Pantheon 2026 | Power to Purpose: The Agentic Operating System of the Trades

The video captures the keynote segment of ServiceTitan’s Pantheon 2026 conference, introduced by MC Aline Arostamian and delivered by co‑founder and president Vahé Khuzoyan. Khuzoyan opens with an analogy to Paul Erdős’s catalog of unsolved problems, using it to illustrate the accelerating pace of progress across domains since 2023. He then frames the current AI revolution as the domestication of wild horses, where large language models are the horses and new "harnesses" turn them into purpose‑driven agents. The core message is an agent‑first future for trades businesses: human workers will be augmented by AI agents that handle cross‑selling, technician development, estimate variance optimization, and roofing‑specific tasks. He announces the expansion of the Max pilot from residential to commercial and roofing, and outlines a suite of upcoming agents for the next year. The centerpiece is the Atlas upgrade, which transforms Atlas from a chatbot into a chief‑of‑staff‑level agent with a native mobile app, reporting and ad‑hoc document ingestion, deep research, automation hub, KPI monitoring, and a ROAS skill that integrates accounting and marketing data. Live demos show Atlas delivering real‑time financial metrics, budget forecasts, capacity planning, and technician performance insights, highlighting its ability to answer queries, suggest improvements, and act on data instantly. Khuzoyan concludes with stretch goals for the next Pantheon: Atlas will manage email and calendar, attend and brief meetings, act as an agent developer, and allow users to create or modify agents via natural language. Early‑access customer testimonials reinforce the value of the new capabilities. The keynote blends visionary storytelling with concrete product roadmaps, positioning ServiceTitan’s AI platform as a transformative operating system for the trades.

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome back to the stage your MC, Aline Arostamian. Thank
you! Oh my gosh, thank you! I— it's not— I— wait, the clap— the clapping stopped way too soon. Thank you for the one person over there. I'm kidding, I'm kidding. There was a lot of total eclipsing happening of the heart, of the ears, of many things. However, some of you, we need to know Kelly Clarkson may need a run for her money because Might have you gone on stage. Anyway, welcome back, Titans! Hello, hello! I hope you're all having a terrific, fantastic day learning, connecting, and quietly reevaluating some major business decisions. How's it going so far? I want to hear it with the applause. Not about me, but just in general. How's Pantheon going? How was Ara's keynote? How has everything been so far? Okay. People are still coming out from lunch. It's fine. It's all good. Before our next keynote, a few important reminders. You know, as your MC, I've got to make sure we're caffeinated and we know where the heck we're going. The Titan Appreciation Party begins tonight at 7 PM. Important note: your badge is your ticket, so please don't lose it. Leave it in your room or give it to the person in your group that always seems to misplace things. You hold on to it yourself. You all manage, you know, employees and payroll, multi-million-dollar businesses. I really believe that you can hold on to a badge for one day. Can we do it? Yes! Yes! Because shuttles to Disney Springs will depart from the 3rd floor of this building starting at 6:45 PM. Please use them, because walking to Disney Springs is not really the thing we had in mind for you today with party shoes and all of that. It's not a wellness game, okay? We're gonna go have a good time, so get on the bus and let's meet over there. Tonight we'll have 2 performances by Kelly Clarkson. Check the ticket. I'm sure some of you have been wondering, why is there a ticket on my badge? Well, the front of your badge tells you your assigned concert time. And yes, that is your time, not a suggestion or an invitation to choose whichever time suits your energy at that moment. Trust the badge. The badge knows where you're going and when you're going and why you're going there. Okay? Tomorrow morning, meet us back here at 8:30 AM for a fireside chat with Peyton and Eli Manning. 2. Yeah. Wow, you guys got really excited about that. You can clap for that one too. Yes, yes, 2 legendary brothers for performing under pressure and occasionally giving each other a hard time in public, which kind of also sounds like Ara and Vaje, performing really well under pressure, 2 brothers, but also giving each other a hard time. Anyway, but the Mannings don't have me. I'm the, you know, anyway, enjoy the party tonight, but remember, if 2 retired NFL players can show up at 8:30 AM, So can we. Really, that was for me. So can I. I can be here then. All right, so housekeeping complete. Now it's time for the next keynote, and I am so excited to welcome this person on stage. So part of my job is reviewing Vahed's remarks. Now, reviewing a Vahed keynote is less about changing his mind about something and more about making sure that the rest of us have our seat belts fastened. Vahid never arrives with a product update that is a small idea. He comes in, connects to first principles, takes us through the future of human potential, and challenges everything that we thought we knew about business, usually within the first 7 minutes, and then flips it up on its head. And then there's always the moment backstage when some of us are looking at each other going, wait, is he really Is he really going there? And yes, the answer is usually almost always yes, and that's what makes Vahe Vahe, and that's why we love him. He sees around corners, challenges what we've accepted as impossible, and makes us wonder whether we're dreaming nearly big enough. He's also one of the only people I know that can deliver a deeply philosophical argument about the future of technology in a graphic t-shirt, usually with a grumpy cat, cowboy boots, and a matching hat. So somehow he pulls it off, and he pulls it off with flying colors. Most people choose a lane. Vayu chooses every lane and then asks why we didn't build 3 more. So it is my absolute honor to introduce a man who needs no introduction but gets one anyway, the homie with the most epic collection of graphic tees, my big brother, our visionary co-founder and president, Titans, please help me give it up for the one and only Vahé Khuzoyan.
