In this energetic, first‑person vlog, the creator outlines a full day of fasted training and eating. He begins by applying a joint‑care product he calls “Bulletproof” to protect his knees, then heads to a hill for a warm‑up of lateral movements and bounding before doing intense hill sprints. After sprinting he performs isometric tendon holds, hand‑clean barbell speed work, a brief bike session, and a varied core routine. The workout ends with some flips for fun. Throughout, he emphasizes the benefits of training in a 23‑24‑hour fast, noting that fasted training boosts his performance. He closes with motivational encouragement to stay disciplined and “Bulletproof” one’s joints daily.

What's good, y'all? Here's everything I did and ate as someone who works out fasted and eats once or twice sometimes. So yeah, I started with Bulletproof on my knees. That's why I'm able to do all this cool-ass shit with no pain. Yeah, if you do not Bulletproof your joints, you will be cooked. So yeah, make sure to Bulletproof your joints every time you wake up. Trust me on that. After prepping, it was time to suffer, AKA put in some work. So I drove to the nearest hill to do just that. I warmed up with some lateral movements up the hill and some bounding. Then I moved right into the sprinting, man. You just gotta put in that work and get it out the way, you feel me? I was cooked. I was hungry and tired. Today was a 23-hour fast, by the way, and I work out faster too, so don't forget that. Then I made sure to strengthen my tendons with some isometric holds, which a lot of y'all forget to do. And of course, take a little break just to admire what I've built, you feel me? Did some hand cleans, just focus on moving that bar real quick with speed. That's the emphasis right here. I had a little yab session with the homie real quick. Of course, he was talking about a woman, but it's all good. And I finished the bike and ended the workout with training core. Yes, train your core every day at different intensities. Later on, I just did some flips, man, some little shenanigans. That's all I be doing sometimes. Don't do this because my legs will cook. That's just me being stubborn, you feel me? And I had to go eat. Yes, I did like a 23, 24-hour fast. Nothing I'm not used to. So yeah, hard work, easy work. Y'all stay blessed and disciplined for sure.
