In this informal vlog, fitness influencer Daniel Obi (Speaker A) walks viewers through a full day of training, nutrition, and personal updates. He begins with a morning sprint session featuring ladder and curved‑sprint drills, emphasizing unilateral and bilateral coordination work. He highlights his client’s rapid skill acquisition, linking the drills to real‑world athletic performance. Mid‑vlog, Daniel promotes an upcoming live training session, encouraging viewers to join via a link or comment “pain.” He then details his leg‑strength routine (squats, RDLs) and claims that training legs three times a week spikes testosterone. After the workout, he breaks his fast with a simple high‑protein meal (ground beef, rice stew, boiled eggs) and later a second protein‑rich dinner (chicken, beef stew, rice). He showcases his mother’s beet‑juice blend (lime, kiwi, lemon, strawberry) as a health‑focused beverage. Daniel also discusses his passion for Street Fighter, arguing that video gaming improves coordination and decision‑making for athletes. Finally, he shares that he’s been invited to New York for the World Cup finals and plans to vlog the experience. The vlog blends workout instruction, personal lifestyle tips, promotional calls‑to‑action, and future‑content teasers, all delivered in a casual, enthusiastic tone.

What's up, yo? What's up, y'all? I just woke up. Today's about to be a good vlog. I'm gonna show y'all the workouts for the day. Today's Friday. I do need a rest day. I haven't rested in a while, but it's fine. You know what they say, no rest for the wicked. But yeah, I'm about to go do some sprints right now with my client. And yeah, man, I'm gonna record today, show y'all what I eat. I might eat 2 meals today. I might do 2 of them out of that, depending on it, because, you know, I haven't been eating a lot. Lately. And, you know, I just want to eat, just, you know, make sure I maintain muscle and be strong because I'm getting stronger, which is so backwards. I don't even get it. I don't get it, man. But yeah, I'm gonna show y'all, man, you feel me? I'm gonna show y'all. Uh, let's get— let's go about it, man. Let's start.
Let's start the day. What's good, y'all? I thought I'd walk out through the workouts like I always do for the vlog, as always, because, you know, it's loud outside and, you know, it really— I didn't have the mic on. Honestly, I should have had it on, but I'm gonna do that next time. I'm gonna do better next time. So pretty much going to some ladder drills, you know what I'm saying? We're doing unilateral training right here. Well, bilateral training because we're moving both legs, but we're training, you know, one side of the leg, then the other side of the leg. I'm just showing my client right here. Solid. You're gonna see his athleticism has actually improved, you know. And with this, he actually kind of learned it quick, which I was very much impressed. You know, you're gonna see right here, he picks it up very quick. You know, like I said, I was actually impressed. So he gets the most because, you know, with this I would say majority of people can do this. It's just the coordination, you know. You have to kind of train your brain to, to, to pretty much remember these things, and I'm saying, but yes, you can definitely do it. It's just a coordination thingy. So yeah, he's doing this, he's doing it, he's doing it. He learns pretty quick, ladies and gentlemen. As you can see, I was, I was actually extremely proud of him. Now I told him, let's, let's, you know, let's up the intensity a little bit. Let's go a little faster, you feel me? And look at that, oh, that boy moving. Huh, I shouldn't even say that word. That man is moving. Look at that, he is moving, ladies and gentlemen. And his progress from when he first started is actually incredible, like literally incredible, you feel me? You know, at first when my client started, you know, his sense of, uh, direction wasn't the best, obviously, because he hadn't trained like this, you know what I'm saying? A lot of people, they were moved to— they're used to moving in a straight line, but life, you're not always going to move in a straight line, you know what I'm saying? You have things you want to do for fun, you have hobbies you like to do for fun, and a lot of your hobbies You know, it might be physical, let's be real. And who doesn't like to go out there and be physical and play sports, you know what I'm saying? Whether it's with your kids or your friends, because I know I love to do that. I do that all the time, you know, during the weekends with my brothers and all that, you feel me? We go play soccer. And how I train literally correlates to all of that. Like, I'm the most explosive guy on the field. I'm the most athletic guy on the field. I'm just overall very, very good. And also, you got to understand, I play soccer too in real life, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know, like obviously I don't play professional, but if you've seen my clips, I'm pretty good. So you compare that, you, uh, mix all of that with athleticism, I'm quite dangerous on the pitch, you know what I'm saying? And I also have the technical abilities too, like, you know, to move laterally, to shift, and, you know, just overall just control the ball. So, you know, it makes you, it makes you a threat, you know what I'm saying? So people have to guard you very closely. But you can see his movement improved incredibly. Like it's it's so lovely to see. Yeah, we up we up the we up the speed, the intensity because we did this five to six repetition back and forth. Look at that. Oh oh oh oh oh! He moving, he moving. I love to see him, man. I love to see the progress, man. It's really incredible. It just shows you how how how training like this really just benefits your everyday life. You feel me? It's lovely. Now we came into in Excuse me. We can, uh, what's it called, some curved sprints right here. As you're going, you're going to see we put the cone— I put the cones right there just so you get up on your knee and just, you know, really sprint, you know what I'm saying? But you're not sprinting in a straight line, you're sprinting in a curved position because like I said, in life you're not always going to be moving straight. Let's be real, you know what I'm saying? You're gonna have to bend, cut, turns, all that. So this gets your body used to that. That is— this is that neuromuscular, what's it called, um, connectivity, if I must say honestly, because you know you're getting used to it. And you want, you want that muscle memory with these things. So, you know, if you were to move sideways, laterally, you don't bust your ass. Let's be real, you don't fall, slip, and bust your ass because your body has somewhat adapted to these movements. It is, it is, it is understood. It is, uh, it is grasped. Did you feel me? That is what you overall want, ladies and gentlemen. So yes, look at that, you know what I'm saying? We do, we do want what we do with one leg, we do with the other leg, and we do, we switch sides too as well. The first side was our left side. Now we're doing our right side. You don't have to be the fastest. You just have to learn how to wake up and get up and get out the blocks, as they say. You feel me? That is very, very, very, very important right there. And yes, ladies and gentlemen, you know what I'm saying? We don't only run in a straight line now, but yes, this is more of a straight line, but we're combining 2 of these things. We're combining lateral movements and we're taking off. Right there is what he did right there. You know, he took up to the benches because he thought I said run to the benches, but I actually said just run straight. So, but it's cool though. I did it right there.
