In this YouTube Shorts monologue, the speaker shares a two‑to‑three‑year personal experience with One‑Meal‑A‑Day (OMAD) and Two‑Meal‑A‑Day (2MAD) intermittent fasting. He claims the regimen delivers high energy, agility, constant leanness, no bloating, and sustained mental clarity, attributing these outcomes to eating a single large (or two large) nutritionally dense meal while maintaining an extreme healthy lifestyle—no smoking, no alcohol, and no added sugar. He emphasizes that muscle can be built and maintained on OMAD/2MAD if the meal is sufficiently large. The speaker also addresses social media misconceptions, noting that many people fear the approach due to lack of knowledge. Finally, he promotes a live training session on July 26 at 3 PM EST, inviting viewers to comment “athletic” for the link, and encourages disciplined, athletic living.

I've been doing OMAD and 2MAD, 1 meal a day and 2 meal a day, for about 2 to 3 years now. And it has many benefits. So one of the benefits are that I'm very energetic. As you see, I like to go out and do flips. You know, I just, you know, just do athletic things. You know what I'm saying? My body feels a lot lighter. I feel very agile and athletic. You know what I'm saying? Another benefit would be that I'm never bloated. I'm literally never bloated. You know what I'm saying? 'Cause I'm eating one big meal or just 2 meals and my body can focus on just pretty much, you know, recovery after it breaks down the food. And another benefit will be that I'm also very lean all year round, as you see. Like, I stay lean all year round, you feel me? I never have to flex my abs for the show, and they just, they just show, you know what I'm saying? So that I find that pretty cool as well. I never— I don't really have to get in shape. I'm always in shape, quite literally. That's what OMAD does to you, OMAD and 2MAD, especially when you're eating super healthy. Um, super healthy to the point where now I'm extreme. When I say healthy, my diet is extreme for the simple reason that I've never drank or smoked. So, you know, that works Great in my favor, you feel me? So you know I'm not building excess fat on me in a sense. I'm that I there's no sugar in my system. So yeah, it's just it's just a lot of benefits, you feel me? And one of the best ones I would say is you know mental clarity, less brain fog. A lot of people when they eat a lot or just you know depending on what they're eating, they have a lot of brain fog. They can't think straight. You know they can't really focus on tasks they have to do in a sense because they're just overall eating too much. You know what I'm saying? But yeah, it's it's proven great, man. And like I told many people, if you want to hop into You can hop into it. You can build muscle and maintain with OMAD too. It's just that that one big meal you're eating, it has to be huge. Like literally, it has to be huge. As you've seen many people in the comments, they said they practice it. This is not a new thing. It's just very, it's very, it's talked, it's looked down upon on social media because a lot of people, they're not knowledgeable of it. So when you speak about it, it's like, oh, you know what I'm saying? So they're, you know, people fear what they don't know. Let's be real. You know what I'm saying? But I guarantee you, if you give it a try, you know what I'm saying, you'll feel great about it. And for all those who obviously want to try it, I'm hosting a live training on July 26th, this Sunday, Eastern Standard Time, 3:00 PM, where I will go over all the things you need to do and just how to go about, you know, building a great physique, being athletic, and of course, how your diet should properly look, you know what I'm saying? To the point where you can able to stay lean all year round and shave that fat off you. And of course, be very, very much athletic and capable. So yes, for anyone who wants the link to the live training, just comment down athletic and I'll send it to you. Y'all stay blessed and disciplined.
