Hello everyone, what's up y'all? I am finally back. I was sick for a while, but I'm back. And yeah, let's get to it, you feel me? Appreciate the wishes too, by the way. I'm literally grateful for that. Thank you so much for having me, you know what I'm saying? Just thinking about me. So thank you so much for a lot of y'all. So yeah, let's get to it, you feel me? We'll show a little bit of my morning routine, but the main topic today is, you know, you wanna lose that stubborn belly fat and you don't really know how to. You know, people, a lot of people are telling you, Don't eat carbs. A lot of people are telling you, you know, you gotta, what's it called, stay away from, what's it called, you know, actually don't even eat. They're telling you not to limit carbs. They're telling you, you know, stay away from it. All these good, you know, all these things, all this information you see on the internet, stay away from sugars and all that. And now rightfully so, they're entitled to their own opinion and knowledge. You feel me? I'm not the one to tell people, you know, hey, you must do this. I post what I typically do and I post what I do and I post what works on my clients. You know what I'm saying? I've had many, many results with that, as you've seen on social media with Instagram and all of that. So I am here to tell you how you can properly go about just losing that stubborn belly fat and actually see the results you're looking for. You know what I'm saying? And the thing about that is people have to understand this. Now, you have to obviously eat at a deficit, at a caloric deficit, right? But not only that, right? You also have to strength train. You know what I'm saying? Strength training is also one of the best methods of losing fat, just shedding that body fat off you. Literally resistance training, Metabolic stress. Stress drives adaptation. You know what I'm saying? If you're in the gym, lifting heavy-ass weight, if you're going crazy, you're pumping iron, you know what I'm saying? You're doing what you have to do and all that, right? You know, the body's obviously wear and tear, you know what I'm saying? It's getting that little stress on it. You feel me? Like I said, stress drives adaptation. Remember that. It is just a natural thing for it to do. You know, your body is forced to adapt. Now your body needs a source of energy, you know what I'm saying? And This doesn't apply for everybody in a sense, but I understand this. I work out fasted, not because for specific reasons. I like staying lean all year round, and I do it for mental clarity too. But the main reason is just mental clarity. Now, people don't have to work out fasted. For you to get your energy and get your lifts in, it's okay. Eat something. Eat something light. Eat some light carbs. When people say stay away from carbs, Don't trust those people. That's insane. You know what I'm saying? I eat carbs almost every day. You know what I'm saying? But here's the thing though. I work out almost every day too, as well. If not every day, because I have to train some clients too, as well. But I work out at least 4 to 5 times a week. Sometimes even 6, because I have to train some clients, as I mentioned. But yeah, when people say don't eat carbs, they're very dangerous. You need— it's an important source of nutrient you need in your body. Not everyone is used to fasting like I do. So that's understandable. You know what I'm saying? But To go as far as to say you don't need carbs or stay away from carbs, a very important nutrient, is a very dangerous way of thinking. You know what I'm saying? Now you eating carbs will not make you fat. It literally will not make you fat if you cancel it out with obviously weightlifting and obviously a good balance of nutrients like healthy fats, high protein. You need that too as well. You know what I'm saying? Fiber, very much needed. So yeah, the way I go about obviously staying lean, All year round— apologies, sickness is still going. The way I go about staying lean all year round is really, I wouldn't say simple, but obviously me explaining it sounds simple, but obviously you need the mental fortitude. That's just the harsh reality of that. You need the mental fortitude, some good genetics too as well, and really just the will to continue going. You know what I'm saying? Now, I go about staying lean all year round by implementing intermittent fasting. I fast literally every day, intermittent fasting, OMAD or 2MAD. You know what I'm saying? I eat once a day or twice a day at times, depending on how much I exerted my body or myself. Now, the reason for me, you know, the reason for me not eating so much, you know, and I know a lot of people have noticed that, is simply because I don't get hungry as much. I eat strictly to survive. I tell this to people all the time. I'm not a food guy. Like, yes, I will get hungry, but When I eat, my stomach is very little. Like, I kid you not, you know what I'm saying? Very, very little. So I don't eat as much. Yes, you know, it will be wise for me to eat a lot, but I'm not a glutton. I don't want to force something, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know, I only eat what the body requires to function. And when I eat and I'm, you know, and my stomach says that's enough, I don't eat anymore, you know what I'm saying? So I don't try to go above, you know, what my body already knows. I know my body all too well. So, you know, when people see the food, the plate I post, and they say, uh, That doesn't look like a lot of food. Well, that's the thing though. I know that's all my stomach can handle. You know what I'm saying? Pause. