High ticket client attraction blueprint to add $20K extra this month

In this 2025 YouTube presentation, agency founder Nikhil Sai walks agency owners through a step‑by‑step system for replacing low‑ticket, late‑paying clients with high‑ticket, on‑time paying customers and generating an extra $20,000 in a single month. He begins by sharing his personal backstory – a dropout‑turned‑multi‑million‑dollar agency owner – to establish credibility, then outlines a complete sales‑to‑retention framework. The framework includes: (1) targeting the top 1 % of a niche rather than the mass market; (2) crafting a high‑value offer using a “dream‑outcome × likelihood / (time + effort)” value equation; (3) adding scarcity and fast‑action bonuses to create urgency; (4) designing a rigorous onboarding process that sets realistic expectations, defines clear deliverables, and prevents scope creep; (5) shifting from one‑off high‑ticket projects to recurring retainers, software‑plus‑consulting hybrids, and partnership retainers to build predictable revenue; (6) reactivating existing leads with personalized video outreach, free‑value assets, and multi‑touch campaigns; (7) maintaining weekly/monthly communication to improve client retention and reduce churn. Throughout, Sai emphasizes that all templates, scripts, and weekly coaching are offered for free, with a call‑to‑action to comment “Free Access” for entry into a private community and a link to scalemyagency.online. The video blends instructional content with promotional messaging, positioning the speaker as a generous mentor rather than a traditional guru.

Because I'm going to share a reactivation strategy that you can use in your business today without spending any additional money on advertising. You will be able to bring extra $20,000 to your business. So let's get into the screen. No BS high-ticket client attraction blueprint to add extra $20,000 this month. What is the problem we are trying to solve? If you're struggling with cheap clients who don't make payments on time and you're struggling to do payment recovery, I'm going to show you a system to charge premium prices and collect payments on time to have a high collection ratio, and also show you a blueprint that you could execute this month and earn extra $20,000 on demand. I run my own marketing agency where I've generated millions while earning $10,000 a month recurring revenue just in the software side, and I've traveled all over the world, 10+ countries at the age of 23, and I went from a dropout kid to multimillionaire running my own marketing agency. Let's get straight into the learning mode. What are we going to look at? Number 1, client acquisition system. The biggest problem most agencies are having right now in 2025 is they sell to clients who don't have money. Sell to the top 1%, regardless which niche you are in. For example, let's randomly pick real estate as an example. You can sell to the beginner real estate agents who are trying to start it as a side hustle, or you could sell to the top agents in city who actually sell multiple homes every month. You could sell to actually plumbers who are basically getting started, they are one-person company, or you could sell to plumbing companies who crush it, who have multiple locations, they have big franchises and stuff like that. There is always an upmarket and downmarket. And if you could sell to the upmarket, you can't sell BS. As long as you sell an outcome that you can deliver crazy result and you have built enough proof, you will be able to sell consistently. The reality is you can't directly sell to upscale. That's the problem. What I have done in my own life is I actually went to the best people possible who are the top 10%, and I offered them my services at a very minimal price or in exchange of a testimonial or a case study. And that's the best thing you could do as well. And you will be able to get them under your bracket to add that badge, add that credibility. Now showing this testimonial, you can get them the next client and the next client and the next client, and it will become a flywheel. Now by doing this, you will avoid the price war. You don't need to sell cheap because your competition is selling cheap, et cetera. And you will be not worried about being the cheapest guy in the room. Instead, you will focus on delivering great value for your clients and charge based on the result and the end goal you are able to help them achieve. Now don't just make some random offer like I'll build you websites in 2025. People are so over it. Come on, it's 2025. Everything you used to sell, content creation, Facebook ads, website designing, copywriting, doesn't matter what you're promoting as a service, Everything is now done by AI. You can't sell service. You need to sell a solution that can deliver an outcome. And if you know the dream, the value equation, which is dream outcome multiplied by perceived likelihood of achievement divided by the time delay and the effort and sacrifice, that creates high value. So if you create a very high value service, meaning if you can help a real estate agent sell a home immediately with 100% guarantee right now without him doing anything, That's an extremely valuable service. The opposite is true as well. If you deliver, if you can't even house, the probability is zero and it will take them years to execute and they need to do all the work, your value is pretty low. So put your service which you're trying to sell into that equation and change it to a high-value service. And the best part is you don't even have to do guesswork. You can ask your clients what they are struggling with and they will tell you. So that is a value equation and follow that and you will be able to consistently close, usually close clients. Now let's come to the next part, which is, hey, I'm actually trying to close, but I'm unable to. Recently heard many as an agency, you make an offer, but you can't close the sale. I get it there. I understand how it feels. You feel self-doubt. You feel that the market is going saturated. The AI is taking over. You can't sell anymore. You need to find some other alternatives right now. The reality is you're not using scarcity and urgency. If you don't think which is limited in stock, why would they value it? Premium brands sell more than generic brands. So you need to make your— so you need to pose as a luxury brand