One meal a day combined with functional movement keeps this trainer lean year-round. He emphasizes lateral bounds, backward sled pushes, and sissy squats for strong knees, plus 10,000 daily steps. OMAD builds mental toughness, though it's not for everyone.

This is how I stay lean all year round, and you can too while practicing fasting and OMAD. And yes, I'm still able to stay very athletic because I prioritize movement. I prioritize movement a lot because at the end of the day, you can build the best physique, but if you can't move fluidly and control your body, what's really the point of all that muscle? Horizontal and vertical movements such as lateral bounds and of course banding in and outs. Now you got to understand, with all these movements you prioritize, right, your knees have to be strong. As you can see, I'm doing backward sleds. Since I mainly deal with older clients that typically suffer from knee pain, but I have been able to fix their knee pains, as you can see right there. And yes, we have to fix your knees. You gotta get strong joints. My homie's doing, you know, backward sleds with me on the sleds. And that's just me doing sissy squats. And funny enough, right, I'm literally killing a lot of birds with one stone right here, because with all these movements I'm prioritizing, I'm literally getting my 10K steps, one of the easiest ways to stay lean all year round. And yeah, this is pretty much what I ate. I keep it simple, clean, and healthy. I practice Omad on Tumah because I love a challenge and it works well. It's not for everybody, but if you wanted to build great mental fortitude and obviously stay lean, then I suggest you go for it. Stay blessed and disciplined.
