Ladies and gentlemen, a question I get asked a lot is about my ab/core routine. So let's talk about it. The abs are a very sexy muscle. Trust me, everybody wants it, man. So let's do weighted decline crunch. That's pretty good. Trust me on that. And granted, I did not put leg raises. I'm just gonna talk over the video, but I didn't put leg raises because, you know, it's very common. And yeah, it definitely does work. So, you know, it's like the obvious. So I didn't even put that, you feel me? But definitely do that. You can also do it with weights too. Now we move on to core. Weighted planks, 3 sets. Best core exercises will be the kettlebell farmer's walk, man. It is really, and I mean really effective. Trust me on that. The next one will be the L-sit holds, 12 to 15 seconds really, or you can just do 15 seconds if you really like that, you feel me? Isometric holds, these are really good. Isos are very versatile. Please do those. Kettlebell around the world, trust me on this. Get right with it. Enjoy.