in their perspective. That's where you create limited spots available and you create an urgency for them to take action. You know, your client, they are smart enough. If you try to BS them and say, hey, you need to pay right now or else I can't take you, yada yada yada, they know you're open for business tomorrow, day after tomorrow. What you could actually do is, I like to do this in my own agency, which is add a fast action bonus. Meaning, I'll give you a random example. If I'm offering hypothetically Facebook ad service to a real estate agent, what is something he needs to buy after me creating Facebook ads. Maybe he needs an automation or a calendar booking system or something like that to manage his appointments. So I would say, hey, we usually charge, hypothetically, $2,000 a month to run paid ads for you. If you can make a decision, I will chip in our booking system, which we usually charge $500 extra as a bonus, if you can make a decision right now. So you usually add something which is very valuable for them, which you know they need, even after buying your service, and you add that as a fast action bonus. Try this on your sales call, see how many times you could actually close a client. One of the agencies who are working with us, they were struggling to sell $800 outbound services, and once they actually started selling to upmarket and they get confidence and create scarcity element and added fast action bonus, they tripled their prices, $2,500 price point instead of others, and also they actually collected cash on the call. This is completely different from what they usually used to do, which is send emails, send proposals, and wait for the clients to get back. And nobody used to take action because there is no urgency, there is no scarcity, it's always open. And guess what you will not do when everything is open anytime? You won't be worried about the decision right now. So that's what— anything bonus like I have given as an example, or you could add extra training or a software subscription for a month, or any additional done-for-you service like the booking example I have actually given you. You need to make it too valuable for them to ignore. Like they need it inevitably. Why not make the decision right now and save more cost? That's how you could actually add urgency and scarcity and close clients. Now the biggest problem agencies have is in retention and communication expectations. In the first, this is the most critical time when somebody makes a payment. Most agencies ignore this. They don't send a contract before the payment. They don't even onboard the client or have a communication with them. They just send them one welcome email or something like that. And that's it. What we like to do is lead them through a journey, a unique journey customized for them. The number one thing we need to, as an agency owner, once somebody makes a payment successfully and signs the contract, is set clear expectations. Don't just show the peaches and sunshine and the beaches and the Bali and whatnot. You need to show that dragons, there is holes, there is pitfalls, there is, we are human beings, it can go wrong. What I like to do is when they are buying in the sales stage, they have aspirations, they have unrealistic expectation, which some things You actually will, which is something as a— you can't avoid from them to having because the aspiration of them becoming successful is what will make them to take a bet, to take a chance to work with you in the first place. If you completely kill it, then they wouldn't pick you. But you want them to be aspirational at the same time. You want them to be realistic. And that's where the opportunity you have in the onboarding process. If you don't deal with this part right, the client will have unrealistic expectation and now they want to cancel because you basically overpromised results or they themselves overpromised themselves results and you didn't correct them. You want to be transparent. You need to show all the pitfalls, all the bad things that can happen, and also show a clear roadmap and actually follow it because they will judge you on what you're saying and what you're doing. They could clearly see it. They can see through bullshit. So you do 48 hours to make sure, number one, when they make the payment, have them immediately schedule an onboarding call, likely in the next 24 to 48 hours. Otherwise they will feel buyer's remorse. They don't want to make a decision. They want to cancel. They want to get a refund. I've seen this Happening way too many times. Now, if they cancel or refund, you literally lost the revenue which you have already paid for ads, for outbound, for sales team, appointment team, everything worked on it and you lost it because of the onboarding issue. So do not do this and fix this issue. Next thing is define clear delivery. Once you set clear expectation, define clear delivery. What is the roadmap and what is the exact scope of deliverables? Doesn't matter what you're selling. If you're selling DIY information services, If you're selling done with you with software element, if you're selling coaching, if you're selling consulting, if you're selling done for you services, done for you hybrid, however you want to frame it, define the deliverable scope, meaning draw a map, draw a map and say they're going to do what you are going to do. So there is no scope creep. Scope creep is probably killing most agencies right now, meaning you sell a done for you project, let's say outbound marketing, they come to you, And now they started to do outbound with you. And technically, for example, you didn't set clear expectations. So they have some overpromised goals that they have in their own mind, which you never confronted. You never set expectations. So now they're expecting you to manage their social media or post on behalf of them or do some other outreach on Twitter instead of LinkedIn, what you have agreed to. So they will technically keep asking you things because they paid you. Now you're obligated to do all these new things which you never signed up for. And now you're just pouring more and more resources because they're not getting results. They are not paying you and technically they're not committing to your contract and you're not sticking to your own contract, and that starts scope creep. The more you do, the more they get done, but