I think, like, you know, if I remember correctly, your best month was like $1.2 million.
That was a best month. Now it's a consistent month. Less money doesn't really mean you have to feel poor, but you feel poor because you've been trained into feeling poor. You go to a baby who's 1 year old, look in the eyes of the baby and say, I hate you. You're the worst human being I've met in my life.
No, like, how would you describe manifestation in your words?
The word manifestation means converting what is not reality into I think if I ask many people, would you aspire to have a million dollar monthly revenue? Most people would say, hell yeah. Why? Somebody's going to purposely grow in front of me that I can be jealous looking at their growth.
You're just basically throwing all the top business coaches. What's going on? What's going on everybody who's actually listening to this podcast right now? First of all guys, welcome back to the Nikhil Sai Show, which is hosted by me, the Nikhil Sai. And guess what's going on today? I'm back with another amazing guest. This guest has a very special story with me. I'll share that in a moment. Uh, at the same time, he's inspired over a million people to transform their lives. It's insane. Like, I mean, this guy has all, you know, uh, been author of multiple amazing books like The Law of Attraction and Awaken the Leader in You. He's worked with celebrities, cricketers, top sport leaders, and many amazing business entrepreneurs. And actually, he's helped hundreds, if not thousands of people come out of different situations like suicides and relationship problems and money problems and health problems. It is insane. I'm a very skeptic guy when it comes to saying, oh, like, you know, like woo-woo. But when I talk to this person particularly, there is a science attached to it. He doesn't make it sound woo-woo because he actually backs it up with science. And I've seen it in my life, in live, in person. And let's not waste any time. Actually, let's Welcome the most trusted and internationally recognized coach, law of manifestation and manifesting coach from India for the world, Mitesh Katri. Hey Mitesh!
Hey Nick, how are you doing? Thank you for inviting me here.
I'm doing great. Appreciate you jumping on. You've been featured on many amazing news articles, channels, and also been on top podcasts in India like Rajshamani, Limitless with Ishan, and many, many more. Pleasure to have you on and, uh, I'm so keen to get into straight, like, the manifestation questions and the digital business questions. But before that, add some context for people who don't know you, who don't understand your journey yet. Give us, like, a quick rundown about how did you get started and where are you right now?
All right, so I started about 25 years ago, if I may say, when I was just a direct sales marketing guy, where I learned my first job as a door-to-door sales guy. So I would go from house to house, knock on people's door, and sell $10 things like spoons and massagers, and then make some incentive on that. And that's how I started my first living. This was at the age of 17 when I started working first, and I did that for a few years. Then for about the next 5 years, I was more or less into sales. And that's where I realized that somehow I seem to have this inborn talent of connecting with people. And that confidence was somehow natural to me. Of course, then the learning and the skill happened above it. And that went on for many years until I realized that I want to be a trainer as a career, as a profession. Did a job for about a year for a company called Banford Alliance, which is one of the biggest corporate training companies in India. After working with them for a year, I started off on my own and did that for about 17 years. Took that business all over the world, more than 300 corporate organizations. Any top company in India that you can talk about, their top management has been coached by by us, their board of directors are coached by us. So did that for about 17 years. And then Mr. COVID came in. And when COVID happened, as you know, all corporate training business had shut down. All kind of training business, almost every kind of business had shut down. Going out in hotels doing trainings was just not an option. So we were staying at home doing nothing, like most people in the world were. And at that time, I thought of inspiring people for positive thinking because that was a very pessimistic time, right? Everybody was going through a lot of negativity at that time. So I started just for the sake of inspiring people, teaching people Law of Attraction, which is my second book. The first is the leadership book called Awaken the Leader in You, and the second one is the Law of Attraction book. So based on that, I started inspiring people. People said they wanted, like, a full-fledged workshop. So I started my first manifestation program sometime just when COVID had started in 2021. And from then onwards, so far, we've hit more than a million people who've joined our workshops officially. On YouTube, we have more than 9 million people every month showing up and learning about manifestation all over the world. And it's been 5 years, so it's been a great journey teaching people manifestation, doing digital marketing. And because I had been in the corporate world for 17 years, corporate consulting, doing workshops for companies, doing leadership workshops, that experience kind of helped me to hold my ground in the digital marketing space because then it was just another domain, right? Digital was just another domain, but eventually it was business. I just had to tweak my business strategies to do it in the digital world instead of the offline world. So that experience helped us to grow faster than many other digital trainers. But that was just because of the benefit that we had in the past. That's it.
100%. I mean, I've seen your numbers and you're just basically throwing all the top business coaches and everybody in India out of the pitch when it comes to how many lives you're changing and the kind of revenues you're doing. I think, like, you know, if I remember correctly, your best month was like $1.2 million in like a month.
That was the best month. Now it's a consistent month.
There you go. Just pull, you know, best things into reality and then you make them consistent.
That's, that's the idea, right? Because if it's just the best month, then it is exceptional. But if it becomes part of your life, then it's normal. And then that's what I call as frequency. Like, if something is your frequency, it has to happen frequently. If it's not happening frequently, then it's not your frequency. It's as simple as that. So the idea is always to get something exceptional and then make it your usual, make it your frequency. So we've been able to make now $1.25 million consistency for quite some time now, quite a few months.
Interesting. Interesting. Spill the beans, Mitesh. So when it comes to scaling a business to that level, right, you would assume, like, especially in the US, and the stigma is you have to have a huge sales operation, 50 digital marketers, 900 salespeople on the floor, like all these complex systems. I've seen your system. You said you have like 6 people running this show, including, you know, like, you know, your family members.
Like, I was like, what?
So like, give us, like, give us a behind the scenes about like the business. How would you describe your business? First of all, is it a coaching company? Is it a training company? Is it a law of attraction company? Like, I'm curious, if you have to describe your business in a nutshell, how would you describe it? And like, give us like a hindsight on what's happening in your business.
Sure. So it's a courses and online coaching company. But when we say coaching, there are 2 types of coaching now in the world, thanks to Zoom. Earlier, it was just one-on-one. Now coaching is also one-to-many, right? So I do online courses for people. So every time people buy my courses, they get immediate access to that. So that's why it's called courses business. But then there's also coaching, which means once they join the course, they get the same course through me as a coaching experience on a weekend program where they come live and I coach people. But it's one-to-many coaching where I guide them. And the reason I'm calling it coaching, not just a course, because that's where they work. It's like a workshop. Where I give them assignments and during the workshop they create results for 2 days. So it's a courses and online one-to-many coaching business.
Hmm. Beautiful. Brilliant. Now in terms of the way you have scaled, and many people won't be able to do that when they actually run their own digital business. I mean, the coaching business has been one of the most standard business for anybody to start in India. I see people getting complacent at a specific revenue or getting stuck with sales and fulfillment issues. But you've built what I call a scalable machine, like you're just consistently able to hit numbers while actually transforming life. And I've seen a bunch of your workshops that people actually cry on your workshops and they actually say, oh, I went from this mom who is trying to have suicidal thoughts to now actually living a great life. I'm like, wow, this is transformational. This is no joke what you are doing. But would love to know what do you think other people are doing wrong that you've done in the right way to be able to hit this scale?
So first of all, I think I wouldn't take away the credit from those people who have made it big in a different way. Like you said, there are some people who have a large organization of 100 people in sales team, and that works for them. So I wouldn't take away that credit from them. But yes, I think if I ask many people, would you aspire to have a million-dollar monthly revenue business with only 6-7 people team, most people would say, hell yeah, why not? So that's what we've been able to build. And I think what we've been able to do right is sticking to the fundamentals of digital coaching, which is Digital, like keeping things digital. First of all, keeping things automated. If I am in the digital business space and if I don't have things automated and it's not digital, then I'm not in the digital marketing space. It's as simple as that. So every decision we made since day one was based on this one question, that any decision that I'm making, is it going to be scalable and automated? Automated. If it is not scalable and if it is not automated, then we wouldn't do it. And one of the hardest decisions for people to make is this. If you tell people to make $100,000 today offline— and what I mean by offline is go to a conference hall, invite people, and make $100,000 today— and you tell them, do this today and you'll get $100,000 today, they will obviously do it. The hardest difficult is to say no to that. But if you can learn to say no to that decision and say, okay, I can make $100,000 a day today by going offline, but then that's not scalable and that's not automated, so I don't want to do it. So I think one of the things we did right was since beginning, we kept saying no to offline. We said we don't want to do offline, we don't want to do one-on-one. And I've had people who've come and thrown numbers like $10,000 for an hour for me. They said, I'll pay you $10,000, spend 2 hours with me. And I said, I won't. For most people, that's the difficult decision. But if you look at the long run, if you want to get to $1 million a month automated, then you have to say no to $100,000 today in the offline space. It's as simple as that. You choose who you want to become 5 years from now, and you start saying yes to that today for the next 5 years. You choose what you don't want to be 5 years from now, and you start saying no to that person from today for the next 5 years. Simple.