Beginning in the 1930s, a Hungarian mathematician by the name of Paul Erdős lived the life of an intellectual nomad. He lived out of his suitcase, traveling the world in search of unsolved problems. Over the course of a career spanning 64 years, he cataloged roughly 1,200 unsolved problems in the hope of drawing attention from the mathematicians— from other mathematicians to help push the frontier of human knowledge forward, one math problem at a time. The Erdős Problems, as the catalog came to be known, quickly became the gold standard proving ground in mathematics. And for decades, the best of the best mathematicians around the world worked on solving these problems. And it worked. Beginning in the 1940s, problems started to get solved. It worked so well and drew so much attention, and the problem set was so broad, that the Erdős problem set inadvertently became a benchmark for what human progress looked like over a multi-decade time span. And that pace was remarkably steady until 2023, when things started to change. And then this happened. Huh, that's weird. Based on the yearly average from before 2023, we are tracking to do more than years of progress this year, and there's almost 3 months still left to go. Oh, by the way, this is even crazier when you consider that the problems that are still unsolved are generally the harder problems. And if you start to dig around, you'd find that it's not just math. This is a collection of benchmarks that span domains like physics, biology, coding, Accounting. The problem is most people don't realize it yet. We're living in a different world. The early signals are not super obvious, and the future consequences are even harder to see clearly. But if you're looking carefully at the right places, the signals are as clear as day. In fact, if you're really paying attention, you can feel the ground trembling. This is not normal. These are not ordinary times. This rate of progress is the very definition of extraordinary. A supersonic tsunami, as the cool kids are describing it. Over the course of the last year, the world changed. And I'm not just saying that because of these benchmarks. For roughly the last 10 months, I've personally spent around 1,000 hours with my team of agents doing things that were fantasyland in the old world. It honestly feels like I've been living in The Matrix, and I can tell you with full sincerity that it's real. So what is enabling all this? The answer, as you might have guessed, is of course horses. Well, sort of. See, for most of humanity, we watched in awe at these wild, powerful beasts, capable of incredible force and speed that we could only harness in our imaginations. Then, after a long time of just being idle observers, we were able to harness the power of these magnificent creatures. How is that possible? Well, it was the invention of the harness. It turns out that this moment in AI is kind of like what it must have felt like to see the transition play out in real time. Imagine being one of the first people to see someone just show up riding a horse. How crazy that must have been. What's happening in AI is kind of similar. In this case, The models and the LLMs, they're kind of like these wild horses that are just now being domesticated, harnessed with this new genre of software called harnesses. And just like a real harness, it allows you to connect the power of an LLM to specific purpose in order to do real work. In fact, the combination of a model and a harness is how you create an agent. Except in the case of agents, it's like the horses keep getting faster and stronger and the harnesses are getting better and we're figuring out more and more effective ways of using both, ultimately compounding progress and accelerating the rate of change. And so you might be asking yourself, okay, that's cool and all, but what does this mean for my business? Well, first and foremost, it's important to recognize the gravity of what's happening. The takeaway from all of this is that now we are living in a world where there are a new set of capabilities that should profoundly change your understanding of what's possible. It's also important to keep in mind that what's possible with AI is changing fast. Something that failed yesterday may work today, and something that fails today may work tomorrow. The most dangerous thing you could do at this moment is is treat one failed attempt as proof of what will never be possible. So keep trying, keep testing, don't let an old result define your next try. This is no time to get complacent. If even one of your competitors is riding a horse and you're still on foot, you should probably be asking yourself a couple of questions. What is possible with AI? What does it even look like to get the most out of AI for a trades business in this new world? To start, in the spirit of connecting power to purpose, it's important to first establish the purpose of a trades business. It might be tempting to say it's profit, but here's why profit