the reality is nothing gets them results because now they are controlling the vehicle which you have built. They know what they want, they have built it, they came to you because you are the expert. So you need to deliver a clear system as a deliverable and make sure there is no scope creep happening. And you need to set expectation that, hey, when you saw a When you go to the six-pack tomorrow, this is a process. First week, you will see body pains. Second week, you will see slight improvement in your body postures. Third week, you will actually see, you know, like physically increasing. Fourth week, you will actually feel that you are a little bit more active. Like, you need to set clear expectations. In the next 17 months, you can actually see abs. Now, again, depending on the example I'm giving, you get the point, which is define clear deliverables and make sure there is no scope creep happening. They came to you because you are expert. So define what your system is, what can exactly get them results. And what you can do is when they ask you to do something else additionally on top of what you guys agreed on, you have 3 options. Number 1, you can say, hey, that is not something we provide service. I can refer to somebody who I know might be able to help you. If you're open to it, let us know. That's the first way, easy way to deal with. You clearly communicate, do this and this is not in a service agreement. They're fine with it. Number 2, you could say, hey, actually do this, but that is not in our scope and this is what we charge. Number 3, which is my favorite, which is saying, hey, that idea is cool. We are a small company. I'm talking about the client we work with. So why don't you use your resources on doing the things which are required? If you have a video that you need to shoot, shoot that first before you come up with new ideas, because we want to get this product successful before you start new things. And then you will remind them the reason they signed up with you in the first place. Now they'll get back on track, more likely to stick with you because you cut through the BS and you actually tell them what they want to hear. No, what you actually— and you confront the truth on what they need to get results. One-offs. This is probably the biggest, biggest, biggest misconception most agencies have, which is sell ultra high ticket and run away. No, try recurring services, smaller retainers, subscriptions. You can add a software element like in my business, what I've done. You can add retaining consulting services in my business like I have done. You can add partnership retainers. You can add so many small retainers like split testing, you know, consulting fee. Like, you could consult— people pay for access. So even if you say, hey, I'll install the system for you, it will cost you $10,000 for the next 3 months to work with me, and we will be doing it in a done engagement. After that, I can give you 9 months of WhatsApp or email access or that support. You can charge retainer for that. Instead of crazy $500 or $1,000 a month, you can charge $100 a month for the next 9 months, which is still fine. You could really give them access and the comfort that you are available for them to answer questions. And the best part is you can create recurring revenue with these of retaining services. And that is primarily the goal of any business, which is create recurring revenue. You can't start your month with $0 every month because then it's hand-to-mouth situation like most agencies struggle. Now, I have a situation, so stupid, but I've done this in my own agency, which is losing clients because of lack of communication. I have had clients who cancel, who actually tried to cancel even though we were crushing in terms of results. They were like, hmm, you know what, maybe we are looking for something else. We are taking a different direction. Like, we are crushing it. Have you seen the stats of the funnels and the ads and the revenue? Like, everything is going green. Like, what's the problem? They are not— they are not feeling comforted. And this is one of the big, big, big problems, especially when you're charging that medium ticket where you're charging enough for them to assume that you are more available, but you're not communicating enough. So I have strengthened my communication thereafter, but it's really all about communication. You need weekly reporting, at least if they're paying $2,000. On above, talk to them once a month. If they're paying $10,000 extra, talk to them once a week. You don't need to do this as an individual yourself. Your project manager can do this. They need to build a relationship with the client where they trust the project manager enough that everything is going right. And talk data, talk about family, build a real connection. Like, they can't just be in, money out. There needs to be something else. If you just have that communication element going on saying, hey, this is what happened last week, this is our original goal for this month, and this is the track, we are on point, we're actually performing 15% better than expected, or we are off point, We are doing this thing wrong and here is our problem to fix this. They would appreciate it and that communication will make sure that they're retaining for a longer run. And even if something completely goes south, they will know why it went. Most agencies, they sell with unrealistic expectation, but they don't deliver, they don't communicate. So basically the client will come to a conclusion that they got scammed. But in reality, if you have clear communication and you show what's happening, it's physics. Like marketing is numbers. A good offer marketed to the right people can actually make money. A bad offer is how marketing you're putting into it makes no money. We need to tweak offers. So you need to make it like a physics formula for that. They don't question your ability because you are inevitably putting your input. They will understand that, oh, this is an offer problem, oh, this is a marketing problem, this is an audience problem, this is a funnel problem, and you create a solution for them to fix it. And that's how you maintain clear communication. Now those are the 3 things which I hope will actually help you to actually, number 1, 1. Go upmarket and close high-ticket. 2. Actually not lose any sales and close them instead of just making offers. 