Interesting. Such a good mental frame and well-profound thought. That's actually very, very true. I've seen people saying, oh, I want to do this, but then they have this immediate gratification thing. I want to do this event, I want to do this sales call, I want to close this one-on-one client, and then boom, everything ruins because that's not in the plan originally. Makes a lot of sense. Now, you've tried many funnels, if I'm not mistaken— paid workshops, free workshops, multi-day events, challenges, like all these things, right? If you have to explain your digital infrastructure in a simple manner to somebody who's listening, who might be thinking about like, okay, I want to build a million-dollar coaching business, I want to understand like what goes behind the scenes, how would you describe it? What do you think has been the best funnel for you that's working, that's able to consistently scale and retain people?
Right. So interestingly, you'll observe, and this comes from my corporate training experience, so it's not just the digital space, but the fundamentals come from the leadership world where we work with organizations who are doing millions of dollars every day kind of business, and I'm consulting them. So I had kind of the fortune, the good fortune of looking at the inside space of those companies first, right? So from there, the first thought that I was always clear about was there is nothing called the best funnel. Like, you will always go through this phase of your life where you'll hear some people saying, okay, high ticket is the best funnel, only do high ticket. And then somebody comes in and does a rockstar performance on low ticket, and then everybody's like, low ticket is the best funnel. Then somebody comes in and does a rockstar performance on medium ticket. Like, medium ticket is the best way to go. And then somebody comes and says, no, all this is BS. Just do continuum, just do monthly subscription. And that's the best thing in the world. So, okay. So then everybody runs behind that. So what is the best funnel? Well, two answers. There is nothing called the best, first of all. But yes, if I really want a long-term sustainable business in the digital space or in any space, then I would build a business foundation which has all the funnels included. I wouldn't miss out on a funnel. How? You go to a DMart, and I'm giving examples of the corporate world because that's my history. Sure. If you go to a DMart or if you go to a Walmart in the US, it's nothing but a funnel. You step into the store, you get a freebie. That's your landing page with a free offer, right? They'll make you order a taste of cheese, or They'll say, today we have for $1 so many things free. But that's just their lead generation. Now, once you walk into the Walmart area, tell me one person who walks in with the idea of buying a chocolate and buys out and comes out with a chocolate. Nobody does that.
Yeah.
So now they go through a funnel of what you call funnel. If you see, the Walmart is made of lanes, funnels. And in these lanes, you'll have low ticket and medium ticket and high ticket, and you have all the tickets. So which funnel is working for them? All. So you want to be having a lifelong business which can withhold all seasons, then you got to think like Walmart. You want to make billions, then you got to think like billionaires, which means don't cater one part of the market, because then as far as that market is seasonal, you make money in that. But what if you could cater to the larger part of the audience of the world? When you start thinking that the globe is my audience, then you start thinking things differently. So for me, I started saying I wanted a funnel which would have all tickets— low ticket, medium ticket, and multiple medium tickets, not one medium ticket, and then a high ticket, right? And In the digital space, I think one of the biggest mistakes that most people are doing is they'll create something called a super high ticket, which is $100,000 a day or $100,000 a year, something like that. The problem with that is it's not scalable. It's not scalable at all. And it's not automated for sure.
Yeah.
So if you had to ask me what have I ended up building, My low ticket is fully automated. My medium ticket is fully automated. My high ticket is fully automated. And it's—
so your entire business is automated?
More or less. And I can't say 100%, but 90%. So what part is not automated right now is the part which I love to do, which is weekend workshops. So if I had to explain the funnel right now in brief, how my funnel looks like as an infrastructure, it's what I've coined a word called open funnel system. Which means don't get a pipeline. A pipeline is level 1, level 2, level 3, where you can't get to a level 3 until you go through a level 2. That's a pipeline. And that makes sense in certain businesses. There's no wrong funnel. I ended up building an open funnel system where my first entry of the funnel is a program I created called Daily Magic Practice, where every day people meet me at 9:00 PM and I meet them for 15 minutes every day. Monday to Friday, where they pay a monthly subscription of as low as $10 a month. Now, what's the idea behind that? The idea behind that is if you really want people to become your high ticket one day, get them addicted to you today. The largest corporations in the world do not market to their existing customers. They market to their existing and future customers. If you're not preparing your customers for the next 10 years, you wouldn't know whether you're going to last your business for the next 10 years. Today's— your customers 10 years from now should prepare from today, thinking one day I'm going to buy this. That's what Apple does, right?
Yeah.
An 18-year-old kid says, you know, when I'm going to get my first job, I'm going to buy an Apple phone. So Apple has created a business where there's a movement, where the customer says, one year from now, I'm going to join this. 5 years from now, I'm going to buy a Mac. One day I wanna have an entire ecosystem of Apple. I wanna have a phone, I wanna have a mobile, I wanna have a, uh, I wanna have a watch, I wanna have an iPad, and I wanna have the best Mac Mini in the world. Hmm. Now nobody's gonna buy that in a year unless they have the money. So people aspire for it 5 years from before. So for me, I'm very clear. I wanna meet my customers every day, even though they may become my real high-ticket customer 5 years from now. So when I started that concept, it's $10 a month, and I invest 15 minutes with them every day called Daily Magic Practice. And because I'm in the manifestation space, I make people do affirmations with me every day. And you have no idea how valuable that is to people. Like, imagine somebody teaching you affirmation and walking away from your life, and now you're left alone to do it on your own. But what if the master of manifestation could actually work with you every day, 15 minutes? 30 days live. A man who's being paid $10,000 an hour is saying no to a one-on-one program. But if you could come, if you could pay only $10, he could be with you for full 30 days. Who's going to say no to that?
That's a crazy offer, right?
So they come now. And when I started this, we started with 10 people who paid $10 a month. Today we have 1,500 people coming in every day live. When you and I met me last year in US, in Vegas, that time was Yeah, this year, February. You added 500 more people. Yes. So it's been more because it's growing, right? Every 6 months. And now 1,500 people show up live every day. And who are these 1,500 people? Are they all going to buy something next month? No. But are they addicted? Are they becoming your fans? Are they loving you as a person? Are they getting used to this environment of 1,500 people coming every day and talking to each other and connecting with each other? It's a community now.
That's like a Funnel Hacking Live every day hosted virtually.
It's like UPW happening every day live.
Yeah.
And my goal is to get to a 10,000 people every day live program in the next 1 year. Imagine having 10,000 people live every day, 9:00 PM, all over the world on Zoom.
That's Tony Robbins scale.
And that's every day. Tony Robbins does that once in 6 months. Yeah, I want to do that once every day. Of course, Tony Robbins now does 2.5 lakh people in that event because it's digital and offline, right?
Yeah.
But the goal would be to get to that point where you could have 100,000 people attending every day live. Then make sure that your sales are automated, your webinars are automated. So my webinars that bring people into DMP is automated. From there, they get invited now to multiple medium ticket programs. Advanced Law of Attraction, Wealth Mastery, Hope Not No certification program, Relationship Mastery. So I cater to all 4 areas of life: health, relationships, career, and money. And for each program, I've created a free webinar. Why? Why free? Why not paid? Most people would say, but paid people would have quality people and the conversion would be better. Yeah, that's true, but I don't want customers only today. I want to prepare customers for the next 5 years. So I want free people because I know I'm going to have paid audience. If I charge $10 for my webinar today, I'd probably have 30% conversions. And if I have a free webinar today, I probably have just only 10% conversion. I'm okay with that. But I know the 90% who remained are going to be my customers for the next 5 years because they're making a plan saying, you know what, I can't afford this right now, but this guy's interesting. I'm going to buy his program one day. So these are like about $150 programs and there are 10 of them. So I have 10 webinars that people attend one by one by one by one by one. And these are all automated webinars. They come into the webinar, they decide whether they want to buy it or not. They get a huge amount of value from there. Why? Because I don't want to just leave them with a sales pitch. I want to leave them crying from there that, oh my God, what a day I had today in my life. Like, this has been one of the best days of my life. When you create your webinars, like, keeping this mind that I want my user to walk away thinking this was the best day of my life. Now you're not creating a webinar, now you're creating a program, an experience. Wow. An experience. The problem is people are creating programs or people are creating webinars, sales pitches. So most people work on the offer deck. My— if you come to my webinar, my offer deck is the worst offer deck in the world. It's the worst. I spend only 5 minutes on my offer deck and it's the worst in the world. But if you have to sell people on your offer deck and not on the value, then they are not your fans, then they are customers. And I'm very clear in the manifestation coaching business, I don't want customers, I want students. At least in my case, I want students.
I don't want customers. Yeah.
And when you have students, you have people who look up to you, people who respect you, people who are your fans, people who want to be with you like a family. They want to learn from you. So I'm pretty clear, I'm not in the customer selling business. I'm in the coaching business where students come and they learn. And that's why the webinar has to be so much value that that person, either that night has only two experiences. Either first, he sleeps the most peaceful night of his life, or he can't sleep at all. But either of these experiences has to happen in that webinar that night. So all 10 webinars automated, then people get an instant access to the workshop. Then on a weekend, I do 10 weekend cycles because I have 10 courses, right? So 10 weekend cycles I do. So the first weekend I do first workshop, then the second weekend I do the second workshop.
