This is a very good question, by the way. How to stay lean after the cut, maintain that lean muscle? Very good question. I would simply elaborate so you know, because a lot of people really do struggle with this. I've gotten a lot of messages about this. So what you simply need to do is that since you've already cut, you already know you had to eat less calories to be on a calorie deficit. What you would need to do is just up the calories a little bit more. Hear me out. Up the calories a little bit more, but more protein intake, because protein helps to shed fat. And also to build lean muscle, you know what I'm saying? Yes, you need to eat lots of protein. And when I mean lots, I'm just talking about a certain amount of calories you're gonna eat, you feel me? Don't go too much like you're bulking. You also need to strength train and keep that muscle and build more muscle. I'm talking about strength training to failure. That is the key, man. 2 to 3 sets to failure is really all you need. And I mean true failure, not the failure where you got more reps than you need. Nah, failure till you can't lift that weight, you feel me? Your diet is very important. I saved the best for last. You would need to eat extremely clean. Everybody knows and seen my diet. It's super clean.
