Today was a full body, you know what I'm saying, a full body workout split for me. It was a Tuesday after all, you know what I'm saying. Typically I would do, I would do upper body, but I had to switch it up a little bit today. So yes, and I did banded TKEs, uh, and Spanish squats to warm my knees up. I didn't squat today. No, no, no, I didn't squat today. But what I did do, I did do, um, a different variation of a squat, you know what I'm saying. So you will be seeing that real soon, real soon. I did work out one of my homies. We did RDLs, heavy RDLs right here. It turn to go. We did about 4 sets, 4 sets of 6 to 7 repetitions. You know, he did his thing. Really, I didn't even want to warm up with RDLs in the sense that I just go straight to heavyweight, you know what I'm saying? 265 of— well, I did 225, you know what I'm saying? Then after that was 265 over it, 265 to 275, whatever it may be right there. I just wanted to lift it, you know what I'm saying? As you see right there, I just wanted to put in some work, you know what I'm saying? Which I did put in some work, uh, gladly I did. And yes, after that Like I said, we did 4 sets of 6 to 7 repetitions. It was some hard work, man. You know, I could feel the pain. You know, sometimes we work out fasted, so, you know, I'm just feeling it, man. Like, I mean, I'm in pain, but good pain, obviously. Not like, oh, I'm gonna die. And I'm just— I'm over here, you know, trying to teach him about, um, you know, just give a little game about his lower back was hurting him, so we had to put down the weight for him. We put down the weight for him. I told him to brace your core. Don't, don't, don't, um, bend your, your spine over. You know, brace your core so when you're lifting that weight especially elevated, your core, you know, your core can keep you stable in a sense, you know what I'm saying? You challenge your core to keep you stable. So he did it just right here. As you can see right here, I told him, go make sure you go back too to hit that, uh, that lower back, uh, the, the spine, the spinal right there. And he did exactly that. His form is perfecto, you know what I'm saying? Perfecto. So he did great. He did great with that. And after a while when he did that, I think this was like pretty much his last set because he had already done, um, he already done hamstrings. So he just wanted, you know, he was just training with me Which I do appreciate. And after that, really, he was pretty much done, you know what I'm saying? He hit core, and you know, you know the drill, man. We hit core every single day. I'm probably not going to show you me— I'm probably not going to show y'all me hitting core since a lot of y'all probably tired of, you know, hearing me say that and probably have seen it so much that you're like, oh my God, we get it, this guy hits core every day. Uh, yeah, that's why I'm diced as I am. But obviously that's more of my diet, honestly. That's my other brother right there, Dan. Uh, yeah, he just pulled up. We're talking. This was my last set, honestly. This is my last set, and I was pretty much done for it, man. I was done for it. Yeah, I was, I was cooked, man. I was cooked. And I wanted, like, I really do want to, like, do a vlog, right, where, you know, the mic can obviously— y'all can obviously hear us live, but, you know, they have music, so that might get copyrighted. So I'm just doing better safe than sorry. We, we moved to goblet squats, you know. We did the first set semi-heavy. I did 85, 80 pounds. Um, yeah, he did, he did his too. This is one of his first times doing it because he really wanted to work on his quads. So this is one of his first times doing it. That's the OG right there. So apparently I'm somewhat a little bit known in the gym now. A lot of people, they've somewhat seen my content, so, you know, they dab me up. You know, it's pretty cool. It's pretty cool, man. You know, time to time. So that's, uh, I appreciate the love and, you know, just the support. And yeah, so he did his and, you know, he, it felt, he felt good doing that, doing it the first time. So he had to up the weight. I upped the weight up to 100, as you see right here. I'm You know, I'm, I'm doing some good stuff right here, you feel me? I actually, uh, a fellow gentleman came and gave us a compliment. He was like, oh my God, he's like, your form is great, all that. And he was like, you got to go up and— well, you got to go 120. But I was like, man, my legs already cooked, buddy, you know what I'm saying? I would do it, but I was like, my legs are cooked. But, you know, uh, I do appreciate that, you know. Uh, bro went up to like— I think he went up to like a good, uh, 90, if I'm correct, 85, 90 pounds. And yeah, looking solid, you feel me? He's looking solid. His form