itself isn't sufficient. What matters way, way more than profit by itself is durable, scalable profit. And in order to produce a durable, scalable profit stream, you must also produce happy customers. But before I talk about a trades business in this new world, let's look at the trades businesses in the old world. You have customers who have a need which you serve. Your team must connect with the right customers, win the right work, and successfully deliver, and hopefully produce a happy customer and some profit. Pretty straightforward. So what changes in the new world? Well, the customers, customers still have needs that they need you to solve, so that's not changing. Neither is the purpose. What is going to change dramatically is how you go about doing it and the nature of the team doing the work. Instead of relying exclusively on human agents, you now live in a world where the team that needs to execute will be both humans and AI agents. Earlier today, Ara showed you what this looks like for in-home trades. With all the agents that we just released to Max and are delivering great outcomes. But as you may have guessed, Max isn't just gonna stop there. Today, I'm excited to announce that Max and your team of agents is no longer exclusive to residential. Today, we're opening a limited Max pilot for commercial and roofing. I'll leave it to the commercial team to walk you through this cast of characters later today. But as in residential, this is just the beginning. So by next year, here's some of the agents you can expect. A suite of cross-sell agents, which will include both install to service agreement cross-sell as well as install pull-through work. Automatically generates a service agreement proposal for all installs of new equipment. Creates the opportunity, assigns it to the right account manager, monitors the schedule, post-installation walkthrough, and automatically schedules the account manager to join. For the install pull-through, it identifies potential replacement opportunities, automatically generates replacement proposal based on similar work in the past, and automatically creates a rich analysis of the forecasted total cost of ownership of the problematic unit and as part of the replacement proposal. Second, a technician development acceleration agent. This agent understands how your business defines technical competencies and the talent development paths, understands what type of hours any given technician needs under what type of circumstances in order to progress, to advance in their certification and skills development. And then it optimizes the schedule of that technician To help accelerate the attainment of these hours. And lastly, it provides development updates, reporting to technician manager to track progress. And lastly, a construction estimate variance optimization agent. Ah. For any estimate, analyze all historical budget versus actual data, including document exports from legacy systems, For similar work based on property type, project size, etc. Then it generates a forecast of project variance and recommended adjustments to optimize profitability. And roofing, we're coming for you too. By next year, in addition to what you'll have in the pilot, you'll be getting a claims and supplement agent which reconciles the adjuster scope and in the estimates, drafts, supplements, TRACS ACV, RCV, deductible, and mortgage endorsements. There'll be a production agent, which breaks the sold estimate into its jobs by scope, sequences, dependencies, books crews, deliveries, and dumpster, and reschedules for weather, and notifies everyone affected. And lastly, a subcontractor manager agent. management agent maintains the sub roster, associated documents, confirms availability, matches jobs to subs, issues work orders, enforces daily scores, scope, and photo requirements, calculates pay, scores performance, escalates when appropriate. Again, we're open— we're opening registration for both Commercial MAX RoofingMax today with limited capacity. We want to work closely with our first customers, support your teams through adoption, and help you turn these capabilities into real business results— more revenue, stronger margins, and better experiences for your customers and your team. All right, let's keep going. So you can see all these agents coming out to your business. But there's one very important agent that's getting a major, major upgrade— Atlas. With this upgrade, Atlas officially stops being a chatbot. He's all grown up and now has a full chief of staff level agent. Atlas now has a new dedicated mobile app that's a native app. It can take actions including delegating work through tasks to other people on the team. It currently has a reporting skill which allows it to access all the reports in ServiceTitan, including custom reports, and if it's looking for something and it can't find what it's looking for in an existing report, it writes a new query from scratch to figure it out. It also has the ability to ingest