This is a mistake I've done in my own company. I used to hire one salesperson and give all my sales calls to him, and I would just like sit and pray while handling my client fulfillment myself, hoping that I'm going to get a client. And every now and then I would go back and check and see if the client needs something and get some pointers about the client. I used to try to talk to clients and they were ready to buy. I lost on the top piece and I even risked a lot. You want to hold them accountable more because sales are a time-based business, especially when it comes after the hour, where you basically walk them through these 8 sales tasks, if I don't make it on time, I'll have to pay the same worth for the day off. So let me give to want to get them recharged for CRM. They want to buy now, they don't want to buy. So it's a different end of the report. Fill out the CRM forms, make sure that they actually follow up with the leads. They need to have the contract sent, get the payments collected, all of that shit. If you don't do that, kaboom, you will just lose.