is solid too as well. He's swinging bullets. This challenged him a lot, you know what I'm saying? This challenged him a lot. And apologies for the ladies, you know, being on show. That was— I didn't even intend for that to happen. I actually, I didn't even notice her when she was there because I was so zoned out. Yes, I was so zoned out. Next, you know, we had to do some banded incline dumbbell press, you know what I'm saying? This is really good for you, you know, the good explosiveness. Typically I would contrast this with explosive clap push-ups, Push-ups and all that, just to get that, uh, get that explosion, that, uh, that translate that, that strength into power. But I didn't, I didn't get to do that today, not because I couldn't do it, but I was like, yeah, I'm gonna just save that for a good Thursday. Honestly, I'm gonna save that workout for Thursday, you feel me? I'm gonna contrast it with some heavy, uh, not semi-heavy because I was just 80, you know what I'm saying? But with the bands, it gives you good resistance, so you have to be, uh, you know, on your P's and Q's. Then I moved into some rows right here. Like, you know, you know what it is, man. You gotta build some muscle. And you know, I'm gonna do exactly just that. I'm gonna build some damn muscles, but obviously very functional. As you can see, I'm not typically taking my time. I'm actually moving it. I'm moving it, but not recklessly, with form, of course. You feel me? This is, this is really me just giving y'all some little sauce into the workouts. You know what I'm saying? And I'm gonna show y'all what I ate later on, actually. Uh, it was really good food. I ate 2 times, you know, uh, to build that muscle. You feel me? So good food, as mentioned. Real good food. So yeah, we took care of the phase pulls, which was pretty good. Now we move to some explosive landmines. These are really good. A lot of people sleep on this. Please do not sleep on this. These are really good. The only reason I'm not as explosive as one of my other videos is simply because I hurt my wrist. I was playing soccer and, uh, a little funny story. So I'm extremely competitive. I did not want the goal to go in, so I, uh, dived for it a little bit, uh, Unconventional, let's just say that. So my left wrist is a little hurt, but there's no problem. It's nothing I can't fix, honestly. I know how to go about that. That's one of my homies right there. He's talking to my other homie, and I'm pretty much finishing my workout right here, you know what I'm saying? I'm, uh, finishing that up real quick. As you can see right there, I did this and we spoke for a little bit. Always good conversation with the homies. Always good conversation with the homies. But as I said, when you move weight, you got to make sure you move after, you know what I'm saying? And I always make sure I move after so I never get stiff. And also get hit with joint pain. Trust me, you want to be a very functional human being. And as you can see right here, pretty much one of the last things I did was train core. I put a dumbbell there, this time a heavy dumbbell, and I didn't go down too low in a sense, but just to keep that focus on my core really tight and really, really focused. As you can see right there, this is one of the— this was definitely my last exercise. After this, I made sure to obviously stretch, you know, a little bit. I did some static stretching. I typically do my static stretching after I work out because before I work out, I do dynamic stretches. But after that, you know, straight to static. Static is just where it's at, you know what I'm saying? Stretch your muscles and lengthen your muscles and all the good things right there. And yeah, after that, it was pretty much, you know, wraps. Literally, I went home. This is my first meal. This is honey chicken, avocados, and some little bit of white rice. It was really little. I didn't feel too hungry, but after I ate this, I felt hungry. I felt real hungry. It's so weird. I swear my stomach works in mysterious ways, ladies and gentlemen. And right after this, this was my second meal right here. Some chicken. A client actually called right there. One of my clients called, so I was taking a call with him. It's an onboarding call actually. So I took the call with him. He— I was writing his program, you feel me, this today, but I did not get to show that. But it's all good though. And this is what I ate right here while I was talking to him and telling him about his program, about the first phase and all the way to the sixth phase. And yeah, this is what I ate right here. There's some chicken, honey chicken, some white rice, and I think, I think avocado was in there, or I finished that. I'm not even too sure. But y'all stay blessed and disciplined.