And these are live, ideally? Like, this is the only thing you're doing?
Okay, that's the only thing I— so I do only 2 things in my life. Every day at 9 PM, I do half an hour programs for my DMP, and Saturday, Sundays, I work. Unless I want to take a break, I take a break. But if not, I do a Saturday, Sunday live. On Sunday, I invite people into my 11th webinar invitation, which is my platinum membership, which is my high ticket. Now, I know that the world right now is very fond of a high ticket, which is a yearly program.
Yep.
Like $10,000 a year. Most common thing sold. I only do lifetime.
Only.
I'm very clear. I want to do— so my program is $5,000 as we speak on this video. $5,000 is called the Platinum Program, and it's lifetime, and it includes access to all my courses. It includes access to me on a community platform where they can ask me questions. They have access to my trainers twice a day for the rest of their life. Most people have weekly calls. I have daily calls twice a day. Every morning I've hired a choreographer where my Platinum members get to go through an online gym every morning at 7:30, and I pay for that for the rest of their life. So imagine at $5,000 getting lifetime gym in the morning, getting lifetime 2 trainers in a day supporting you. You're getting lifetime access to Mitesh Katri online, talk to him every day, getting lifetime every once a week connecting with me, plus my clone talks to you 24/7. So now we've got AI clone. So the clone talks to you 24/7 in my voice as if it's me. So it's a no-brainer deal, right? $5,000 is nothing for somebody who goes through this kind of an offer. And the promise is simple. 10 years of success in 1 year. What you think you can do in the next 10 years, I'll make you do it in 1 year. That's it.
Yeah, sounds like an absolute no-brainer. I think that's what most people miss because they are just too focused on the short term and making a quick buck. But you build what I call like a generational business, like infrastructure that can sustain. Love that. Love that. And what I think you've told this to me, like, I want you to share this again to everybody who's listening. I asked like, Mitesh, how come everybody's stuck at that 1 crore per year mark and you're able to hit like this 10 crore mark consistently every month? And you said, Nikhil, these guys do webinars once a month, once a week. I do 6 webinars every day. I'm not paraphrasing exactly what you said, but that's kind of what you mentioned. And I was like, wow, like, that's so true. It's just like doing more volume and consistent value delivery and building that long-term nurturing sequence. And people, I think they're rejoining your workshops every time because it's not a sales pitch, it's actually a true value delivery first, it's an experience, and then they see an option to upgrade if they want to. Absolutely makes a lot of sense.
That's so— I do like 6 webinars a week, and other than that, my platinum pitch happens 3 times in a week. That's about 9 in a week. So about 9 times they've been offered. And YouTube videos are constantly going on every day. So every YouTube video has a call to action. So that's another offer. So 10. So at least 10 times in a week, I'm inviting people to something or someone to either buy or attend for free. So free or buy, free or buy. But the main point is when they come free, don't deliver knowledge, deliver an experience. So I write down that when people come for my webinar, which webinar will deliver which emotion? Like my Hope Nope No webinar, it delivers an emotion called tears of joy. I want people to cry in the webinar, right? In the Wealth Mastery webinar, I want to make sure that people go with a crazy amount of statistical realization that, oh, now I know why I'm not able to make money in my life. This is so much more clear now. And they have an Excel sheet in front of them in the webinar. Okay, now I know what's going wrong in my life. And now I have a plan. So clarity is the emotion I'm giving them in the Wealth Mastery program. So every free program that you do, deliver experiences. Why? Do you remember your school times?
Yeah.
What's the best thing your teacher taught you in 5th standard? Can you recite chapter by chapter?
No, no, not even close. Yeah.
What was the best experience you remember from 5th or 6th standard? From your school?
Yeah, maybe like, you know, playing on weekends with school friends or, you know, something like that. Like an activity that we have done together.
Yeah. So I remember from my school, the best experience I remember was a picnic which we went. That was the first picnic of my life in 9th standard. The best experience I remember was troubling my teachers. The best experience I remembered was, I remember this day of the school year. Day of the year of the school, the annual day of the year, right? And boys would come in suits and girls would come in saris in India, and that was a lovely day. So I remember only experiences. You remember only emotions.
Yeah.
So people never remember knowledge. So if people only remember experiences, and if you give them those experiences, then they remember you.
Wow.
You wouldn't forget me for 10 years if I made you cry today.
Yeah, 100%. Yeah, I usually don't cry, but you know, but you may.
You make people cry and then they remember you for the next 10 years. So if you're genuine at giving what you're giving, and if you sustain your business for the next 10 years and this guy needs something in life, he's going to remember somebody who made a big difference 10 years ago when he did not have the money. And he says, okay, I remember this guy. Today I have the money. Let me see if I can go back and see if he's still in business. He finds me online. He said, oh, this guy's still in business.
Wow. Such a long-term funnel. You're trying to exactly do what Apple has done. Like, you know, basically the 50 years of infrastructure that's set up, you're trying to do that in the law of attraction and manifestation space and actually transform people. That's pretty interesting. Now, enough of Gyan on like the digital business. That was an absolute masterclass on how to build a million dollars a month. A digital coaching business automated and scalable, uh, without any bottlenecks. Now let's come into the, the, the actual core value of yours, which is, you know, the concepts of manifestation. Now there is like, as an entrepreneur, there's like very, you know, good and bad stigma, both sides on manifestation. First of all, I would love you to like break the bones and like help everybody listening understand, like, is manifestation actually a science or is it just a concept of You know, like, how would you describe manifestation in your words if somebody has to understand it in a simple term?
Sure. Do you have feelings?
Yeah.
Do you think?
Mm-hmm.
Do you have certain beliefs that you hold? 100%. Do you take action in your life every day?
Yeah.
So these are 4 buttons I called FTBA: feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and actions. Do you have those buttons inside you?
100%.
Does every human being on this earth have FTBA?
More or less.
Do they have FTBA? More or less. I think everybody has FTBA.
Unless they're dead.
Unless they're dead. That's true. But if they're alive, they have FTBA. They have feelings, they have thoughts, they have beliefs, they have actions. Does your feeling have an impact on your business today? Like if you're depressed today, would it have an impact on your business today?
Yeah, I would say, oh, Mitesh, I'm not feeling good, like let's not do this podcast tomorrow. I would message the same to my clients and team and it would be going downhill. Yeah.
Don't you remember a day when you had a very important thing to do, but because you didn't feel confident, you made an excuse and you lied to somebody? Yeah, true. And you said, no, I'm not really feeling well, or I've got guests at home, and then you cancel the event. Just because you didn't feel like doing it. So don't your feelings impact your actions, and don't your actions impact your results? They do. So what is manifestation? Manifestation is taking control of your FTBA. The word manifestation means converting what is not reality into reality. Manifest, manifesting, which means what is energy today, you converting that energy into reality, right? But for you to convert that into reality— so for an example, right now you don't have customers, you're manifesting customers. You don't have money, you're manifesting money. You don't have a great body, you're manifesting a great body. But how will you manifest a great body? It's FTBA. Everything is FTBA. And there are 4 areas of life: HRCM— health, relationships, career, and money. So either you're manifesting a great body, or you're manifesting a life partner, or you are married and you're manifesting a happy married life, or you're manifesting a great career. Or you're confused about your career and you're manifesting clarity in your career, or you have a great career and you're manifesting the next level in your business, or you're manifesting money. There's only 4 areas of life. There's nothing more, right? So if I am going to manifest anything in my HRCM, I'm going to use my FTBA. So here is the problem. Most people are not controlling their FTBA. They're being controlled by their HRCM. And getting impacted in their FTBA. Example, people go out and they see all kind of foods or alcohol or drugs, and they get seduced by these things around them, and that impacts their emotions, their thinking, their beliefs, their actions. So most people are living where their surroundings impact their FTBA, their situations are impacting their FTBA, right? If somebody is abusing you, you would feel bad naturally, wouldn't you?
Yeah, 100%.
You see how naturally you said 100% as if it's an absolute truth?
Most of the times, yeah, I do feel bad when somebody abuses.
Yeah, but that's only because you haven't trained your brain to not feel bad when somebody abuses you. So feeling bad when somebody abuses you verbally is not a natural reaction, it's a learned reaction.
That is true.
Wow. You go to a baby who's 1 year old, look in the eyes of the baby and say, I hate you. You're the worst human being I've met in my life. So how humiliated is the baby going to be?
Zero.
He's probably going to piss on you, lying down in the air, not caring a damn about what you said and not even realizing what you said because Right now the baby doesn't have meanings, and right now the baby is not trained into feeling bad. But when the baby has the first fight of his life, he recovers like this. And then somebody teaches him, if this person spoke to you badly, you're not supposed to talk to them so fast. Like, he humiliated you. Really? That's humiliation? Yeah, of course. Like, you're not supposed to let people do that things to you. And then you're trained into not recovering fast.
Hmm.