ad hoc documents. And so you could do things like upload a forecasted budget and then ask it to reason against that document against the other data. So you could ask it questions like, are we gonna hit budget this month? And you could also upload what working days you have and it'll figure it all out. One of the coolest things is the deep research and analysis skill. Ask why about any answer and ask it to do a deep dive on some topic and look for specific insights. Ask questions like, what is the most important thing I should be focusing on today? You could make it do deep dive analysis. You can make it do things like listen to all customer conversations including in-home recordings with the technician, with consent of course, for all jobs that resulted in recalls and come back with a recommendation on how we can improve. It also has an Automation Hub skill, which means it could do things like build and modify deterministic rule-based workflow automations. So if a job is booked with this job type in this zip code, create a task for this person. For example, when a problem is identified in some report or analysis, look up the org structure and recommend the right person to delegate the task at hand. It has a monitoring agent skill which lets Atlas— you can tell Atlas to keep an eye on any sort of sucks on this particular KPI if it goes above 5% of target. And lastly, my favorite, it's got a skill called the ROAS skill. Now what the ROAS skill does is it first connects to your accounting system, takes your P&L marketing expenses, goes and pulls all the detailed transactions, and they may come from bill, a credit card, a credit memo, there's like 2 or 3 other entities. It then maps it to your ServiceTitan campaigns and then it gives you a return on ad spend analysis by marrying these 2 sets of data together. In the process, it also cleans up things like wrong marketing attribution. By looking at the communication data to see what call should be attributed to the marketing source. And lastly, it's designed to be enterprise-grade, natively multi-tenant, and one of the coolest things you could do with Alice, it allows you to turn any Drive into a business analysis Jam session with voice mode. Go down endless rabbit holes. Keep asking why. Ask it to slice and dice every number that looks off. And if you get to the office and your thirst for understanding how the business is doing isn't quenched, just pick it up on the web exactly where you left off. Some of the other cool features, it will continuously learn from interactions. including direct feedback. In fact, Atlas loves to get super direct, detailed feedback on what you want and how you want it. Atlas can modify future behavior to make you happy. In fact, it deeply wants to do that. And one of the other cool things, once this upgrade goes live, You know how today ServiceTitan will send you an email with a pre-canned report or a text message with an alert? Well, all of those will start coming from Atlas. And so if you've got a question about a report, you can just respond back. No more dumb messages that you can't reply back to. Every interaction with ServiceTitan now has the intelligence of Atlas behind it. Now in the new world, Atlas will be the one that's sending you all the stuff you have today and allow you to have a conversation. Atlas will also replace the Office app, and eventually it'll let you do all the actions you can do from logging into your desktop. Today, this version of Atlas is in closed alpha testing. and it's for admins only. Coming up next, we'll be rolling it out to Max customers first, and then for all users afterwards, not just admins. And after that, we'll be rolling it out to everybody. Pricing and packaging will be TBD. But don't take my word. Let's hear from the early access customers directly.
We're working on implementing the Latest and greatest that ServiceTitan has to offer and working with our best customers to really pressure test on how it's working, what results it's delivering.
This is your best week of the month. About $1.5 million invoiced, up 41%.
With those numbers, will we hit budget this month?
Yes, you're on track to hit budget. About $6.8 million against a $6.8 million plan.
Having the information available quickly and at our fingertips allows us to make adjustments throughout the day, throughout the week, throughout the month. Instead of waiting till the end of the month to get data. It would look at data, it would take the next step, offer up information, or help guide into another thought process that could be another stream of revenue, another material gain in call center performance. What can I improve on?
One moment. Based on that information, your near-term improvements are the call center coaching and the same-day cancellation fix, together worth about $200,000 a month.
Capacity planning is the name of the game, right? Getting the right technician to the right job, not overspending in marketing, understanding ROAS and comp.