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? So it's like, I don't go out of my way to eat very little. That's not a real thing. I try to eat as much as I can actually in one sitting or two sittings, you feel me? And if I can't eat it in one sitting sometimes, sometimes I eat in two sittings. But if I can eat it in one sitting, I eat it. But that's really about it sometimes. You know, I get really full. But yeah. Those are the methods I go about practicing that. Now, for number one, how would you— excuse me— how would you want to, you know, how would you know as a busy individual? Because most of my clients, you know, obviously they have jobs and all that, you know, they're not just, you know, sitting home and not doing anything, obviously. So how would you go about a busy individual trying to implement fasting, you know, obviously OMAD, 2MAD, and just, you know, incorporating in your workouts? Well, simple. I'm gonna let you— I'm gonna break it down to you right here. So now most people, when they get into fasting, intermittent fasting, right, you know, I typically tell them, you know, in their programs I write for them, I typically tell them to implement the, you know, the 8:16 method, you feel me? You fast for 16 hours, you know, pretty much, and, you know, you stop eating at 8 o'clock. You know, 8 is your window, you know what I'm saying? 8 o'clock is your window because you want your body to focus on breaking down that food so you can continue that cycle at 12, you know what I'm saying? You break your fast at 12 to 8, you know, 12 to 8 is your eating window, you know what I'm saying? You break that fast, then eat at 12, you know what I'm saying? You can have Excuse me. You can have a meal, you know, you can have a snack. When I mean a snack, I'm not talking about chips and all that. A snack will be like boiled eggs, you know, some Greek yogurt and all that high protein things, you feel me? You do not want to be eating chips and, you know, cereal as your snack or, you know, whatever people consider snacks. You know what I'm saying? You don't want to be eating that. I don't eat snacks. So, you know, I don't know a lot of these snacks as people call it. I just, I'm just used to the chips as people call it. So yeah, you do not want to break your fast, you know, with Eating, you know, you know, like high-calorie things like chips and all that. You want high protein, you know what I'm saying? The reason why you want protein to break your fast, because it still continues your fast. It keeps your insulin levels low. Excuse me. Pay attention to that. It keeps your insulin levels low. And when your insulin levels are low, your body's obviously able to regulate its hormones and all that, you feel me? Cortisol levels are down and— Apologies, y'all. The sickness is still going. But that is just a very smart way to do about it. You know what I'm saying? And obviously when you get off work and all that, right, depending on what time you go to the gym, you can either work out, you know, with what's it called, with what you have in your stomach, or better yet, wow, apologies. You can either work out with what you have in your stomach, or better yet, when you do that, right, after you work out, you come break your fast with high protein meals, literally. I mean, that's, you know, and you break, you make sure you do that right before 8. Now, if you come back a little bit late, After 8, you can do like a good 9 and all that, but I would never advise you to eat too late at like 11 or 12. That is just not it, you know what I'm saying? You want your body to be, you know, when you're sleeping and recovering, you want your body to be breaking down that food, you know what I'm saying, at a healthy manner and all that. So yeah, you know, that's obviously one thing. That's obviously how to implement intermittent fasting as a busy individual. The second one would be OMAD. Now, how can you implement OMAD with intermittent fasting? Well, really for that one meal you're about to eat, Literally, you can do it. You can eat it, do it. I want to say actually not. Don't. I want to say eat it because that's very. That's a very dangerous thing to say because some people tend