So people are trained into depression, people are trained into anger, people are trained into disrespect, people are trained into humiliation, and people are trained into feeling poor, feeling confused, feeling bad. Less money doesn't really mean you have to feel poor, but you feel poor because you've been trained into feeling poor.
Such an— I have a live example of what you just mentioned, Mitesh, and this is with you, by the way. I don't know if you remember when we were in Vegas and we were at this location trying to get a drink, and he was acting as a classic American trying to ID us when we both know we are grown-ups. And, uh, it was—
I was already saying yes, yes, I get a drink.
Yeah, yeah. I was like You look at us, right? Like, we are— I mean, at least me, I'm ID'd. I understand, like, you know, because I look young. But like, he was trying to ID you to get a drink. I was like, what in the world are you trying to do? I was ready to rage up. I was like trying to like get up from the seat and like, I was like, dude, like, what is this? And you were like, Nick, just calm. Let's go over a different place and let's get a drink. And I saw that in action. I was like, you just didn't let him like defeat your feeling or control how you feel about the situation. And that was like a very interesting lesson for me to observe on like how you behave and how you reacted to things. Because you choose to feel in a certain way. You're not letting him control your emotions or actions.
Yeah, because once I allow him to impact me there and I get humiliated, then there's so much racism in US and I'm never going to come back here. Now that belief is probably going to keep me away from so many opportunities I could have got in US. So my manifestation just got screwed, right?
Wow. So many people say it, but you actually walk. Yeah, so you're definitely controlling.
So when you train yourself, then you can train other people into that FTBA. So I'll give you a simple example. Just the way I spoke about feelings, there's something called beliefs, right? If a person worked 10 years to get a job, and then 5 days after you getting the job, they fired you, how would you feel?
Yeah, devastated.
Devastated. Is that normal?
I mean, if you work so hard for 10 years and you lost the opportunity, then kind of feels normal because that's how we are trained to think and believe.
So now the important part is that's how you're trained to believe.
Yeah.
But if you were Donald Trump and you were fired from the presidency a few days after you were elected.
Yeah, he wouldn't care.
Do you really think Donald Trump went home that day and said, oh God, I'm dead, I'm never going to be able to live my life again, I'm never going to be able to show my face again, I'm depressed, I'm going to commit suicide. Do you really think that's what he did?
No, he would just wait another 4 years to do again.
And he came back, didn't he?
He did.
He did. So he trained himself to believe things differently. So I always ask people, if you were Mother Teresa in this situation, what would you believe? If you were Donald Trump in this situation, what would you believe? If you were Elon Musk in this situation, If you were bankrupt right now and you were Nikhil, how would you react? What's current Nikhil's programming? What's current Nikhil's training? He goes bankrupt. All the savings that he's had in his last 20 years, he's been cheated of that, robbed of that. Nothing's left in the bank. He's minus $100,000. The current Nikhil, what's he going to do? Be genuine about it.
I definitely have enough skills and knowledge to be able to come back. Uh, might take me 30 to 90 days. Yeah, but I would just be like bounce back.
So I ask most people and they say, I'd kill myself.
Ooh, I'm not getting there.
And then I ask them, okay, so if you were Elon Musk, what would you do?
Then it changes.
They'll say, I'll start another company. I said, interesting. How did you get that thought? I'll start another company, or I'll go to another investor. And that's what Elon Musk actually did. He went bankrupt 4 times, on the brink of losing everything, lost everything many times. When he bought— what is that, X now? Twitter?
Yep, Twitter.
People criticized him like hell. He came back from that too. People thought he's dead, his reputation is done. Every time he comes back. So I asked people, I said, who would you— what would you believe in this moment if you lost all your money? And if you were Elon Musk, what would you do? So suddenly people step into that training of being Elon Musk and they're like, oh, I'm reacting differently. Well, then now let's train you to react differently every single time something goes wrong. That's manifestation. Manifestation is not about a pseudoscience where you attract something that is not possible. It's about you controlling your FTBA to attract something. And when you don't attract it, how you react to that FTBA is true manifestation. You watch any manifestation movie in the world, you watch any man— you read any manifestation book in the world, they always talk about attraction. Manifestation is not about attraction. It's about how you respond to what you attract and don't attract.
Interesting. Wow. That's quite a deep insight on manifestation. Now I'm curious, like, in terms of when you are actually manifesting, right? Like when you're trying to manifest, there is like this belief of that you have to believe in some energy, some sort of God, you have to be religious to be able to manifest anything successfully into life. And like, I'm not like a very big believer in like powers and whatnot, but I do believe in, you know, law of action, like you're talking about law of thoughts and beliefs and actions. So like, Can manifestation work for people who are not super religious and they're kind of atheist or they don't believe in like some energy outside? How does that— people should look at manifestation to be able to enjoy the benefits of manifesting something into their reality?
I'd simply say start reading quantum physics. That's the biggest science that explains to you right now. For an example, it's been well proven today for people who are not religious that at the energy level, we are all one. Your body is also made of energy. My body is also made of energy. And do you know that in quantum physics, there's a principle called quantum entanglement? Do you have any idea about that?
No.
Okay. So quantum physics is based on certain quantum physics principles. One of them is quantum entanglement, which means that if you take an atom and you split it into two, now because the atom comes from the same, even though it's split into two, but it comes from the same source, right? So when it's split into two and you keep it, one part of the atom in US and the second part of the atom in India, and it's been proven again and again in science that you make one small change to the atom here and there's the same change happening in the atom on the other side in US, from India to US, without any time delay, real time. Real time. So this is called quantum entanglement, which means it's entangled with each other in such a way that You do anything here, it changes there. Right now, why is this happening? Because at the energy level, we are all one. So our universe was made from the Big Bang explosion.
Hmm.
And from that explosion came all the energy that is existing today in the universe. We are part of that.
Mm-hmm.
Because we are part of that, at the energy level, we are all one. That's principle number one. Principle number two, at the energy level, not only are we one, we all have our own unique frequency. So your body vibrates at a particular frequency, my body vibrates at a particular frequency, this Zoom meeting or this channel right now is on a particular frequency, right? And principle number 3 is what makes manifestation work like magic. That is, when two frequencies match, they attract each other. Example: if you were to call your dad's mobile number, would you connect to your dad's mobile number? Would you connect to your mom's mobile number?
So obvious. Yeah, I would call my dad's number.
But why wouldn't you connect to your mom's number?
Because it's a different phone number. It's a different person.
Yeah, so it's a different frequency altogether. So you are going to attract only what you dial into. So if you're dialed into an emotion of sadness, do you think there are enough people around you who can make you sad? Do you think there are enough problems around you that can make you sad?
Yeah, 100%.
So if you're dialed into sadness, now you start attracting people and situations that make you sad. So I tell people that when things come to you that make you sad, when people come to you that make you sad, when situations come to you that make you sad, they never made you sad. Because I had the capacity to feel sad, they came to me so I can feel sad. And that's quantum physics.
Hmm.
If I have the capacity to be jealous, somebody's going to purposely grow in front of me just so that I can be jealous looking at their growth.
Wow. So you're basically like doing life engineering. You're creating how you want to become overall with your, you know, like FTBA, so-called feeling, thinking, and believing, and acting. So many entrepreneurs are always in chaos. They are in grind mode. Like they're taking responsibility of everybody, family, team, businesses, customers, everything all together. And they feel this immense pressure. Including myself, in this type of situation, what are the basic steps a business owner can take to, like, clear the chaos, see through actual reality, and be able to feel, think, and believe and act? How do they do the initial step?
Okay, so the first step always is, I have, not I want. Most people are not able to manifest what they want Because they're going against the principle of manifestation. What's the principle of manifestation? When two energies vibrate at the same frequency, they attract each other. Two mobile numbers vibrate at the same frequency, they attract each other. Two human beings dial into the same Zoom meeting, we can see each other, we can hear each other. It's as simple as that. Now, that's the basic fundamental of quantum physics, of law of attraction, that you cannot violate. It's a law, right? It's like law of gravity. You can't violate that. You can manipulate it. You can build a plane that goes against the law of gravity, but you can't break the law, right? Just like two frequencies attract each other. I haven't met anybody who said, I dialed my dad's number, but it connected to my mom, unless she was the one who picked up the phone, right? It is going to vibrate the same frequency. It's as simple as that. And that works on all mechanisms in the world, mechanically and frequency-wise and electronic-wise. Now, just like that, when it comes to manifestation, if I am feeling desperate, what am I believing right now? I have, or I want to?
You want to, because you don't have. You're desperate.
So the step one is get the desperation out of the way. Start vibrating at the frequency of I have. I have. Now, this is where the controversy comes in of manifestation. You'll hear the Harmozis in the world saying, by saying rah-rah things like I have, I have, I have, and not taking any action, you're not going to manifest bullshit. Well, he's right. But that's where a manifestation coach like me would say, I never said say I have and don't take any action. I just said before you take action, say I have. Don't say I want to because When you take action from the space of I want to, it's the feeling you've already generated is incompletion. And an incomplete person can only attract incompletion. But if you start from the space of, okay, I have this already. So close your eyes for a few seconds before you do any meeting and say, I have. So like, for an example, before we started this podcast, I closed my eyes and I said, okay, whoever's listening to this podcast and whatever they're supposed to get from this podcast, Let this be a blessing for them. Now, how is it going to happen? I don't know. But I'm starting with the space of I already have a successful conversation with Nick. And now I'm being guided by those emotions, right? So will my peaceful emotions that I have already succeeded with this conversation with Nick have an impact on my thinking?