Based on the tech utilization, look at capacity and ROAS and tell me where I need to shift funds in order to hit budget everywhere and exceed the budget where possible. Hire 3 techs in Lansing, hire 4 to 6 in Milwaukee, hire 3 to 4 in Dallas, hire and scale together in Kansas, Boise. Healthy capacity in these markets, room to grow, explicit increase spend flag. That's right. Underutilized San Antonio, underutilized capacity surplus in Reno. So basically, Vi came out and I said, listen, I need to get the best technicians to the best opportunities. The guys that are veterans, we're always gonna put Tom Brady in the Super Bowl. That's the plan. And so this data is finally starting to move in the right direction, and it's trying to assign level 1 technicians to level 1 jobs, and then tier 2 to tier 2, tier 3, and so on and so forth. We know that based on capacity Planning, it's never going to be perfect. But like I said, if Tom Brady's in the Super Bowl, more often than not we're going to win more. And the numbers are showing that— higher ticket averages, higher conversion rates, happier clients. We got the right stuff with the right parts, with the right truck, with the right technician. And this is just the beginning. We think we could take this even to a deeper level.
Give me my top 3 techs and my bottom 3 techs.
Over the trailing 30 days, your top 3 techs by revenue are Kevin Zamora at about $82,000, Jonathan Pineda at about $75,000, and Angel Vasquez at about $43,000.
Atlas is only available to the owners and the admin. Who are you most excited about getting their hands on Atlas once it's available to everybody?
The leadership group. The leadership group, again, because the time we use to analyze is time wasted and that we can't work on the business. So I think once this gets into the leadership hands, our efficiency in dealing with the everyday tasks Our efficiency dealing with reports is going to be 100 times faster and better. What message do you have to the team working on Atlas? Let's keep testing. Let's get better. Let's get to the next level with this. This is an awesome tool that you've added to our program here, to our service line, and I think it's going to be another game changer coming down the pipeline for us.
And speaking of next level, as cool as Atlas is today, here's where I'm setting the stretch goals for where Atlas should be at next year's Pantheon. Now remember, these are stretch goals, just so you kind of have a sense of where we're headed. First and foremost, Atlas will take being a chief of staff to a whole new level. It will connect to your work emails and calendar, draft replies, including pulling data from ServiceTitan to answer customer questions and escalating anything that needs immediate attention. Atlas can attend live meetings virtually, of course, provide pre- and post-meeting briefs, capture commitments, tasks, follow-ups. Can look up data and answer questions live in the meeting. And if you really want to have fun, turn on the optional fact-check mode during the meeting. But that's just the beginning. By next Pantheon, Atlas will also start to become an agent developer. What does that mean? All those cast of characters that you've been hearing about all day, if you
want one of them to behave differently, you just tell Alice and Alice will figure it out. You don't have to know anything about how agents work or how to change this or how to change that. You just have to be able to articulate what you want in English and Alice will figure it out. The other cool thing Atlas will be able to do is build new agents from scratch. And
the really, really stretch goal is I also hope to have the first flashes of reaching level 5, as Ara talked about today, a self-learning system. So imagine, based on a complete context of your business, Where Atlas knows what markets you're in, what trades you're in, what your goals and budgets are, both financial and operational metrics, how you're trending against them. Again, both in your ST operational data as well as your financials from your accounting system. Based how you compare to benchmarks, proactively monitors and suggests ways to make your agent team better. Comes with specific recommendations on what changes to make to the existing team of agents, or what new agents to build and how to build them, along with a full implementation plan. Okay, so you know who else is gonna be getting agents? You didn't think it was just you, right? Well, turns out your customers are also gonna be getting agents. Hopefully by now you're convinced about all this agent stuff, because just in case you're not, I feel compelled to tell you. Will your customers use agents? Absolutely, yes. I don't usually speak in absolutes, but this is absolutely going to happen. And if that's true, What happens to your business when your customers ask their agent to figure it out when they have a problem instead of doing what they used to do in the old world? Now, I don't know if anyone can answer with certainty. What I can say for sure though is you're going to care a lot about the answer to that question. And so here's how I see it playing out. Inevitably, the moment will come when your customer's agent has to make a decision about which contractor to pick, and it's going to decide based on who it thinks has the highest probability of successfully solving the task. And you know how in a lot of situations you just wanna talk to a person? It doesn't matter how good the agent is, you just wanna talk to a human. Well, guess what? Agents want to talk to agents. So we asked ourselves, as more and more consumers start using