So eating one meal a day has quite literally saved me in a sense. Well, one, I'm never bloated. I mean, it is what it is. I'm very energetic actually, and I'm still able to build, you know, lean muscle to a certain extent, or even more importantly, just maintain my figure. You know what I'm saying? I stay lean all year round. I never have to flex my abs for them to show. They just, they're literally a part of me, unfortunately. So yeah. And obviously the diet is super important. Like I said, eating one meal, it's not a mandatory thing for a lot of people. I do it, you know, out of, uh, you know, personal reasons. I do like the mental fortitude it builds up. I do like the fact that it keeps me lean all year round. You know what I'm saying? I do like the fact that I'm never bloated. I do like the fact that I'm very energetic and my human growth hormone is spiked because one meal a day, you technically have to Kind of fast. You know, I have an eating window. I either break my fast around— I try to break my fast around like 12, but I'll be real with you, it goes longer than that. I fast like 20 hours sometimes, you know, so I typically will break around like 3 or 4 sometimes. You know, I work out faster too. So that's worked a lot for me. My favorite, it's benefited me a lot. Again, I stay lean. I'm very, you know, Never bloated, very agile, just overall less brain fog and all those good things. So yes, you know, for anyone wanting to get into OMAD or just, you know, or 2MAD, it's up to you. I do eat 2 meals sometimes, but it's not, it's not very common. You know what I'm saying? I do that when I do crazy workouts and I've exerted myself to a certain extent that I have to replenish my, uh, my energy and all that to not lose muscle or just really just be fatigued. I do eat 2 meals sometimes, but for the most part, eating 1 meal a day has quite saved I will say so. So yeah, anyone wanting to get into that, that's, you know, that's up to you. I would definitely say try building up with 2 mods first before you go into 1 mil because it takes a lot of mental fortitude and it might be a lot for you to handle at first, but be my guest. Nothing wrong with challenging yourself.