100%. Yeah.
And will that thinking impact the way I talk to you, which is my action right now? And will that have an impact on the result that we create on people and each other?
1 million%.
Yeah, that's manifestation. Now, can you control that 100%? No. That's another controversy, that if it is such a big science, then you should be able to manifest everything all the time, anywhere, all over the world, and anybody should be able to do it everywhere in the world, right? Well, that's true, but the problem is this: we do know how to make a mobile number vibrate at the exact frequency at the exact time. We have that mechanism, right? We have the technology. Did we have that technology 50 years ago, 100 years ago?
No.
No. So it wasn't possible then, but it's possible now because we've developed the technology for that. We've discovered the technology. I wouldn't even say only developed, also discovered, right? Have you discovered, ask yourself, the technology that you could vibrate at the exact frequency of having a billion dollars as if you've already got it right now? Like, have you developed that training that you could feel what Elon Musk feels every day? Are you accurate at that science yet? Then how will that science work for you? So the flaw is not in the science. The flaw is in the person who's using the science. I may not be able to right now feel like Elon Musk, and that's why I don't attract what Elon Musk has. Simple as that. People ask me, saying, And the best challenge I've heard is, if you're such a master of manifestation, why don't you have a billion dollars? Well, it's simple. I can be very honest and tell you the fact. I don't feel like a billionaire right now. I have other goals in my life, and my beliefs are not fully aligned with being a billionaire. That's true. How do you know that's true? Because I don't have it, and I'm not even working on it. I'm not even— my actions are also not aligned with it right now. I haven't even started a startup which has a potential of becoming a billion-dollar company in the next 5 years. So I'm going to fool myself if I'm going to say, okay, I have a billion dollars and I haven't taken any action. I don't believe in it. I don't feel like it. So the science is not perfected by me. So the science is the FTBA, my friend. It's not on what's happening outside in the magical world. The magical world responds to your FTBA. So the manifestation is not outside. The manifestation is inside, within.
Interesting.
So step 1, what you asked me, what can people start with? Start with I have. Get the desperation out of the way. Start feeling good about yourself. Start feeling happy now. And then your thoughts start coming from, okay, I have this. Okay, so then now I'm coming from an inspired state of mind. When I'm doing a webinar, I'm saying, I'll go to digital marketing because that's the easiest audience you have right now, right? So if I'm doing a webinar right now, most people do a webinar from the space of, I want customers at the end of this. I want conversions. And the more you sit with that idea that, will I get conversions today? I want conversions today. You're not going to give your 100%, and people will see through that nervousness. You may be talking the most best confident game in the world and the best body language thing in the world, but People can sense bullshit. We all have a bullshit meter.
Yeah.
And they'll sense it, and then the conversions will drop. But the idea is, can I start with that feeling of, I have completed this webinar, I've already got 10% conversions, and now I'm just doing the webinar because I want to help these guys genuinely. They've already joined my course. They've already paid me. I don't have to convert them. They've already been converted. This is the first lesson I'm doing with them. And now this first lesson is the hallmark of how are they going to feel about my workshop, or are they going to take a refund? You get my point? So I'm not sitting in and saying, okay, I want conversions. I'm saying I've already got the conversions. This is my first lesson. So I have— start from I have. Second principle, your goals are bigger than you, aren't they?
Yeah.
So don't work alone on your goals because you're not enough for your goals. You got to use the universe a little bit. Call it God, call it universe, call it energy, call it quantum physics. I don't care. Call it whatever you want to. I think every person in the world believes a little bit on something is bigger than you.
Yeah, right.
I was listening to one of the scientists on quantum physics that day, and he doesn't believe in God, but he says there's something out there that is definitely bigger than me that is doing things that I'm not controlling. I can't explain that as a scientist what it is, but I know it's there. Okay, good. Let that work for you.
And how would you make that work for us?
So it's very simple. Step 2 is— I always love this affirmation. Say this with me. What I can do.
What I can do.
Is my part, and I'll do it.
Is my part, and I'll do it.
What I'm not able to do. What I'm not able to do, my universe will do.
My universe will do. Okay.
Because he's my partner.
Because he's my partner. Interesting.
So why work alone when you can have the universe as your partner? Call it God, call it quantum physics, call it whatever you want to call it. But why work alone? And the reason you shouldn't work alone, because your goal is already too big. It's bigger than you, Nick. It's bigger than me. It's bigger than you. Our ideas are bigger than us.
100%.
Well, then you can't do it alone. You need people. You need situations. You need good luck on your side too. You need the right season. You need the right climate. You're going for the interview, and if it rains and your blazer's all wet, that's a problem.
It is.
So there's no harm in having a little good luck on your side to have a sunny day. Now, you can't control the sunny day. But you sure can believe that it's gonna be a sunny day. And just by believing that, maybe someone's listening out there. Now, is that a little bit of superstition? To some extent it is, because there's no exact science to it yet. But everybody believes there is something out there that's listening to us and responding to us.
Hmm.
And that something is the universe, as for me. So step 2 would be surrender to those parts of the universe where what you cannot do, don't try to do. Just leave it to the universe. But what you can do, that's your job. You do it. Don't leave that to the universe. That's partnership, right?
You have to do your part to be able to get—
you got to do your part and let the universe do its part. I've done the interview. That's the best I could do. Now, whether I pass or not is a little bit larger game, which is not 100% in my control. I've done my webinar. That's my part. But can I guarantee 100% sales all the time? No, I can't.
Hmm, makes, makes a lot of sense. And I've heard you talk about this concept multiple times in your videos, and you know, many of your students can consistently practice this. Uh, when most entrepreneurs, it's surprising to me, like, they don't even know this word, and it is hope, nope, nope. I'm curious if you could teach that little technique to our audience and enlighten them a little bit on the entry-level manifestation.
Yeah, sure. So as I said, it's all about changing your FTBA, right? So now we're getting into the domain of learning the science, learning the technology, learning the tools that can help us train our FTBA to react to the situations outside a little better than we usually do, right? So an example of that is this. First, let's understand what is hope. No, no, that's one of the tools of manifestation. Dr. Yuland was the man who made this famous. It's not something I learned from Like, I didn't create it. It's a discovery of Dr. Hugh Len. And what he discovered was when he was alive, he's no more now. He was working in a mental hospital as a psychiatric doctor, and he was handling a particular department, which was a violent department. These people were tied with body jackets and given seducing injections, and their mouth guards were tied because they would hurt themselves, were biting on their own lips. They tried to kill themselves. They tried to kill others. There was an entire department like this which was living there for years. Now, Dr. Hew Len healed these people in 6 months and left them home just with hope. No, without medicine, without conversations, without therapy, without talking, nothing. Medical industry was shaken up when that happened. The problem is the technique is so simple that after I now tell you the technique, you'll be like, can't be that simple.
We believe so. Yeah.
But wouldn't you agree that most things which are profound in life are actually simple?
They are actually. 100%.
Mom's love is profound, but it's simple. A friend's hug is profound, but it's simple. Doesn't take too much. So there are 4 statements which are very simple statements which Dr. Hew Len discovered. If you repeat that again and again and again and again while thinking of a person who's sick, or while thinking of a person who's angry with you, or while thinking of a client who's not paying you money back after taking your services, you're transferring positive energy to that person by thinking about that person intentionally and repeating these 4 statements again and again and again. And you gotta do this twice a day, 108 times. Sit at one place, think about a client who's not paid you money back. Just sit at one place and 108 times repeat these 4 statements. So one round is 4 statements, and the statements are, repeat with me, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I love you.
I love you.
That's it. And now you think about that person and you say this. This is one round, by the way. It takes 7 to 8 minutes to complete 108 rounds. Okay, so you do this 108 times, and once you've done it, you'll realize that your own emotions get a little healed. I'll tell you why. If I'm angry with somebody in my mind and I'm thinking about that person and I'm constantly saying, I'm sorry, please forgive me, these statements, do you think they have negative frequency? Do you think you feel negative when you say I'm sorry?
No.
No, it's a humble— it has a lot of humility in it, right?
Yeah.
It's like when you're saying, please forgive me, you're only going to be humbler. You're never going to be arrogant. When you say thank you, and the gratitude is going to make you feel better. When you say I love you, love is the highest frequency in the world, right? So 108 times I'm thinking about that person intentionally saying, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. First of all, I see a difference in my feelings and the way I feel about that person. Second, at the energy level, remember, we are all one. You change something here, you change something there. So you change something here, something in that person has changed within you. And I've had hundreds and thousands of case studies written and video recorded where the person comes back and pays the money back. But I've also had scenarios where the person who wanted the money back has got the money from somewhere else and not from that person, but got the money back from a completely unexpected source.