So, you know what I'm saying?
I had to show it. And he does it really good. Like I said, his coordination, his movement and movement has improved greatly. It is actually quite impressive. You know what I'm saying? I love working with people who can grasp things so quickly in a sense. And he has that, he has that mind and, uh, what's it called, capabilities to do that.
And yeah, you just see me, like I said, I take off my shirt.
It was hot as hell. It's not sunny, but it's hot as hell in Jersey, you feel me? So yeah, we just running, we just running. And I will remind y'all again, uh, I digress, but I will be, I will be, um, what's, what's the word I'm looking for? I will be having a, a live training, you know what I'm saying? I will be having a live training in, uh, next Sunday, ladies and gentlemen, the 26th or the 27th. I will be having a live training. So for any of those who want to join the live training, I will put a link below, or you can just comment pain. You can ask any questions you want about health, you know, fitness, because I typically do this on Instagram. But you know what I'm saying, I will be doing it. I will be doing a live training so, you know, you guys can really join in and get some valuable info. And if you want to obviously work with me in the future, you can just set up an appointment and we can walk you through that. So yes, I digress. I just had to let people know because, you know, I posted about it in the other— in another video, and somebody asked about the they asked about the, the live training, they pretty much put, put down the, the keyword, which was pain. So I appreciate that, and I got y'all. Like I said, you know, I'm gonna put the link down there. You know, you can obviously set an appointment, or, you know what I'm saying, you can just come and get some, uh, some sauce and all that, you feel me? But yeah, I digress. I had a meeting, you know what I'm saying? So I took that meeting right there. Not— I didn't try to make it too long because, you know, it's a long-ass meeting, you feel me? Then I went to the gym. Look, I trained legs before. I don't know why I was doing it again. But I was cooked. My test was so— my test was so high right here. I'm telling you, I've been training legs non-stop, you feel me? Like, I've been squatting, I've been doing RDLs. So my test is off— it's off the roof right now. Trust me on that, you know what I'm saying? And yes, that's why— that's one of the reasons why I was— I had to eat 2 meals, because I was just hungry. Like, I was just hungry. You're gonna see I ate 2 meals when I broke my fast first. I broke my fast, like, I ate another meal after that, you know what I'm saying? But that was in the night. Because I was just so, so hungry. Like, yeah, that, uh, uh, working out, training your legs 3 times a week is not for the weak. As I mentioned many times, it is one of the best ways to go about it, honestly. The gains are there. And you know, if you're a guy who, uh, who doesn't eat as much as I do and you wanted to obviously, you know, get stronger and, you know, build more muscle, man, just train 3 times a week. It's gonna spike your testosterone levels. Trust me on that. Then we come over here, we just doing some bicep curls, man, you know what I'm saying? You gotta fill out the shirt. I actually did some athletic— some athletic, what's it called, movements, obviously. But it's cool though. I just, you know, I had to cut it short because I didn't want to make this too long, ladies and gentlemen. That's pretty much it, y'all. Y'all, I'm gonna take over. Stay blessed.
