Here's everything I ate today to support lean muscle and gut health as someone who works out fasted and eats one meal a day, OMAD. So yeah, man, I set up the camera to show you how I look when I wake up from bed since a couple people are curious about that. That's fine, I always look like this, honestly. It's, uh, unfortunately. But yeah, so I hit the gym, I trained upper body today. You know, I had to go, I had to go heavy. I was kind of weak because, you know, I don't eat, but it is what it is. So, you know, I just love training without food in my stomach. Moved into some explosive work right there. Zercher squats for the core. And today wasn't legs, but I always train my knees. I always bulletproof my knees because I want strong-ass knees. I don't want a weak-ass joint. You feel me? A weak foundation. That's dangerous. Did some back warm-up. Warmed up with that with some rows. Yes, it wasn't leg day, but like I said, I'm going bulletproof my body. You feel me? I make sure to bulletproof my body daily, which makes it resilient so it doesn't break down on me, which is why I'm able to do various athletic feats. Train your core every day at different intensities. As you can see right here, they're pretty nice. Well, my diet helps Helps a lot too, of course. But yeah, I went to my mom's crib because she called for me. She cooked again for me. I love that woman. And yeah, this is what I ate, you know what I'm saying? Nothing too crazy. It wasn't the biggest meal. As I mentioned, I have a little ass stomach. I don't eat as much. But you know, that's what I ate, man. Y'all stay blessed and disciplined.
