Athletes lose speed around 30 not from aging but from stopping sprints and jumping. Your nervous system down-regulates fast-twitch muscle recruitment when you skip explosive drills. Add short sprints, low-level plyometrics, and controlled landings to get it back.

Nah, you didn't lose your youth, you just simply lost your speed. Majority of people fail to understand that speed is a nervous system quality, meaning when you stop sprinting, jumping, and decelerating, your body is gonna drastically, and I mean drastically, downregulate its fast-twitch recruitment. And you don't want that happening. That's why a lot of y'all feel slow and stiff. Believe it or not, most 30-year-olds, they train slow lifts only. I don't know why. No acceleration, no reactive drills whatsoever, and most importantly, no deceleration for control at all. If you don't train to absorb force, your body avoids producing it, which is dangerous. Athleticism isn't cosmetic. No, no, no, it's neural. Short sprints, low-level plyos, and controlled landings. You gotta reintroduce velocity safely, and your body, it's gonna wake up. Trust me on that. And if you wanna feel explosive again, simply DM me, Coach, and I will show you how to rebuild that step by step.