to eat a lot and they can't work out because you're not bloated. But it's like you know they have the itis. You know what I'm saying? Because you can have the itis and not be bloated. But for that one meal, I would advise you to definitely eat that after your workout or if not after your workout, which is fine. You can eat it before your workout. You know what I'm saying? When you eat that probably around like you know in the middle of the afternoon or anything like that. Now this will require great mental fortitude. Ladies and gentlemen, this is probably the hardest part of it. You know, if people can fast, yeah, but when it comes to just eating one meal a day, if you decide or choose to do so, by all means, you know, challenge yourself. This, you know, it would require great mental fortitude from you. Trust me on that, you know what I'm saying? And the best way to definitely, you know, just go about that will be, you know, like I said, have some water by you, stay hydrated. That is super, super important. Trust me on that. And when you do break your fast, Make sure it is high in protein. You know what I'm saying? Protein keeps you satiated. It keeps you full. It literally keeps you full. You know, carbs are good, obviously eat your carbs, but make sure when you're breaking that fast, it is high in protein so you stay full throughout the day. You know what I'm saying? You don't want to be having a— I mean, with all due respect, you will get hungry at times in the night, but like I said, it just takes great mental fortitude. Now, you're not forced to do this. This is just if you want to challenge and test yourself. Like I said, when I post about OMAD, I don't force people to do that. That's weird. You know what I'm saying? This is what I do. It's helped me greatly in my life, literally, you know, mental fortitude. It's helped me, you know, what's it called? With just, you know, just the clarity, brain, less brain fog and all of that. And it's also helped me in my daily life too, as well. You know what I'm saying? So like I said, implementing these things, you know, it's really up to you. You know what I'm saying? And it's also how bad you want these results too, as well. You don't have to torture yourself to obviously lose results. But you have to sacrifice, you know, a couple of things. You know, you have to sacrifice being comfortable to gain great results. Literally, I'm able to stay, you know, lean and, you know, whatever it may be all year round. And no, I don't eat junk food. That does not make me stuck up either. I just don't like putting rubbish in my body. I've never drank. I've never smoked. You know what I'm saying? I probably never will. And that's no diss to anybody. That's just who I am as a person. You feel me? I just don't. I don't. I just don't see it as something I need in a sense, or you know I want to. I never you know I never crave junk food. You know I'm saying? So you know you do you become disciplined for so long that it really is embedded in you. It becomes a habit that's very hard to break, and it's a very good habit. You want to be addicted to good habits. You feel me? So yeah, you know the Oman and Tumon, and Tumon is pretty much very you know simple to implement actually. You know you know you're eating two big meals. You know you can break your fast when you once you break your fast at twelve. That's a big meal. You go about doing your work, your job, and all. Then when, you know, after when you get around maybe 4 or 5, you eat another big meal or you go work out. Then you come eat another big meal after your workout, a post-workout meal. And that's really how you can go about incorporating that so you can lose that belly fat, that stubborn belly fat. You know what I'm saying? We talking about that stubborn belly fat right before summertime. You know what I'm saying? Obviously it will not be easy. Nothing worth having is ever easy. I mean, that's what gives it value. You know what I'm saying? Everybody was walking around here lean, 6, 8-pack, you know what I'm saying? Single-digit percent body fat. Having a good physique will lose its value, you know what I'm saying? That's why everyone wants a good physique. Health is truly wealth, you know what I'm saying? So I definitely advise a lot of y'all to, you know, to take your health seriously. I was recently sick. Nothing, nothing like sickness or, you know, an injury, you know, uh, makes you value health a lot more, you know what I'm saying? You should definitely value it a lot more. So y'all stay blessed and disciplined, and I will try to upload as you know as much as possible now that I am you know I'm getting my voice back and I am you know I am well. So I appreciate y'all, and I thank y'all a lot for like I said all the wishes. I'm just grateful. You feel me? So yeah, y'all stay blessed and disciplined, and I will show a little bit of my morning routine. So yeah, y'all take care.
