Some truth to it but it’s not mandatory! #foryou #youtubeshorts #omad #fyp #kneepain

A guy explains why he eats once or twice a day: after 30, slower digestion and higher cortisol make frequent meals worse for your body. He says OMAD reduces inflammation and brain fog, and he's hosting a training July 26 at 3 PM EST to show how to do it with a busy schedule.

I posted about Oma last week, which is my diet—one meal a day. Sometimes I do eat two meals a day, but that's you know that's rare. Of course, I don't like to eat as much. But someone posted a comment; they were like, "Eating more than one meal a day past your thirties is extremely dangerous." And you know, it was funny because there's a lot of truth in that in a sense. What he meant now—you're not forced to eat one meal a day. No, he was—you know—I get what he was trying to say. He was also—he was also joking as well, but he was also very being serious. But he's talking about the fact that when you're—you know—when you're past a certain age, of course, your hormones are a little different. You feel me? Your food doesn't. Break down as fast anymore in a sense. And also that fat tends to stay on you quite a lot in a sense, you know what I'm saying? So not only that too, we have stress levels, cortisol levels as well too. So he was pretty much saying that you have to be very careful with what you eat in a sense and not overdo it when you're past a certain age because in other words, he's talking about longevity. That's just really what he means right there, you feel me? Your food is going to break down a lot faster or it's just going to break because, you know, your stomach doesn't have to worry about Breaking a lot of things down in a sense. Remember, it takes about 8 hours to break down food. So you're eating multiple times a day. That's a lot of time, you know, your body's taking out to break down that food, digest that food for you. And also when you're trying to sleep, which, you know, you should be focused on recovery and all that. So I get what he said, which is, like I said, it's very funny. You rarely see people say that. And yes, you know, you're not forced to eat one meal a day. That's just, you know, we're talking about longevity and all that. One meal a day and 2 meals a day are probably one of the best things you can do to yourself. You know what I'm saying? Less inflamed. You know, you're less inflamed. Not never really bloated. Like I said, I'm never really bloated. I'm never really inflamed because my body has enough time to break down those things. I ate once, one big meal, like, you know, high in protein, fiber, and obviously carbs as well too, because it's super important and your healthy fats. So my body, excuse me, it has enough time to break all these things down and obviously keeps me in very top shape, literally, you know what I'm saying? No brain fog. And just like I said, overall, never really inflamed. So yes, you know, eating more than one meal a day, Past your 30s might be a little dangerous, you know, for some people, but for others, you know, they might be fine. But yeah, also, ladies and gentlemen, I'm hosting a live training this July 26th, 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, where I will go over all these topics, you know, on the body and of course nutrition. And I will talk about OMAD and 2MAD and how you can incorporate this into your busy schedules. And for all those who want that link, simply comment down athletic and I'll send it to you.