agents day to day, how do we make it a no-brainer for these agents to choose you? And the answer we came up with is Home. Home is a curated marketplace to connect the best contractors with consumers in the new world. Home is our solution to get agents to trust that you are the best choice to deliver successfully. How do we do that? Objective metrics that the agent will value in terms of helping it achieve its goal. A curated, high-quality, transparent process deeply integrated into the agentic products that consumers are using. And from what I've seen, when an agent has an option to use a native tool versus go hunt for something, they tend to first try the native option. So if you were the agent, would you rather research 50 different contractors, or would you rather go to something built from the ground up to serve you? Today, the Home App plugin is live. on all 3 major AI platforms. And this is just the first iteration. Over time, the goal is for consumers' agents to use Home's contractor network, signals, real-time availability, booking capabilities directly inside their own experiences. Home's job is to allow you to meet your customers and their agents where they are, no matter what platform they're on. Now, we fully expect these platforms to continue to evolve very quickly. Our goal will be to deeply integrate Home as natively as possible into these leading agentic platforms. And this is just the beginning. We focus on 3 simple dimensions. Punctuality— do your techs show up on time? Hired rate for the job— after meeting with the homeowner, do they choose to move forward with you? And job quality and satisfaction. And these are metrics you should care about whether you're on Home or not. Home is a way to show the full story of the business you've built based on your history and service Titan. So you won't be starting from scratch in terms of jobs and reviews. And we believe that if you have a strong Home profile, it will become an indispensable signal of trust, something homeowners, search engines, AI agents can all use to understand why a contractor deserves the business. This profile and Home in general is a platform where you can publish trusted performance metrics. Ratings and reviews are useful, but they only tell part of the story. This gives you another way to demonstrate the quality you've already built and gives homeowners and their agents signals that they can choose— they can use when they have to choose. In order for Home to be successful, we need to earn the trust of the homeowner, but it also requires for us to hold on to the trust With you. We're in this to help you win, period. That's our motivation. Because as you know, your success is our success. So here's what we're not going to do. You can't pay us to rank you higher. We will never charge you to remove a negative comment. We'll never charge you to promote a positive review. Long story short, if you perform well, no matter what, you're going to do well on Home, and you'll have full transparency to these metrics. In fact, these metrics will now become a part of your service time reports, which will be available to everyone to provide you full transparency in terms of how these metrics are calculated and why your score is what it is. Because when you win, we win. For now, Home is only invite-only in a few key areas. as we ramp up. We're taking a measured approach as we expand, but if you're interested, reach out to your success manager and we'll follow up with you on the next steps. In addition to Home, we want to empower you to put your best foot forward in this new world directly. And so as part of Max, our goal is to enable you to be able to capture maximum demand from these agents. Either by advertising directly on major agentic platforms and have your Max agents talk to your customers' agents with all the goodies baked in— capacity optimization, business rules, analytics, etc.— or with an MCP on your website so that agents can show up and can easily book. Whether you like it or not, the agent is now your customer. You're going to have to figure this out. How fast will it be? We don't know. It's still early days, and the numbers will be small for now. That being said, I believe this is going to move much faster than any previous technology wave, including the internet. So even though it's a tiny, tiny slice today, I'd like to remind those of you that were around back then about where your digital marketing was during the early stages of the internet and to be mindful about how much faster this wave is going to be. Now look, I get it. There's a lot of changes that you didn't ask for. It's a lot of changes that we didn't ask for. We like the old world. With your support, we had established ourselves as the operating system of the trades. But this change is upon us, and in our roles, Ara and I feel an immense sense of responsibility to guide you through this next evolution. And in doing so, I want to dispel one last myth. It's been said by some that AI will be the great equalizer. This is not true. Instead, it will be a great multiplier. The gap between those who do and those who don't will broaden faster than ever before. And in order to embrace this evolution, it won't be just about doing more. It will be about becoming more. And I'm confident with the collaboration of the greatest team on Earth ensuring the success of the greatest customers on earth, that we have just who we need alongside us to become exactly who you need us to be for you in this new world. So allow me to reintroduce ourselves. We are ServiceTitan, the agentic operating system of the trades. Thank you.