Interesting.
But got the money back.
The opportunities show up. So the opportunities show up.
And so Ho'oponopono is allowing yourself to control your internal frequency, the way you feel, think, believe, and act through this tool of repeating these 4 statements of I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, and I love you. Now, there's a basic version, which is what I just taught you. The advanced version takes about 20 minutes, which I do in my first lesson, which is what I call the webinar. So I don't call my webinars as webinars. I call them first lessons. When people go through that 20-minute session, that's called the advanced conversational Ho'oponopono. 99% people cry. I call it tears of joy.
Tears of joy.
Tears of joy, where people literally cry but out of joy. And it happens in 20 minutes.
Interesting.
I should have told you to actually do that and then come for this call. That would have been interesting.
I would be crying on this webinar.
Why don't you do one thing since you're going to edit this later and this is being recorded, maybe go through that. Uh-huh. And edit your feedback in the video saying, okay, so I went through this and was it really true?
Did I really do a good job? I can definitely try. Yeah, I can, I can. Yeah. Make sure. Yeah. Make sure to drop that link on WhatsApp and I'll definitely check that out. Now, many entrepreneurs have limitations in the amount of success they could achieve, right? Like, you know, complacency shows up or they kind of get comfortable in a situation or they think that, okay, this is the most I can achieve. Many other feelings, right? And I've seen, I've talked to many entrepreneurs and they have something subconscious which is kind of stopping them. And you pointed this out very well, you know, when, when we were speaking, you know, in person as well. And like this trauma, childhood trauma, or like different situations. Is that really true? Is that what like keeps people stuck? I'm genuinely curious. Or if somebody is like stuck like that and they're unable to hit their fullest potential, what, what would be the easiest pathway for them to get unstuck from that emotion, from that situation, and, and be able to achieve their fullest potential?
It's obviously true. 110% true. If a person is sad the whole day, is it going to impact how much potential they're going to be able to use?
Yeah.
If a person is feeling lack of love the whole day, is it going to impact how much potential they're going to implement the whole day? Of course it will. Nobody's going to be their best while feeling lack of love the whole day. Nobody's going to be their best by feeling angry the whole day. Now, the reason for anger may be childhood trauma. The reason for sadness, maybe I left my— somebody fired me from my company and took advantage of me. I don't care about the reasons. But if you're going to feel negative the whole day, obviously it's not going to have a great positive impact on your manifestation. Wouldn't be able to use your potential to its best. So which means I can't be at my best, and then I can't attract my best results. I can't create my best results. Yes. So second question, how do I really now unblock myself? So this is where I'm blocked. How do I unblock myself? Instead of just looking for smaller techniques of manifestation, which is examples like affirmations, vision board, right? Even Ho'oponopono to some extent. These are all basic techniques. Go deeper and go into advanced stuff to learn how to unblock yourself. For an example, learn how to recognize your emotional patterns and break and upgrade your emotional patterns. I'll tell you what I mean. People are not sad because they were fired. People are sad because they're used to being fired. Sorry, they're used to being sad. Sadness is an institution, Nik.
Yeah, I've seen that. I've seen that. Like, people who are depressed are just trying to be depressed.
You've heard the famous saying, money doesn't make who you are, it only reveals who you truly are.
Which is true.
Didn't depress anybody. People who were sad just got more depressed. So we all go through something called as our own emotional patterns. In short, emotional habits and emotional addictions. Crisis and opportunities doesn't do anything to you. It only multiplies your existing emotional habits by 10 times. Example: the stock market goes down. Would you call it a crisis or an opportunity?
Depends on which side you are, but if you're shorting the stock, then yeah, definitely.
So let's say I lost money, then it's crisis?
I mean, it depends on who you are and the financial—
See, now it depends on who you are, not what happened to you. So somebody who's used to feeling sad is going to multiply their sadness 10 times more during crisis. But it's during the same crisis where a person is used to feeling, ah, I don't care. He's going to feel 10 times more, I don't care.
It's true.
Anything amplifies in the midst of crisis and opportunities because they simply work as fuel. They don't give you anything. They just fuel who you truly are already. So if there's an opportunity, what should a person feel, naturally speaking? Positive or negative?
Positive. That's how it is.
So we say, but it matters what your learning program is. What have you learned? When the stock market goes up, I know many of my friends who are used to worry, and they will go into this 10 times the multiplied worry, saying, oh my God, the market has gone into crazy inflation. I think there's going to be some kind of correction.
Bust.
The market is going to bust out. And I'm telling you, man, don't trust these numbers. This is all a fad, and things are going to go really bad in some time. Every time there's very good news in the market, something goes wrong. I'm telling you, things are about to go bad. So these are just people who are amplifying their ability to worry. And that happens to mothers and fathers and entrepreneurs and friends. If you're a worrier, you're going to just worry more. If you're an I-don't-carer, then you're just not going to care more. Crisis or opportunities, doesn't matter. You go to a person who doesn't care after making $1 million, make him $100 million, he doesn't care even 10 times more. Yeah, it doesn't matter to him. He just say, oh, you just made $100 million. Okay, I don't care. It just amplified his I don't care attitude. That's it. So how do you unblock that? Stop solving, start evolving.
That's deep.
What that means is whenever there is a problem in your life, stop solving the problem. Work on your emotional patterns and evolve who you are as a person first. If you could evolve your patterns and become a better person in the same environment, the same problem wouldn't come back to you. So you don't have to solve it again and again. But if you don't evolve, these kind of problems will keep getting coming back to you. And anybody who's listening to this video, ask yourself, if you've got a problem in your life right now, haven't you been trying to solve the same problem for the last 10 years?
More or less, yeah. They like to live the same life.
It's just that The problem comes in the face of a new person or a new situation or a new environment. People tell me— or a new market. Like, I'll give you the classic example. A friend of mine exactly 10 years ago went to New York, and when he was leaving, I said, don't leave, man. India is a great place to be right now. It's the world of opportunities. And he said, listen, man, the amount of money that I'm making right now, I'm spending almost everything. There's no point working so hard if I can't save anything. And I can't do that in India, so I have to go to New York. I couldn't argue with him because the dollar amount is higher. I was in US last month in New York, and I met him. He's coming back to India next month. So I asked him, I said, why are you coming back? He says, man, I've been working here for so many years. The amount of money I make is the amount of money I spend. Just useless. What's the point of working so hard if I can't make money, man? And if I can't save for my family, for my future, what's the point of working so hard? I'm coming back to India, man.
It's a pattern.
So I reminded him, this is exactly the same words he had told me 10 years ago. He said, damn, I don't remember that. I said, yeah, these were the exact words. Do you remember now? He said, I remember. He said, what do I do? I said, now don't run away because changing the country is not going to change the pattern.
Yeah.
Stay here, upgrade the pattern, and then come back. And then whether you are here or whether you're there, it doesn't matter whether you're in India or a US country, you're going to become a billionaire if you've evolved yourself to that level of personality first. Dr. Joe Dispenza says it all the time in a beautiful way. He says your personality creates your personal reality. So work on your personality, don't work on your personal reality. Stop solving, man, start evolving. That's how you upgrade your patterns. I mean, of course, it's said much simpler in a podcast, obviously, but that's the most elaborate answer I can give in less amount of time. The call to action I would do here is come for the Advanced Law of Attraction workshop. For sure.
We'll drop a link in the description, and sounds like it's a free workshop, so most people would love to jump in in any way possible. Now, if you have to go back and give a suggestion to the 20-year-old yourself, the younger Mitesh, what would you tell yourself, Mitesh?
Good question. If that guy comes in front of me, I would definitely say study a little more of quantum physics at that age. I think I studied pretty late, but 99% of it I wouldn't change of what I did. Almost no regrets. I think the only regret once in a while I have is I wish I'd studied more. Like today I read a lot. I watch a lot of these quantum physics subjects. I wish I'd done that at the age of 20. I would have been much wiser because the level of your success depends on the level of your consciousness. And the level of your consciousness depends on the level of how much you learn.
Yeah.
What is consciousness? Consciousness is how much I know.
Information that you have—
and how much I know is how much I have learned. I don't think I was a great learner at the age of 20. I was just desperate for wanting more. I wish somebody had told me, stop wanting, start having, and just learn. Just have patience. I wish I knew that at 20.
Makes sense. I know you don't have much regrets, but if you could go back and tell, okay, this is the biggest mistake of my life and I want to save the audience from doing it, what would that be? A business, career?
I think the only one, the biggest mistake I made was I didn't study enough. And I don't mean schooling, I don't mean college. I just didn't read enough at the age of 20s. I wish I'd have got— like, right now, my nephew, my brother's son, he's 18 years old and he's just come from New Jersey to India to live with me now. And he's dropping out and he's going to work with me full time, but he's studying like hell right now. Even though he's dropping out of college, he's studying. I make him read and learn 6 hours a day.
Is that the same guy we met in Vegas?
