Visible abs need a calorie deficit and low body fat. The presenter shows exercises for lower abs (knee drives), obliques (bench work), upper abs (cable crunches with spinal flexion), and core strength (kettlebell movements). Treat abs like any other muscle: feed them right, train them specifically, and add weight over time.

What's good, y'all? I don't know what it is, but y'all really seem to like the ab videos, and I don't mind making them as long as I can help. I have no problem with that. So first of all, let's just get the elephant out the room. Yes, you have to be at a low body percent fat for your abs to even show. You know what that means already. I don't have to spell it out. Just watch what you eat, bro, and be on a calorie deficit. So yeah, you know, bottom abs, man. I like driving my knees closer to my chest. Since it really targets and focuses on the abs as well. And for the obliques, I like using the bench. One day I was feeling creative, I just, you know, started doing this. I didn't come up with it. I mean, I'm not sure I did, but you know, that's a pretty good way to target obliques. And for the top abs, cable ab crunch. Flex the spine and squeeze. Go slow, the video is sped up after all. Now for the core, I like using kettlebells, man. Kettlebells will literally work your core, make it stronger. And by your core getting stronger, you're able to add more weight, So you can do progressive overload and train the abs more efficiently because, like I said, the abs are just like any other muscle.
