How I stay lean all year round and still be able to build muscle or just in really general maintain my physique with OMAD is pretty self-explanatory, but it's all good. I am going over that tomorrow, August 9th, 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in the free live training. So I will talk about that, but I'm gonna explain a little bit to you. If you see the time right now, it's 11:11 AM. I look like this literally every time I wake up. You know what I'm saying? Obviously part of it is genetics, but also with my diet. My diet is extremely clean. I don't cheat on my diet. I don't eat junk food. I don't really, I don't drink at all. I've never drank, never smoked. So obviously, like I said, these things work well for me. And I mean like extremely well because it's my body has never really experienced any of these things. So there's no need for me to, there's no need for it to fight back in a sense to obviously preserve, you know, muscles and all that. But not only that, my diet, my diet, what I eat, excuse me, what I eat is just extremely clean. I have an African diet. Obviously I don't spam the same thing every day because if I did, I will obviously get fat. I will put on extra excess fat on me. I am smart with that. But what I do eat is a lot of dense proteins. It keeps me full and it allows me to still obviously build muscle and stay very, very lean. I'm 163, but when you see me in real life, people think I'm 180. I also lift extremely heavy. And I mean, I don't, like, I don't have deload days. Now, are deload days bad? No. I just, you know, if I'm eating once or twice a day and sometimes the meals are not the biggest, because like I said, I have a very little stomach. If they're not the biggest, why would I go and lift? Why would I go and lift little weight? You know what I'm saying? I lift heavy because I still want to be strong. If you're getting stronger, you're in a— to a certain extent, you're all going to be, you know, a lot jacked and all that, you know what I'm saying? You're going to be— you're going to look lean, let's be real. So yes, I do tend to eat lots of dense proteins. That is what I do. But I will be going over that tomorrow in the free live training. Just comment on training and I'll send you that invite. I see y'all there, man. Y'all stay blessed and most importantly, stay disciplined.
