As I always say, mobility is never optional. It's actually the foundation, like literally. And you don't lose mobility because you got stiff. You got stiff because you lost mobility. Stay with me now. And I get it, mobility is boring as hell to train. That's why a lot of people just ignore it and train their muscles instead, because it's simpler. But we tend to forget that mobility is what keeps us functional as we get older. And honestly, things like your ankles, shoulders, and your hips, they're not just there to look balanced. They're literally there for you to move freely and absorb that force, of course. And if you decide to ignore mobility, you're literally gonna leak power in every lift, sprint, or jump. Later on, it won't only get tense, it will literally get painful for you. That's why mobility isn't only about stretching harder. Come on now. It's about training a lot, lot smarter. Controlled articular rotations, loaded mobility, and isometrics too. So if you wanna restore your range and get your strength back, simply DM me, Coach.