What's good, y'all? I'm back from the gym. I had to take a meeting early on, as y'all saw me doing. And yeah, I'm about to break fast right now. The time is about— it is, let's see, The time is 3:54. It's 3:54 right there. I'm about to break some fast. And this is what I'm pretty much eating. Nothing crazy, honestly. Ground beef, rice stew, and 2 boiled eggs. I will eat again later on. Well, I'm gonna try to eat again later on if I'm hungry, which is really rare, but I'm gonna try to eat later on. You feel me? I really do want to eat. So So I can you know build some more muscle, I guess. And yeah, just get a lot stronger because I as I mentioned before, I've been I've not been eating a lot lately, but I'm getting strong stronger. Like which is like I said, so weird. I don't know how that works. I feel like my mind is playing tricks on me. But yeah, you know that's uh that's the goal. I'm gonna try to eat uh I'm gonna try to eat again later on. I'm gonna you know go go get a go get my walk, my steps, and then all that. And yeah, man, you know saying we gonna see. You feel me? Uh obviously I'm gonna post. Yeah, I'm gonna show y'all the workouts, obviously, you know, the running, you know, the lifting the weights and all that. So yeah, I got y'all, man. Yeah, you know, I'm, uh, I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna try to play a little bit of Street Fighter. Um, but I do have work to do, so I will do that first. Then I'm gonna do that, you know, I already took my meetings. I took a meeting early on, as y'all saw. So yeah, I'm gonna show y'all a little bit of Street Fighter, I guess, because a lot of people, a couple people actually asked about that. They were like, I play. Yeah, video games are actually very good. You know, there's a direct correlation between what's it called, people play video games and athletes. You know, helps your coordination, your reaction timing, quick decision-making, all that, especially on the field or whatever athletic endeavor you obviously practice. So it's a very good correlation. You know, y'all can definitely look into that. The studies, you know, say so. So, and I'm a big video gamer. I'm a nerd myself. I tend to be actually pretty good at these games, actually. And, you know, Street Fighter, I'm, you know, I'm about, I'm trying to get legend. You know what I'm saying? I mean, not legend, but I mean, obviously, You know, hey, you know what I'm saying? That's obviously in the future, but I'm trying to get mastered. I'm trying to master Alex, and yeah, I'm doing pretty decent with him. I will show y'all some clips, you know, you know, if y'all interested, of course. Yeah, man, but I appreciate it, you know what I'm saying? I'm gonna eat this. I don't know if y'all really want to watch me eat. I don't know, man, I don't care. But some people say they like— they want to see if I actually eat the food. Trust me, I eat the food. I eat the food. If I don't eat, I'm gonna You know, perish. But I eat the food, so yeah, I got y'all. But yeah, I'mma, you know, share a little bit of what I got going on next. Y'all stay blessed, stay disciplined. I'll be right back. So I forgot to actually show y'all this, but I think a lot of you by now know that I don't drink, right? But I do drink beet juice my mom makes. So, you know, she tells me to drink this all the time. She's a nurse herself, so she's super, super healthy. So I just wanted to show y'all this. Like, she tells me shake it, She puts in this bottle. She puts in the key lime bottle, sparkling water bottle. She's a she's a health freak. I kid you not. My mom, she's super healthy, and I mean like she's probably one of the most healthiest people I've ever seen apart from me, obviously. You know what I'm saying? She's in great shape. So yeah, funny story. She's the only woman I've ever seen or I've known myself with it with abs. Like literally, you know when I was a kid because she did she did track and she played handball as well too. So yeah, she was pretty athletic. But yeah. You know what I'm saying? This is what I drink. I drink lime. I said lime, apologies. It's in a lime bottle, the key lime bottle, but I drink beet juice a lot. It's really good, you know, just blood flow and all that and just overall super healthy. She puts kiwi in it too. She puts lemon in it. She puts a lot of fruits in it in a sense, like strawberry. It's just overall just a natural juice in a sense. So yeah, I drink this and water only. So yeah, and really whenever she makes it, she calls me, I come take it and I drink it. Just to show you, just to show you I actually drink it so you know people don't think I'm not I'm playing. But I really do drink it. She tells me to shake it. It'd be making me it'd be it'd be making me make that face like because it's like because it's uh it's like strong and like when I mean strong I'm talking about like it's like just bitter bro. It's like it's real bitter for real. But uh here goes now. Drink let's drink some. I've been drinking a little bit of it. Like I said it's bitter. Well bittersweet you know. I'm not you know I'm not like It's not my favorite, but my mom made it, so I love it. Ugh, yeah, I feel it. Yeah, man, it gives you that taste, all right. I'll tell you that right now. But yeah, pretty healthy for you and, uh, pretty good, you know what I'm saying? Whatever mom makes, it's always healthy. I love her and I thank her for that. I really do appreciate her. So yeah, be right back, y'all. What's up, beautiful people? What's up with y'all, man? Excuse me. So this is my second meal around 8 PM. Solid. That's the last thing I'm gonna eat, you know what I'm saying? And yeah, I was hungry today because I worked out like crazy. Honestly, I was— I wasn't supposed to be lifting, you know, the type of weight I was lifting today simply because, you know, I had already done that yesterday, so I needed a rest. But you know, I'm too stubborn at times. I always say no rest for the wicked. But yeah, don't do what I do. I needed a rest. So I'm going to be eating this again. Two bodegas, a lot of protein. Trust me on that. Chicken, ground beef stew. There's more chicken underneath. And like I said, a lot of protein and some rice.
You feel me?
So we're going to chow this down and call it a day, man. Appreciate the love and support as always. I will be. I was invited to go to New York for for the World Cup finals. So you know, it's an honor. So I'm you know, I'm gonna be there. You know what I'm saying? I'm gonna try to vlog it, just show y'all the experience and just you know what it is. And honestly, I'm saying like I said, I appreciate y'all, man. I always do. Thank y'all so much. Y'all stay blessed and disciplined, most importantly.