3. Retain your clients consistently. Now let's talk about the plan to monetize on the existing leads. Everybody loves F.U. So if you have a list of people you have spoke to who never bought, just do a webinar or offer something like a checklist or a PDF or a guide or even like a free video like what you're watching right now and be like, hey, if you want to achieve this dream goal, whatever the dream goal is, I made a free video for you, just reply why. Simple message like that and send it to everybody who you spoke with. Post it on your Facebook story 5 times, post it on your Facebook profile multiple times, your LinkedIn profile, wherever you actually have audience, your cold emailing campaigns, your LinkedIn campaigns, doesn't matter. Just shoot it through the roof. And what happens is you already have a warmed-up audience who spoke to you or who know your brand. They will come back and respond. Thing is, again, scarcity. I'm giving this to only 15 people or 7 people or whatever that is. That way, you know, you're doing it. And don't expect to get the response for the first time. Most Activation campaigns, we actually have 5 to 15 touchpoints. The most responses, because we do like a 1-week campaign when we're reactivating the leads, come on the last few days because people look at it, they see the numbers, they're like, oh my God, I'm, I might be missing out on this free value. Now they want to come up, right? So they come back and they respond. Now what I like to do is, again, we have a team of people who actually does this, which is we make personalized videos for them saying, we just remind them because we have our CRM system and notes inside CRM system. We remind them like, hey, when we last spoke, this was your personal goal and this is what you wanted to achieve. Wanted to make sure like where you are and wanted to just connect with you and see if what's your goal this month and see if we could help you achieve that type of situation. And then really give them the asset as well along with the video. And this would really create a personalized touchpoint along with the booking link. And you easily, easily have them come back to you on an appointment, you or your system, you get the point. And just run a 5-day reaction sequence, right? And one more thing you could definitely do is reach out to clients who haven't If you have a client who canceled 3 months ago, 3 weeks ago, whatever that is, just get back to them and ask, hey, what happened? Like, I understand something terribly went wrong. I totally get it. I'm on your side of the table. I just want to make sure that I never do this again with a different client. I want to fix it. Please tell me what went wrong. And if you just be vulnerable like that and you have no ego to ask these questions, they will tell you what went wrong. And most of the time it's communication, not even the result. Or they might not be getting the result, or they might be going into a different direction and your services might not be your line. In one of the three cases, you could actually come and sell them back into what you can currently do them on and get them back. And say if you charge $3,000, $5,000 upfront and you have an LTV of $7,000 to $10,000 or $20,000, hopefully, hopefully I'm assuming you're a good agency. That way you will be able to, you have 1,000 leads, you can get 300 people responding to your reactivation sequence. That can turn into 50 to 70 conversations and that can actually give you 10 actual high-qualified offers made. Hopefully from that, and that is the blueprint I would probably follow if you want to make $20K this month. So let's talk about bringing it all together. Start charging premium clients, better service, add scale in your sales process to have deals closed fast. Bonuses, adding for free, saying, hey, we're going to do this Facebook ad launch, it's $2,000 upfront. If you make a decision right now, I'm going to set up this booking system which we usually charge additional $1,000 for free. Can you make a decision right now? I get it, you don't have all the money. Make a deposit right now, I can still secure the bonus for you. That type of situation, and would absolutely crush it. And I've seen way too many agencies, once they drop the price, they fall out and, you know, they don't want to ask questions and they feel scared right now. They are more worried about losing the sale. Ask hard, you know, don't keep it tense, like make it in a funny manner, like build that rapport. But at the same time, you gotta call them out saying, hey, like like a problem and what we talked about, how much you're losing this month, and wouldn't it make more sense to make a decision right now because you're losing X thousand dollars every month, as we have admitted already? And they have the same concerns like you. Now they will come back to the real concern, which is money, partners, or time, and you need to overcome that, and you will be able to make it more valuable. Bonuses, or maybe give them a risk-free guarantee and then convert them into a sale. Have a strong onboarding process, and maintain clear transparency to have long-term retention. Go and reactivate. Do not make this video some educational video to watch and binge-watch and go and watch another video on YouTube or something like that. Sit down right now, take a step by step. What are the resources I have? How many emails do I have in my CRM? How many SMS people— how many people I could send SMS to? How many Facebook followers I have? How many IG followers I have? How many LinkedIn followers I have? How many Twitter followers I have? Just look at every social media platform and think, what is my main offer? Who do I speak with? What is the most valuable thing they are actively looking for? Can I offer it for them for free? Simple. Everybody loves stuff. If you make it free, the barrier of entry is pretty low. They will come and respond. So now you know who is actively trying to solve that problem. You are more likely to close. So with that being said, hopefully you'll go and follow the 20K Game Plan. When our private clients have used this, in the first 4 weeks usually add $20,000 or more into their business. I'm excited for you to do this. Just in case if you're wondering what are the next steps, I don't have anything to sell. I give completely all the information away for free.