Yeah. Oh, yeah. You met Wade, right? Yeah, I met Wade. If you remember that time, I told you he's going to be coming in back very soon. So he's here now. So I'm making him do the only thing that I regret, which is I didn't study at that age. So now he's 18. I'm making sure that 6 hours a day, buddy, you study quantum physics, you study sales, you study Like all of these things you study now and you develop so many skills at the age of 20 that once you have all these skills in the world of manifestation and quantum physics and selling and webinars and building systems and automations, by the age you're 25, you're like Batman. Yeah. Like Hulk, bring it on. Superman, bring it on. Like you can beat anybody and you don't even have to beat anybody because then you know you're Batman.
Yeah, I love that. I love the way you put it together. Now, what drives you, Mitesh? Like, you're so passionate when you speak about these concepts, and you're so like— you're showing up even though you don't have to. I mean, you know, like, in India, when you make 10 crore a month type of income, like, you could retire for generations with that income, for like, depending on how your lifestyle is. But I'm curious, what drives you to show up every weekend, do this live workshop, build the best products, keep marketing yourself, keep doing this podcast like this? I'm curious. What's your internal motivation?
So we are all driven by what our 7 chakras are and the energy needs are. Tony Robbins calls them 6 human needs. Maslow's hierarchy calls it hierarchy of needs. I like to call it 7 chakra needs. And we're all driven by one need or another, but they're all from these 7. Like, our crown chakra is made of nothing needs, which is spirituality, right? And anybody who's activated their crown chakra and wants a lot of nothingness is going to leave the world and go into a go to a monastery and just meditate the whole day because their drive is to go to the universe and to connect to the source. That's their drive. Crown chakra. Now, there are some people who are driven by the solar plexus, which is your stomach, which is driven by the need of importance. So they're going to want respect. They're going to want fancy cars. They're going to want fancy big homes. They're going to be driven by how much are they admired by the world. So each person is driven by all these 7 needs, right? If I had to give you in short what these 7 needs are, the root chakra is always made of comfort. The second, which is the sacral chakra, is always made of change. Some people are just crazy about change, right? Like, you'll see people who are in the adventure sports world. Like, I was in Dubai that day and I was doing, uh, uh, what is that, skydiving? I was doing the skydiving. The guy who's taking me up because we do tandem skydiving, right? We don't really do skydiving. Like somebody's—
yeah, we don't do alone.
Yeah, we don't really do it. It's a gimmick. Somebody's jumping for us. But anyway, so this guy was jumping with me, obviously tandem skydiving. And I asked him, I said, how many times do you do this in a day? He said, 7 to 8. I was like, what? I said, for how long? He said, as far as I can remember, 10 years.
Yeah.
I said, dude, are you mad? Like, why would you jump out of a plane 10 times in a day for 10 years? Are you crazy? He says, I don't know, man. I just love it. I just, I feel driven by it. So these people want change every day. Like they, they're driven by adrenal rush. They want that excitement. They want that change in their life all the time. They want that risk, adventure all the time. Some people are driven by that sacral chakra. Some people are driven by the solar plexus, which is importance. Some people are driven by heart, which is love. And some people are driven by ambition, which is growth. So the throat chakra is growth. Some people are driven by serving, and some people are driven by nothing, which is the crown chakra. Now, all these needs are aligned in a certain sequence for all of us, and your drive in your life will be depending on the sequence of these needs, which has not been controlled by you so far, unless you have the awareness of it. It's been controlled by your life experiences, who you are, what's your background, all of that, right? So what people are driven by is generally normally being driven by their upbringing, who their influences has been, who their teachers have been, et cetera, et cetera. But once you understand these 7 needs, now you can make a choice. Like, what do I want to be driven by? And I decided 5 years ago, when I learned this from Tony Robbins first, I want to be driven more by serving. Which is the third eye. And then I started saying that every day, and I wired myself and I programmed myself that I want to wake up every day feeling like I can be of purpose to somebody else, and I want to sleep every night feeling like I have loved somebody. So that's the heart chakra, that I have loved somebody tonight. So that's why the DMP came in, Daily Magic Practice, because I don't do anything for anybody during that DMP program. I'm just a selfish man driven by my own need of wanting to help somebody, serving, and wanting to feel love and give love. That's it. So if I fulfill my need of love and serving, it just drives me more. But that's a conscious choice. Now, everybody is driven by somebody unconsciously. For me, this is just a conscious choice. So short answer, feeling like I can help somebody and feeling like I can love somebody. So if I can cry before I sleep at night out of love, best day of my life. And that happens minimum 5 days in a week.
Hmm, interesting. It's really like, I could see the, the, the, like, the thought process behind why and how you built a business. Now I know why you're able to scale so fast, because you're like, your intentions are so close to your intuition and the impact you're trying to create all together. That's, that's really wonderful. Now anybody who's listening so far, Mitesh, and they're like, wow, I might want to take the first step of Law of Attraction, how would they find you? Where would they get in touch? How do they join one of your workshops?
Okay, so the first thing I want to do is always give people more value than they can buy for. So let's do it this way. I'll give you a link where you can— anybody who's listening to this, until whenever the podcast is live, they can get— they subscribe, they'll get access to my 30 Days Life Program free, and they'll get the first lesson of all my courses. I have 10 courses. All my courses, first lesson free to them. They can go through all 10 of them and they don't have to buy at the end of it. They can go through the 30 days live daily magic practice. I'll also give them a 4-hour free Basic Law of Attraction course where they will learn how to make their affirmations. They'll learn how to make their vision board. I'll give my actual vision boards to them. And 30 days I'll meet them live so they can just come and experience being with the group of 1,500 people live every day and See what happens in life. If something changes, good, they can upgrade to advanced law of attraction. If not, it's okay. No harm, no foul.
I love that. Appreciate that. That's a very decent offer. So guys, if you're listening so far and you want to, you know, dip your fingers into law of attraction, that's actually a wonderful start. Now, Mitesh, what would be your best advice to everybody who's listening so far? How would you conclude the episode?
Okay, since the audience that you have, I'm assuming, is more towards the digital marketing side, I think the first advice there in the digital marketing space would be Guys, before you really get into the whole idea of conversions, conversions, conversions, I know that's the biggest game that everybody talks about all the time. I would say, like, really sit at one place and design your funnel once and for all, and then just scale that. Most people are building their funnel on the way, right?
Every time. Yeah.
Yeah. So just one time design your funnel. And my recommendation would be include everything in it. Low ticket, medium ticket, high ticket in the beginning, at least.
Why?
You'll succeed somewhere. You're trying to succeed at only high ticket, maybe you'll succeed or not. You're trying to succeed only at low ticket, maybe you'll succeed or not. You're doing all three, you'll succeed at something. Start. Like, in the beginning, when you join as an intern in a new company, you don't ask too many things about, I want to do this only. Your boss tells you to do something, you just do it.
You do it.
So I would say, first 6 months, every digital marketer, please be an intern. Most people want to be a millionaire from day one. No, be an intern. Be an intern for 6 months. Do everything, like learn the webinar selling strategy, learn the challenge strategy, learn how to build up your Facebook ads, learn how to make YouTube videos and create organic leads, learn how to do the fulfillment, learn how when people come back, how do you add value to their life, learn the customer support for it. The best thing I think nowadays you can do is just go and join somebody like this for 6 months. Just be, just be an intern. That's the most valuable thing you can do right now. Than trying to figure it out yourself. I know so many digital marketers, Nick, right now struggling for the last 5 years, and I give them the same advice after I meet them in 5 years, and they're still not able to figure out the same thing that I told them 5 years ago. I tell them, dude, if you would have just joined somebody for 6 months, you would have got this by now. Yeah, do it for somebody else. Why? Never try to learn by solving your own problem first. Learn through another person's business. Because he's already reached there. So learn from success. Why learn from failure? I'm coaching a cricketer right now, and this cricketer is failing at certain runs every match. And I showed that cricketer, I said, right now— and he's an international cricket player right now in the Indian team, and he's been failing at certain score of like 50 runs every match. 50, he gets out. 50, he gets out. 50, he gets out. So when he started coaching with me, I said, I said, how are you trying to improve yourself? He said, I look at my own match every time and I make sure what mistakes I'm doing, I try not to repeat those mistakes. I said, that's the worst thing you can do. Yeah, that's the worst thing you can do. How can you learn from failure? Failure doesn't teach you anything.
Ah, that's a good point.
It's total BS that you can learn from failure. Failure only teaches you what not to do. It doesn't tell you what to do. You're going to watch a bad shot 100 times in a day. What do you think is going to improve?
You would just learn how to make bad shots.
Bad shots. Yeah, that's so stupid. Like, I'm watching a bad shot 100 times and subconsciously programming myself for the bad shot. Watch. Listen to me. This is 5, right?
No.
No, this is 5, right?
No, it's 3.
