In this energetic YouTube Short, the speaker dismisses the idea of gaining 40 pounds of muscle in two months and instead promotes a focus on mobility, pain‑free movement, joint stability, and reactive speed. He shares a recent experience coaching a talented young soccer player, highlighting the value of teaching skills, the importance of supportive parents, and how such mentorship builds character. The creator then describes his personal lifestyle habits—20‑hour fasts, eating one meal a day, and practicing flips—to maintain athleticism. He caps the segment by recounting his achievement of reaching Diamond rank in Street Fighter while playing as Alex, and argues that competitive video gaming, when moderated, can improve kids' reaction time, decision‑making, and overall athletic development.

Is 40 pounds of muscle achievable in 2 months? Fuck no. But this is quite achievable in about 2 months. That will be great mobility, a pain-free body, and great joint stability as well too. So this is all I did today, you know what I'm saying? Nothing too crazy. If you don't do this, you will be stiff, you will be very slow, and you'll be very less reactive, you know what I'm saying? It's good to lift weights, but come on now, you gotta move your body, you know what I'm saying? That's just the harsh reality. I came out here, I was actually training, you know, by myself, but this kid, you know, ran up on me, really cool kid. So I was just teaching him some, you know, some little soccer skills, as you can see right here, teaching what I know. Because with me, it's more muscle memory, like, you know, I don't really practice this, it's just, you know, like I said, I just know it, you know what I'm saying? And he was— he's actually very talented for his age, quite literally. So I had to dap him up right there, had to give bro some love, man. He, he's solid, you feel me? At his age, he's very talented and of course also very disciplined. Quite literally. So I wish I had a teacher like myself when I was younger, but unfortunately I had to learn everything myself. But nothing wrong with that; it builds character. That's just how life is. You feel me? So sometimes when you go through the hard hardships and all that, it builds character. It has to build character. You're forced to build character. After that, we just took some shots, man. Like I said, great kid, very polite kid as well. His mom was right there. It was just me, him, and his mom. So you know, parents who do that. You know, parents who take their kids out to go, you know, just have fun and just practice and work on your craft, amazing parents. I kid you not, you know what I'm saying? Y'all know the drill, man. You gotta practice your flips. They keep you young, agile, and very athletic. And this is what I ate right after that. I fasted for about 20 hours and I only ate once because, you know, I don't eat that much. And I'm fine with that to the point where my body has adapted to prefer one meal a day for a very long time. Sometimes I eat 2, but I would prefer one. Later on, I came and played Street Fighter. I had no meeting. I ranked up to Diamond today. I main Alex, as you can see right there. I'm doing his combos. Ladies and gentlemen, parents, please allow your kids to play competitive video games. It really helps develop their athleticism and obviously their quick decision-making as well too, and of course their reaction time. Yes, allow them to play, but obviously in moderation.
