You will feel 10 times better if you train like this. So before training, I always stretch. I do dynamic stretching. I do not do static stretching. That is stupid because I'm about to move explosively. So yes, we did some heavy sleds. I think I did like 10, 12 sets of these, and I came back, opened up, you know, my hip flexors right there, did some free sprints. I think about— it was about 40, 50-yard dashes right there. Yeah, we did a lot of that, about 10, 12 too. Then I moved to broad jumps. I did, uh, 12 of these. Yeah, it was crazy. I was just trying to max it out. After that, I did some weighted bear crawls back and forth. Very good, trust me. And I finished off with some quick movements right here. Then it was time for the gym. I did some single leg explosive power cleans right here. Very good for first step quickness, trust me on that. And I did some explosive Bulgarian split hops. Y'all know the drill, man. That's like bread and butter right there. Then some stability work, and I fixed my shoulders right here. That drill is super underrated for your shoulders. Then I did some unilateral dumbbells, just 80 pounds, and I finished up with some calf raises and some core. Stay blessed and disciplined.