So no matter how many times I say 5 and you keep saying 3 times, I keep showing you 300 times in a day, you're going to eventually subconsciously see 3. Like, close your eyes right now, you'll see 3 fingers. You wouldn't see 5. So I said, who do you want to become like? And he said, Yuvraj Singh. I said, okay. So I played a video of Yuvraj Singh when he did 6 sixes in India for the first time. And I made him watch the shot. And I made him watch the shot again and again and again and again and again. Did that for half an hour. And I said, now play. And he hit a six in the first 10 balls. Why? Because he's learning from success. He's not learning from himself. So please don't try to build your own business in the first 6 months, even though this business has great potential. Go learn from someone. And most of you know Nick, he's already successful. Go join his organization. 6 months of internship. Like, really, I'm telling you, work for free for 6 months. That's the best advice I can give to anybody. That 6 months will make you $100 million in the future. But work for free for 6 months. Like, give so much value to your boss during those 6 months that the boss says, I'm going to expose you to everything in my business. You're such a hardworking ass guy. Good. Let them give— throw everything at you. And the second advice would be, don't work alone. Before you sleep at night, do your affirmations. We're giving you the link free. Just download the affirmations. I've got recorded affirmations for you. You don't even have to make them. Just fill in the blanks. Before you sleep at night, practice a little bit of manifestation. Even if you don't believe in it, it's okay. Like most people say, you got to believe in manifestation for manifestation to work in you, right? Not true. Example, that's a bit of relaxation. Yeah, really. Do you have some water?
Yeah.
Could you take a sip?
Why not?
And anybody who's watching, I don't care if you believe water hydrates you. I don't care.
Yeah, you just drink it.
Drink it, it hydrates. And do your affirmations. I don't care if you believe in it or not. That's it. Something is going to switch. Every day when you tell yourself and you create a self-image of yourself which is bigger than you today, and you sleep with that new self-image through affirmations every night for the next 30 days, you're telling me that self-image is not going to play a role in your thoughts? It is 100%. Yeah. You're going to watch the number 3 every night and sleep 3 every night. You know what happens when you wake up in the day? You see 3 on the car plates. You see 3 on walls. Like, you see 3 everywhere. Hasn't that happened to you?
Yeah, 100%. You always find what you look for.
You find what you look for. Like, you're trying to buy something and you can't find it. The day you buy it, the next day you find the same thing everywhere.
100%.
Yeah. Right? Now it's in your subconscious. So That's my second advice, man. Just do your manifestation at night before you sleep.
Makes sense. I have one question. You've changed, like, you transformed like a million people in the last 5 years. Like, they've gone through your workshops, Minimal Manifestation, and they've joined your programs. Where do you see this movement in 2030, 2031? Like, in 5 years from now, how do you look at this business?
I have a very simple vision. Hopefully I'll see it alive by the time I'm alive. Which is manifestation practices through me in every household of India. My manifestation is that everybody wakes up in the morning at 7 AM or 6 AM or whatever time in the morning, and the whole family is brushing their teeth, and the whole family is doing Ho'oponopono.
Oh, wow. You have a very clear picture.
Yeah, very clear. And they have a cupboard where in front of them, the mirror is there and the wash basin is there. They're washing them out and the vision board's on that and the affirmations are on that. And that's how they start their day.
I love it. I mean, the way you put it in picture, like you have absolute clarity on what you want. I think that clarity really makes things much easy for you in action. And you're never afraid of investing in yourself, right? Like I've seen you drop $250,000 to be in Russell Brunson's inner circle. How important do you think it is to invest in yourself to be able to get there. Because in India, there is a big stigma like, oh, he's selling a course, I could just figure it out myself, I will watch it on YouTube, I'll do my work and get there by myself. You know, there's like, I could figure it out mentality. What would you say to people like that?
There's not— you— the mentality, not only in India, I think majority people in the world have this amazing mentality of like, if I give people an opportunity that says, hey, listen, minimum investment, maximum output, Would you love that opportunity?
Yeah, why not?
That's the worst mindset in the world. Minimum investment, maximum output. There's nothing like this in the world.
You want to think that's what you want.
Yeah, you get trained to think that way. Look at any billionaire in the world right now. What are their maximum conversations you hear about them? Is it about maximum spends or maximum investments? What do you hear about Elon Musk doing now? What do you hear about Biggits doing now? What do you hear about doing? Always investing somewhere. Higher the investment, higher the returns. It's as simple as that, right? The largest— and again, this is coming from my corporate experience— Parle G is the favorite biscuit of India.
Yep.
Sold for ₹5 a packet. What's the margin on that? 5 paisa, right? That's Company makes ₹1,000 crores a year. But consider 5% of that. Consider 0.5% of that. I think that's enough to have peaceful night. Yeah, but that company didn't build that kind of margins by having lower investments. It's higher the investment, higher the returns. So I'm very clear when I invested in Atlas, ₹250 crores. By the way, I recovered that money in 2 months. When I came back.
Yeah. How did you do that? What's the story?
In Atlas, I learned the challenge formula for the first time from Bill. Bill, who's the guy who—
yeah, yeah, Bill Vaughn.
So we were talking about how Bill's formula works in the Atlas program. Russell was commenting on it, I was commenting on it. Manny was there. You met Manny over there.
Yep.
So we went back to India and we implemented the challenge for the first time. We've ran 4 challenges, and so far we've made more than ₹12 crores just from the challenge. So that's $1.25 million.
Interesting. So you invest, you get it back.
I would have never got that money back if I had not gone to Atlas in the first place. So I, I would give that credit to Russell and Atlas. Then recently I invested it on another company, which is a YouTube company called Hookpoint, and they charged me $21,000 to learn how to make better YouTube videos. My friends called me stupid for that. They said Are you mad? Just for 21 lakhs, you could have gone to IIT and hired the best IIT engineer in the world. I said, no, man, I'm going to learn from the best.
That's the right version.
I'm going to learn from the best. You want the best, you learn from the best. That month, which was exactly 4 months ago, and you can check my trajectory on YouTube to check the proof. 4 months ago when I hired them, I was at 3 million views per month. Now I'm at 9.5 million views per month.
Wow, 6 million organic views. That's like, that's crazy. Hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of advertising spend, organically earned media. That's insane.
And I tracked every money that comes organically because we use Hiros, and we saw 100% jump in our business after that. So that's why I told you what was exceptional earlier became consistent now. But how? By me investing. So we did the challenge program, we did double down on YouTube. Learned from somebody, invested that, went through 6 months of coaching with them. The coaching is still going on. So yeah, so keep investing more, man. Get the mindset of higher the investment, higher the growth. Get out of that mindset of lower the investment, higher the growth. There's nothing called minimum investment, maximum output. It's all about higher the investment, higher the growth.
No, I love it. Like, every time we have that cheap mentality, I think the output will also come as cheap as well. So yeah. Uh, Ritesh, wonderful podcast. 90 minutes of power-packed business advice and law of attraction advice. I think this would definitely break— you didn't like sound like the average woo-woo guru who just says like, believe in yourself, clap and look into the mirror. No, like you actually broken it down into like much more realistic science. And, uh, I hope more people just like, like you said, like, you know, feel and believe and act and think like what you mentioned. And, uh, just hope this inspires a few more people to do what they're meant to do. And appreciate you jumping on, and thank you so much. Absolutely.
And I'd love to say that normally I wouldn't do podcasts a lot nowadays, but I wanted to do it with you just to appreciate what you've done at the age which you've done. And I haven't met many people— what's your age again?
I'm older now. I'm 24.
24. That's still too young, man. I'm 48. Like, what you're doing at 24, whoa, that's brilliant. That's amazing. Like, kudos to you for what you've achieved. And that I think if we can't appreciate you by at least having conversation with you during this time, then there's no point being so successful in life. So that's one of the reasons I did this podcast. So thank you for being who you are. I think that gives permission to many other people to be successful in their life by just being who you are in your life. So thank you for that.
Yeah, I appreciate it.
Before I end. Yeah, absolutely, man. Absolutely. Like I said, it was just my way of respecting and honoring the 24-year-old me at that age today. In the office. Anyways, at the energy level, we're all one, so I'm just doing it for myself. And before I leave, I think I always love to say in the end of any podcast that in the heat of many times coming from passion, coming from conversations and experience, sometimes I end up saying things in a certain way that doesn't resonate with people, certain people. And it leaves people with a bad taste sometimes and leaves people like, I don't agree with him, or it can leave people with a little frictionous feeling, which is normal because I can't be 100% perfect. But I always love to leave with the statement that if I have done that consciously or unconsciously, I apologize. I'm sorry. I'd love to do hope. No, please forgive me. And thank you for listening to us. And we love you no matter who you are, where you are, because at the energy level, we are all one. Wow.
That's actually one of the best closing lines I've heard on my podcast. And Mitesh, appreciate you jumping on. Thank you so much for the time. And guys, I'll be linking Mitesh's free workshop for you to test, uh, you know, your manifestation thing and, you know, get into, uh, you know, programs and try the DMP experience. I hope you guys enjoy, and I'll be back with another amazing guest just like Mitesh on Dinesh Tilshi Show. We're just getting started, and let's change life and let's achieve our fullest potential. Thank you, Mitesh. Bye-bye. Thanks.
Bye.
